Pelosi: Sure, Rhetoric Will Tone Down...When Dems Are In Charge Again

Child activist David Hogg was just on TV again, MSNBC specifically, talking about things he doesn't really know much about.

David Hogg repeatedly says politicians should *not* go after perpetrators of evil in wake of synagogue shooting.

"Elect politicians thatattack the sources of evil & not the people that are perpetrating itwe have to go after the sources of evil & not those perpetrating it" pic.

"The sources of evil"? It's an interesting theory, and one perfectly suited to the kids of today who aren't overly comfortable accepting responsibility for their own actions.

Their feelings are often, they've been told, in charge and they CAN'T HELP HOW THEY FEEL. who shot up Hogg's school was responsible for his actions, despite the fact that there were many things - sources - that failed him along the way.

Pelosi sees herself as a benevolent "Source." And if the sources change from good to bad, then good things will follow and all the nasty rhetoric and division will go away, her theory seems to suggest.

If David Hogg wants to look at sources for political violence - and blame them when things spiral out of control - he has plenty of opportunity a lot closer and more accessible to him than the Trump administration or the GOP. Sometimes the hand you hold is the one that holds you down, kiddo.

Here's what the Supreme Court actually said about 'birthright' citizenship

It's important to note that even the notion of adopting automatic birthright citizenship for legal immigrants as a constitutional imperative was clearly an activist decision overturning precedent.

When congressional drafters added the second phrase of jurisdiction to the citizenship clause, they were clearly limiting citizenship to those who, in the words of one of the key drafters, were subject to "Complete" jurisdiction as Americans.

Sen. Jacob Howard of Michigan, the principle author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, explicitly said that candidates for citizenship must be born here and not owe allegiance to any another authority.

Writing for the court in Elk v. Wilkins, Justice Horace Gray asserted that the phrase "Subject to the jurisdiction" is "Not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction and owing them direct and immediate allegiance".

If our modern birthright citizenship "Legal scholars" would bother to read the compelling and scholarly dissent of Chief Justice Fuller, they'd see that.

The very source of birthright citizenship made it clear that it doesn't apply to illegal immigrants.

Among the many parts of Wong Kim Ark that the TV scholars conveniently omit is when Gray qualifies the mandate to grant citizenship to children of those immigrants living here "So long as they are permitted by the United States to reside here." There it is.

The Caravan Is Not Coming Because It's Already Here

The Caravan Mission, like the Big Women's March the first day after President Donald Trump's Inauguration, was painstakingly organized long before the pink cap protesters ever hit the streets.

Although we'll never hear it from the media, the Caravan Invasion is a myth that was fraying at the edges before even setting out.

The Caravan March is a well-staged travelling Terrorist Attack bringing barbarians to the gate, its goal being to flood the border states of Arizona, California and Texas et al with uninvited guests, who, once inside, will form cells to help the progressive-left attack America from within.

For starters: Where exactly is the bulk of the Caravan travellers right at this moment?

"Every story is sympathetic, as if an attempt to enlist viewers and readers in this caravan and the politics it symbolizes."

The Caravan 'News' being drummed into the publics' heads is that "The Caravan is coming!" "The Caravan is coming!".

"We would all do well to know that"The Caravan is not coming because it is already here.

The Star-Ledger's backing of Bob Menendez illuminates the New Jersey's long economic slide.

New Jersey's largest newspaper, the Star-Ledger, is facing intense criticism for its reelection endorsement of New Jersey senator Bob Menendez, who was "Severely admonished" by a bipartisan Senate ethics panel for accepting gifts from a donor and advocating for the donor's personal interests.

Like many local newspapers, the Star-Ledger has a reliably left-leaning editorial board that has consistently supported big-government Democrats who spend their state and local governments into economic oblivion.

Many left-leaning newspapers lament the economic forces shrinking their industry, gobbling up jobs and newspapers with startling speed.

An episode in recent New Jersey history illustrates this point.

What the publisher didn't mention: when Governor Jim McGreevey raised corporate taxes in New Jersey in 2002, the Star-Ledger editorial board praised the increase as a necessary "Compromise" for a state government that had taken in "Only" $22.4 billion in revenues but had allocated $23.4 billion in projected spending.

A few days after the budget passed, the CEO of Federated Department Stores, which operated Macy's and Bloomingdale's in New Jersey, said that the new tax was so onerous that it threatened local profitability, and that the company would probably open no more stores in the state-and might actually close some.

