Neurological issues are common side effects of all childhood vaccines, and are often grouped under the label of "autism." There is a very clear correlation with increased vaccinations of children to rising rates of autism in the United States, even though the U.S. Government health agencies refuse to acknowledge any causal effect between the bloated childhood vaccine schedule and diagnoses of autism. It is no surprise, therefore, that we are seeing similar reports following the deadly COVID-19 vaccines. But how do reports of brain damage following COVID-19 vaccines compare to the rate of brain damage reported with all other vaccines administered for the previous 30 years before the roll-out of the COVID-19 experimental shots? To develop a baseline, I chose to search VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) for all cases reporting "encephalopathy" following vaccination. "Encephalopathy" is a term for "any diffuse disease of the brain that alters brain function or structure." This term alone does not represent all the cases of neurological damage to the brain that are reported in VAERS, but it does give us a point of reference to compare cases reported after COVID-19 shots as compared to all other FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30+ years. David Martin said that he is on the Prosecute Now Team and explained that Canada and the US collaborated on gain-of-function (GOF) research, which is medical research that involves mutating a pathogen to enhance its transmission and lethality to humans, when there was a moratorium on this research that spanned 2014 to 2017. Martin explained that the weaponization of the spike protein is associated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1 (WIV1), sampled from China between 2011 and 2013, that was replicated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013 and 2014. He said that Anthony Fauci told Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in October of 2014 to continue with his work because “he had already been funded,” even though there was a moratorium on GOF research at that time. Baric’s study led to two papers, published in 2015 and 2016, stating that the WIV1 spike protein, targeting endothelial tissue, lung tissue, and kidney tissue, was “poised for human emergence.”

        Martin revealed that in March 2015, Peter Daszak, the chief architect of this campaign stated, “To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase the public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan-influenza or pan-corona vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”

        In 2015 the government of Canada entered into an agreement about the distribution of the lethal agent (spike protein), as lipid-nanoparticle technology was sub-licensed to Moderna for an mRNA vaccine during the GOF moratorium, violating a Canadian law that prohibits supporting and making an agent for delivery of a biological weapon. It is illegal to develop or aid in the development of a biological weapon in the US. Martin said that all efforts should be focused solely on the criminal prosecution of terrorists who have aided and abetted in the murder of millions of people.
