Arguably one of the worst presidents in our nation's history, Democrat Jimmy Carter, thinks being a former president makes it okay for him to claim that "It would be a disaster to have Trump for four more years."  You will recall the terrible times, dismal economy and disastrous foreign policies over which he presided (none of his acclaimed foreign policy efforts ever proved successful no matter the Nobel Prize he received - he did not deserve his any more than Obama did his).  His ability to think has not improved with time. He has always been a decent human being but his political perspectives have been and remain a real left wing disaster. It would be interesting for him to explain just what he thinks makes Trump a disaster.  Given that Obama is a full blown racist and delivered the unsettled racist environment Trump faces is not sound reasoning. The claim that Trump is a white supremacist and a racist is provably nothing but left wing made up Democrat socialist blather made worse during his eight years in office. Worse yet Carter seems to have bought lock, stock and barrel the Russian Collusion lies that were cooked up out of whole cloth by Obama and his unethical left wing progressive pals.  Carter was and remains a nice human being but in serious political matters he is and remains a left wing disaster.   https://www.westernjournal.com/jimmy-carter-disaster-four-years-trump/?
