Consider This

This puts forth an unpopular (at least for the alternative sex crowd and its liberal progressive proponents) view of facts that deserve airing.  It also suggests that government meddling in such matters is well beyond its legitimate purview.  In short the government should butt out of the whole matter.  Government laws that intrude on marriage (via taxation, licensing, etc.) and private sexual matters is in large measure the cause of the problems that now garner so much public attention and incite raging debates.  The government picks winners and losers.  What do you expect to happen?  If it did not dispense "rights" and impose "controls" regarding personal behavior (which it has no constitutional authority to do) feelings amongst those of differing orientations would likely not be so contentious.
