America's electric grid is being mismanaged and consumers will pay a heavy price for that mismanagement.... More evidence of that came with the recent closure of the Palisades Power Plant in Michigan.

The 811-megawatt nuclear plant was shut down on the same day that the North American Electric Reliability Corporation issued a report saying the U.S. electric grid doesn't have enough generation capacity and that blackouts are almost certain to occur across the country this summer.

Closing nuclear power plants while keeping coal-fired plants open is just crazy.

On April 20, Whitmer said, "Keeping Palisades open is a top priority." She hoped to tap some of the $6 billion available in the Department of Energy's Civil Nuclear Credit Program, created through the bipartisan infrastructure bill that President Biden signed into law in November.

In a letter to the Department of Energy, Whitmer said stopping the closure of Palisades would "Allow us to shore up Michigan's energy supply to prevent price spikes on working families and small businesses."

The closure of such plans increases electricity costs because generators must burn more natural gas to produce power and gas prices are soaring.

In short, the closure of the Palisades Power Plant will increase emissions, reduce energy affordability, and hurt the resilience and reliability of America's electric grid.

Some OPEC members are exploring the idea of suspending Russia's participation in an oil-production deal as Western sanctions and a partial European ban begin to undercut Moscow's ability to pump more, OPEC delegates said.

Exempting Russia from its oil-production targets could potentially pave the way for Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other producers in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to pump significantly more crude, something that the U.S. and European nations have pressed them to do as the invasion of Ukraine sent oil prices soaring above $100 a barrel.

Massive Fire Breaks Out At Poultry Farm That Supplies Eggs To Major Supermarkets

A poultry farm in Howard Lake, Minnesota, that supplies the nation's largest supermarkets with three million eggs per day experienced a devastating fire over the weekend.

Forsman Farms spokesperson Jon Austin told local media outlet KARE that estimates aren't firm yet, but anywhere between "Tens of thousands of chickens were killed, up to a couple hundreds of thousands." The spokesperson continued and said chickens in adjacent barns were affected by smoke inhalation.

A Wright County egg producer is evaluating the damage left behind from a Saturday night fire.

A Forsman Farms spokesperson said they do not have a firm number yet but he estimates at least tens of thousands of chickens were killed.

It's unclear exactly how the fire started though impacts could be felt at supermarkets.

Since January, the outbreak has spread to 32 states, killing more than 37 million chickens and turkeys.

The blaze at the commercial egg farm in Minnesota comes as dozens of food processing facilities across Canada and the U.S. have experienced mystery fires and explosions over the past year, helping to strain the North American food supply chain.

So, if those complex shapes - that rectangle with all the dots arranged in a grid - were the result of some kind of biological process then there should be nitrogen and phosphorus there in addition to carbon and oxygen. Because every living thing, whether it's a virus, plant or animal, is made up of proteins that contain nitrogen, carbon, oxygen, and phosphorus," he said.

Buffalo, NY, Mass Shooter Had Been Coached by Former FBI Agent

The recent mass shooter in Buffalo, NY had reportedly been coached by a former FBI agent before committing his heinous actions.

Law enforcement sources have informed The Buffalo News that a supposedly retired federal agent was in a chat room with the killer and was given advance notice of what he was planning to do at least 30 minutes beforehand.

A law enforcement source said that the former federal agent regularly stoked the accused gunman Payton Gendron with racism, anti-Semitism and other propaganda designed to inflame the deranged man.

"These were like-minded people who used this chat group to talk about their shared interests in racial hatred, replacement theory and hatred of anyone who is Jewish, a person of color or not of European ancestry," the law enforcement source stated.

"What is especially upsetting is that these six people received advanced notice of the Buffalo shooting, about 30 minutes before it happened."

"The FBI has verified that none of these people called law enforcement to warn them about the shooting. The FBI database shows no advance tips from anyone that this shooting was about to happen," they added.

While it is claimed that this FBI agent was retired, their behavior is consistent with the actions of active FBI agents, who regularly infiltrate extremist cells and provoke them to commit acts of terror.

Few cities in America have as massive of a homelessness problem as San Francisco.

Mayor London Breed on Tuesday announced $6.5 million in her proposed budget for a plan to end trans homelessness in San Francisco by 2027.

According to a news release from her office, the plan to end trans homelessness will be a collaborative effort between the Mayor's Office on Housing and Community Development, the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, the Department of Public Health, the Office of Transgender Initiatives, and nonprofit organizations serving transgender and gender-nonconforming people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.

The proposal makes San Francisco the first city in the U.S. to commit to ending homelessness for TGNC people, the mayor's office stated.

The Board of Supervisors amends and approves the mayor's budget proposal before approving the city's two-year budget July 1.

A leading advisor to President Joe Biden on supply chains is an alum of several World Economic Forum climate change initiatives, who additionally served as a former fellow at a think tank chaired by Hunter Biden.

Betty Cremmins, whose LinkedIn profile reveals she's held the position of Director for Sustainable Supply Chains at the White House, since February 2022, has overseen the U.S. government's ongoing supply chain issues, exacerbated by policies that mandated vaccines for many American workers and truckers.

Prior to taking over the White House's supply chain initiative, Cremmins was a National Security Fellow and Climate Affiliate Group Co-Lead at the Truman National Security Project.

In addition to her ties to the Hunter Biden-linked group, Cremmins is also an alum of the World Economic Forum, chaired by Klaus Schwab.

The CDP runs a Supply Chain program, where Cremmins previously served as its Senior Account Manager, that prioritizes sustainability and combatting climate change among the world's leading multinational corporations.

Michael Sussman Found Not Guilty of Charges Brought by John Durham

A jury on Tuesday found Michael Sussman not guilty of making a false statement to the FBI in September of 2016 when he said he was not working on behalf of any client when he brought information alleging an undercover communications channel between the Trump organization and Russia's Alfa Bank.

After a lengthy two-week trial and over a day of deliberations, the jury found that Special Counsel John Durham's team did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Sussman's statement was a lie and that he was working on behalf of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and technology executive Rodney Joffe when he brought two thumb drives and a white paper alleging a connection between Trump and Russia.

As reported by Fox News., Sussman was charged with one count of making a false statement to the FBI during his meeting with then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September of 2016.

"While we are disappointed in the outcome, we respect the jury's decision and thank them for their service," Durham said in a statement.

"I also want to recognize and thank the investigators and the prosecution team for their dedicated efforts in seeking truth and justice in this case."

Uvalde police, school district no longer cooperating with Texas probe of shooting
