According to the local Georgia publication, James Magazine, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is now refusing to defend the state's electronic voting system in the non-jury court trial being presided over by U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg.
A lawyer familiar with the case told the magazine: "Raffensperger selected the system, repeatedly defends the system as secure, but now can't take an hour or so in federal court to defend it."
Meanwhile the acting chairman of the State Election Board, Matt Mashburn, suddenly voted against investigating Raffensperger recently - but his tenure in that position is ending.
In the midst of this soap opera of corruption, the SOS officer Gabriel Sterling announced on Twitter/X that he was still "Dealing with the lies" from the 2020 election.
"Data that exists in public view on the Secretary of State's website of the RLA Report does not inspire confidence. It is sloppy, inconsistent...".
I hope that you will have the courage to come out from behind your twitter/x-post and accept this invitation.
Sterling false statement: "We know with 100% certainty that ballots were not tallied multiple times..."
