If you recall, MSNBC's Joy Reid had a blog full of politically incorrect opinions.
Now in her new higher profile, Reid dared to attack President Trump by comparing him to Muslim leaders.
"Leaders, let's say in the Muslim world, talk a lot of violent talk and encourage their supporters to commit violence. ... We in the U.S. media describe that as radicalizing people," Reid said during the segment.
"That's the way we talk about how Muslims act."
"Honestly, this kinda of casual Islamophobia is hurtful and dangerous," Omar, one of the first Muslim women elected to Congress, tweeted Tuesday.
"We deserve better and an apology for the painful moment for so many Muslims around our country should be forthcoming."
I'm sure Muslims were deeply traumatized by an offhand remarks on an MSNBC show few people watch.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias. They spin stories to make conservatives look bad and will go to great lengths to avoid reporting on the good that comes from conservative policies. There are a few shining lights in the media landscape-brave conservative outlets that report the truth and offer a different perspective. We must support conservative outlets like this one and ensure that our voices are heard.