The Menendez endorsement might be the story today, but in New Jersey and elsewhere, there's an older, more telling story-about economic decline.

The Myth-Making of Barack Obama

"Dreams from My Father was not a memoir or an autobiography; it was instead, in multitudinous ways, without any question a work of historical fiction. It featured many true-to-life figures and a bevy of accurately described events that indeed had occurred, but it employed the techniques and literary license of a novel, and its most important composite character was the narrator himself." Is this perhaps some "Birther" claiming the author made up the story?

The author Barack Obama had no record of publication and he hints that another hand is at work.

"People have a hard time taking me at face value," the author explains, and sometimes "I sound like I'm trying to hide from myself." He also expresses "a stubborn desire to protect myself from scrutiny," which might leave David Garrow puzzled.

The narrative centers on the African father the author never knew, and he was "Trying to rewrite the stories, plugging up the holes in the narrative, accommodating unwelcome details." This was to extract "Some granite slab of truth upon which my unborn children can stand." Sounds good, but he also writes of a "Useful fiction" and explains, "My father became a prop in someone else's narrative. An attractive prop - an alien with the heart of gold, the mysterious stranger who saves the town and wins the girl - but a prop nonetheless."

The author's beloved "Frank," who gets more than 2,000 words, is the African American Communist Frank Marshall Davis, who spent much of his life defending all-white Stalinist dictatorships.

As Garrow noted, "Davis' Communist background plus his kinky exploits made him politically radioactive." That is why the author needed the narrative about the elusive foreign student, but Garrow couldn't compare the African's own account.

"You masquerade, you pompous jive, you act," she tells the author in a poem.

The Democratic Party Is Working To Destroy The American Way Of Life

  1. The Democratic Party at this moment in history belongs to those who hate our institutions, hate the limits of our system of government, and hate the American way of life.
  2. Two years into Donald Trump's presidency, there is no question the Democratic Party is on the side of those working to undermine the American system of government and the American way of life.
  3. At this moment in history, the Democratic Party belongs to those who hate our institutions, hate the limits of our system of government, and hate America's way of life.
  4. When Trump nominated a Supreme Court justice they didn't like, Democrats disrespected the confirmation process by withholding information, then tried to destroy the nominee's life by means of an unsubstantiated allegation.
  5. Democrats work with those who seek to undermine the institutions of God and family, and they have a special hatred for the Christian view that undergirds the Constitution and has always marked American life.
  6. They support kangaroo courts on college campuses that deprive men and women of due process in cases of sexual assault, and they absurdly insist any woman who makes a sexual assault allegation must be believed without question.

Judge Kavanaugh Declines $600k Raised by GoFundMe; Meanwhile, Christine Blasey Ford is now a Celebrity Millionaire via Crowdfunding Campaigns

"Justice Kavanaugh did not authorize the use of his name to raise funds in connection with the GoFundMe campaign. He was not able to do so for judicial ethics reasons. Judicial ethics rules caution judges against permitting the use of the prestige of judicial office for fund-raising purposes. Justice Kavanaugh will not accept any proceeds from the campaign, nor will he direct that any proceeds from the campaign be provided to any third party. Although he appreciates the sentiment, Justice Kavanaugh requests that you discontinue the use of his name for any fund-raising purpose." -Yahoo! News.

Kavanaugh's GoFundMe page was set up by John Hawkins, a veteran conservative blogger, as a precautionary measure in case the Judge would require additional money for security or attorneys or whatever.

The "Nothing to gain" Christine Ford, the Palo Alto based psychology professor who lives in a house worth over $3 million, is breaking the bank, as she's collecting over 1 cool million bucks, after accusing Judge Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct 36 years ago, without a shred of evidence.

Basically, Christine Ford was having the time of her life lying to Congress, enjoying her 15 minutes of fame and all the attention to her, while making a bank.

If you think Ford wouldn't lie about Kavanaugh to protect Roe versus Wade, you are living in another universe.

Corcept Therapeutics manufacturers and markets an abortion pill drug called mifepristone, and Christine Blasey Ford is a co-author of at least eight published scientific papers produced by the pharmaceutical giant to promote its pills.

Two of the GoFundMe pages in support of Ford raised more than $842,000 so far, and money is still coming in weeks after her testimony on Capitol Hill.
