The Democrat mayor of Portland is a typical irresponsible and incompetent mayor who blames his troubles on Trump. But quick fact checks catches him in his left wing lying ways. "The federal government says that they wouldn't have had to into the city if city leaders had gotten a handle on the riots," the reporter said.
