President Donald Trump again ripped Attorney General Jeff Sessions via his Twitter feed Tuesday morning, writing that Sessions had taken a "very weak" position on "Hillary Clinton crimes" and intelligence leakers.
"Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump campaign – ‘quietly working to boost Clinton.' So where is the investigation A.G.," Trump wrote, tagging Fox News host Sean Hannity in the tweet.
"Attorney General Jeff Sessions has taken a VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes (where are E-mails & DNC server) & Intel leakers!" Trump added a few minutes later.
The Washington Post reported Monday that Trump and his top advisers are mulling over firing Sessions. One report emerged that Trump was considering former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani as a replacement, although Giuliani denied it and defended Sessions' decision to recuse himself.
