The particular model that China is rolling out is called a PCL-181.

US warns of China's 'exploiting' the Arctic with 'bogus' claims US legislation aimed at 'hurting' Chinese companies Pakistan closes border with India as coronavirus cases surprass 500,000.

China is said to be working on a plan to further develop its western regions.

Areas in China's western region include the aforementioned Tibet, as well as Inner Mongolia towards the north.

One reason put forward is that companies are being put off by accusations that China has and is conducting human rights abuses as part of its actions towards Uyghur muslims in the region, which includes disturbing claims of abuse in internment camps.

Meanwhile the US has imposed new sanctions on China over its plan to enact controversial national security laws that have been looming over Hong Kong for several weeks.
