Fraud, Waste, Abuse & Whole Bunch of Lies

These items reflect fraud, waste, abuse and lies endemic across government at all levels, especially at the federal level.  Private industry, academia routinely and special interest groups exhibit these type problems far, far too often.  Within private industry the consequential cost is borne by the company or merely passed on to customers/clients.  Within government the losses are passed on to taxpayers in at least three ways.  We pay for both the initial loss/mistake, the cost of any recovery or efforts to fix and subsequent costs for assessing and assessing punishment.  Big government is inherently inefficient not to mention largely ineffective and prone to corruption - they have no fiduciary attachment to other people's money to which they are entrusted.  Our taxes and government imposed debt are thrust on to the backs of future generations and according to many experts spell doom for the nation's future.  The items below are just a few of the examples that illustrate the point.  Bear in mind I do not do this for fun.  People need to be aware and this is just part of my small contribution to that cause.  Please do your part and engage, too.  Our failure to do so will be consequential to future generations.  The first ten items are recommended if time does not permit more.  Save others for when time is available.

And this is even more unbelievable!!!  Once again, instead of listening to experts he acts like the world's smartest man because he was able to twist enough arms of weak kneed Democrats until he veto proofed a truly horrendous deal with Iran.  The deal lets Iran do its own inspections of potential nuclear bomb development sites.  This is a country that has violated most if not every deal signed with them since the Muslim clerics took over the country.  This is a country whose leaders by most accounts provide more support to Islamic terrorists than any other.  More than 200  retired generals and admirals warned him not to do the deal.  Not only that a majority of bipartisan members of Congress are against it.  No matter.  Quote: "And while a bipartisan majority of members in both houses of Congress have said they will vote against President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran when a vote is scheduled, enough members who support the president’s plan have promised to defeat any effort to override of his veto of legislation to stop the deal from moving forward. Crane even went so far as to suggest law enforcement has been turned into a joke."  And one more ""For the last four years it has been a roller coaster for ICE officers with regard to who they can or cannot arrest, and which federal laws they will be permitted to enforce," Crane said. "Most Americans would be surprised to know that immigration agents are regularly prohibited from enforcing the two most fundamental sections of the Unites States immigration law. According to ICE policy, in most cases immigration agents can no longer arrest persons solely for entering the United States illegally. Additionally, in most cases immigration agents cannot arrest persons solely because they have entered the United State s with a visa and then overstayed that visa and failed to return to their country."  The subjects of abuse in this case are honest, law abiding, tax paying American citizens. This is an excellent assessment of the Supreme Court's recent same sex marriage decision and the subsequent fall out.  The item focusses on the case of Kim Davis who has been jailed for refusing to provide same sex marriage certificates in the state of Kentucky based on her religious beliefs.  You will be surprised by what you learn.  Quote: "A federal judge has sent Kim Davis to prison for sticking to the principles [Supreme Court Justice] Kennedy promised to protect.  However, since no relevant legislature has codified any sex marriage laws, no legislature has had the chance to codify any exceptions for people of faith.
