Christine Ford ingénue Flake Continues to Write The Kavanaugh Narrative

While Ford was giving sworn testimony that even Fox News repeatedly claims was "Convincing", her ingénue Senator Jeff Flake was readying himself to enter Stage Left from an elevator where he was overtaken by the latest two new victims for the FBI Kavanaugh investigation he masterminded on Friday.

Ford started writing a narrative that Flake gets to finish.

Here's what the narrative will conclude : "Misogynist Donald Trump is trying to nominate a drunken lech to the Supreme Court and the only way to stop both Kavanaugh and Trump is to IMPEACH 'EM!" That's exactly where 'Flake for President 2020' is taking the narrative.

"In Susan Collins' third-floor office in the Capitol, she and her Republican colleagues Jeff Flake of Arizona and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska - joined by Democrat Joe Manchin of West Virginia - agreed they had the power to make or break Kavanaugh. And without settling on precise details, they decided to use their leverage to insist on a process that would allow them to reach a comfort level with Kavanaugh's confirmation process and seek more information, rather than to kill his Supreme Court nomination outright, according to two people familiar with the meeting."

"What resulted on Friday afternoon threw Washington into chaos and guaranteed another week of uncertainty and suspense surrounding Kavanaugh's confirmation. Just hours after Flake endorsed Kavanaugh and seemed to put him on a path to the high court, the Arizonan said he first wanted a week-long FBI investigation into Christine Blasey Ford's allegation that the judge assaulted her. It was a victory for Democrats who'd been demanding such a probe, to no avail, and promises to define the retiring Flake's legacy as someone who refused to let Kavanaugh get a vote while under a cloud of doubt."

"Though Murkowski, Collins and Manchin all endorsed the FBI investigation on Friday, Flake needed another partner to pull off his move because none of them serves on the Judiciary Committee. Swetnick Walks Back Allegations Against Kavanaugh in NBC Interview

Last week, Brett Kavanaugh's third accuser, Julie Swetnick, swore under penalty of perjury that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge had repeatedly conspired to drug and rape girls at high school parties in the early 1980s.

In an interview with NBC aired Monday, Swetnick walked back her accusations of both the drugging and the raping, saying only that she had seen Kavanaugh near punch containers she believed to be spiked.

Swetnick's original accusations, released last Wednesday in a sworn declaration through her attorney Michael Avenatti, contained the most breathless allegations of misconduct against Kavanaugh yet.

On Monday, asked by NBC's Kate Snow whether she had ever seen Kavanaugh spike a girl's punch, Swetnick demurred: "Well I saw-I saw him giving red solo cups to quite a few girls during that time frame, and there was grain punch at those parties. I saw him around the punch-I won't say bowls, the punch containers. I don't know what he did, but I saw him by them."

Last week, Swetnick claimed she would frequently see "Trains" of boys "Lined up outside rooms" at parties "Waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room.'" That claim, too, contracted under the scrutiny of a face-to-face interview, with Swetnick now merely claiming he saw boys huddled by doors-but she certainly suspects they were rape trains!

Swetnick did reassert other aspects of her sworn deposition, including that Kavanaugh was a "Very aggressive, very sloppy drunk" who got aggressively handsy with girls at parties.

"I cannot specifically say that he was one of the ones who assaulted me, but before this happened to me at that party, I saw Brett Kavanaugh there, I saw Mark Judge there, and they were hanging about the area where I started to feel disoriented," Swetnick told Snow.

FBI Interviews Three Kavanaugh Witnesses Who Don't Remember Ford's Mystery Groping Party

It would seem the Democrats had better quickly switch the Kavanaugh narrative back to him being an immature teenage drinker quickly as The Washington Post reports that, according to sources, three witnesses whom Christine Blasey Ford alleges were at the party in her testimony have told The FBI that they do not recall the gathering.

"[Smyth] truthfully answered every question the FBI asked him and, consistent with the information he previously provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee, he indicated that he has no knowledge of the small party or gathering described by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, nor does he have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh," Smyth's lawyer Eric B. Bruce said in a statement, according to WaPo.

