For the past few days, Nancy Pelosi and the four Harridans of the House-Ocasio Cortez, Tlaib, Omar, and Pressley-have been engaged in an escalating war of words with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi over who is in charge.
AOC appears to suggest that Pelosi is targeting her because Pelosi wants her to get death threats: "It's singling out 4 individuals, and knowing the media environment that we're operating in, knowing the amount of death threats that we get. I think it's just worth asking why" pic.
Knowing the amount of death threats we get, knowing the amount of concentration of attention, I think it's worth asking why.
The positive thing about this is that Ocasio Cortez has been crossing Rubicons as though they were a Louisiana bayou.
She's characterized both "Blue Dog Democrats" in the House as segregationists.
Now she's accusing Pelosi of publicizing the spat that Ocasio Cortez and her buddies have been doing play-by-play commentary on via Twitter of orchestrating it to generate death threats.
The only downside to this is that Ocasio Cortez has actually made me feel a tiny bit of sympathy for Pelosi.
