The former judge appointed to investigate Wisconsin's 2020 presidential election results announced Tuesday that there is enough evidence of voting irregularities for the Legislature to consider decertifying the results.
Retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman's 126-page report outlined the results of his probe to the state Assembly, outlining evidence of several irregularities including that "Most vulnerable" nursing home residents had been defrauded of their votes, Just the News.
"I believe the Legislature should take a very hard look at the option of decertification of the 2020 Wisconsin presidential election" he testified to lawmakers.
As previously reported by Human Events News, in September, Gableman wrote a letter reminding the Wisconsin Election Commission of its duty to prevent the tampering and destruction of evidence, in efforts to prevent the possible destruction of 2020 election evidence.
"I hereby request that you and your office preserve any and all records and evidence including but not limited to information retained on any and all voting machines," the letter read. This includes "Metadata, router information, and/or access logs."
In his Tuesday report and testimony, Gableman also called for the "Elimination and dismantling" of the Wisconsin Election Commission, which he called "Hopelessly incompetent."
"We have to have an election system in Wisconsin that is not only honest in fact, but also in appearance," he said.