Having denied the Ford and Swetnick allegations in a formal statement, Judge's lawyer Barbara Van Gelder said in a statement Monday, according to CNN:. "Mr. Judge has been interviewed by the FBI but his interview has not been completed,".

"We request your patience as the FBI completes its investigation."

Keyser does not remember the gathering in question but has said she believes Ford.

"Ms. Keyser does not refute Dr. Ford's account, and she has already told the press that she believes Dr. Ford's account," Keyser's attorney, Howard Walsh, wrote in a Friday statement, according to CNN. "However, the simple and unchangeable truth is that she is unable to corroborate it because she has no recollection of the incident in question."

Ford had yet to be interviewed b The FBI as of Monday evening, but there are plenty more interviews to come as Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats signed a letter Monday with a list of 24 additional witnesses they want interviewed by the FBI. Tick tock... Of course, the chance they are going to stop the delay tactics now is zero.

Europe's Recent Brush With Iranian Terrorism

The National Council of Resistance of Iran - the organisation behind the rally that Assadi's terrorists were targeting - was quick to echo this sentiment and to recommend that the nations of Europe prosecute the arrestees to the fullest extent of the law and then proceed to investigate and expel other potential terrorist diplomats throughout Europe.

In March, authorities in Albania arrested two Iranian operatives who were planning a terror attack on the residence of more than 2,000 members of the People's Mojahedin Organisation of Iran, the main constituent group in the NCRI coalition.

It underscores the need to address that persistent threat, and to at least, listen to the advice of the PMOI and the NCRI in pushing Iranian "Diplomats" out of Europe altogether.

Combating the Iranian terrorist threat begins with a broader severance of diplomatic ties, but it ends with coordinated, multilateral pressure by all the peaceful, democratic nations of the world, involving economic sanctions, international criminal proceedings, and more.

Although European nations may be disinclined to listen to the American sales pitch on this topic, they would do well to think back on recent close calls involving Iranian terrorism on European soil.

The supreme hypocrisy of Democrats' Kavanaugh strategy

The Left justifies endless scrutiny of Kavanaugh by arguing that a lifetime appointment requires it, but Kennedy and others enjoyed de facto lifetime appointments, both in office and out via enduring influence.

Two women have accused him of relatively recent abuse, claiming medical records, video proof, contemporaneous witnesses and a restraining order, and yet there is silence from the same Democrats condemning the wholly uncorroborated tales of a teenaged Kavanaugh.

A constitutional originalist, Kavanaugh stepped right into the progressives' line of fire.

Equally horrifying, Kavanaugh will serve on the court far longer than will serve as president, extending the loathsome Trump era well into the future.

For them, Kavanaugh was, is and always will be guilty - not of high school boozing or a teenage assault.

So while Democrats still genuflect to Kennedy and ignore credible standing accusations against their own such as Ellison, they trash a highly accomplished man, truth be damned.

Kennedy - one of the masterminds of the scathing attacks on Supreme Court nominees Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas - would be proud of his shameless successors, who will likely gin up more accusations and demand further investigation until they can push the process past the November vote, when they hope to have more leverage.

Leland Keyser meets with FBI, doesn't back Blasey Ford's story about Kavanaugh

Leland Keyser, the high school friend Christine Blasey Ford counted on to corroborate her sexual assault charges, has told the FBI she has no knowledge of the supposed 1982 party or the accused, Brett Kavanaugh.

Howard J. Walsh III, her attorney, told The Washington Times that she met with the FBI on Saturday.
Asked if she had repeated the same two statements she provided the Senate Judiciary Committee, the lawyer answered, “yes.”

Ms. Ford accuses Supreme Court nominee Judge Kavanaugh, and his friend, Mark Judge, of trying to rape her at a home in Montgomery County near the Columbia Country Club.

They both deny the charge. Patrick Smyth, a third party-goer identified by Ms. Ford, also denies he attended any such party.
