Obama's former law professor says his EPA initiatives go too far.  Quote: "If EPA is allowed to choose its interpretation of whether it may regulate power plants under section 111(d) and 112, the agency would essentially be making laws itself, according to Tribe.

The Sixteenth Amendment was a bad deal pushed for and successfully passed by progressives in 1913.  It facilitated the establishment of the progressive income tax that now saddles taxpayers and the establishment of the Federal Reserve as a private bank with control over the nation's economy and which serves as the agent that the government uses to borrow money which becomes the obligation of hapless taxpayers.  It was a blatant violation of the Founder's intent when they wrote the Constitution. The outcome that resulted is a bloated, oversized, bureaucratic, inefficient, ineffective, wasteful and overly oppressive fascist like government.  As a footnote the Founders abhorred central banks and chose not to establish one.  Once again, thanks to progressives the FED was established in 1913 and what followed is the incessant increase in the size of both the federal government and its endless increasing of our federal debt.   http://eaglerising.com/19846/liberals-pervert-the-idea-of-the-general-welfare-to-rob-hardworking-americans/

Obama cut two secret deals with Iran that allow them to inspect themselves. This is an example of abuse of the people and the states by the federal government.  However, "The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit dealt a stinging rebuke to President Barack Obama today when it refused a call from his administration to overturn an injunction preventing the administration from moving forward with the president's plan to provide amnesty to as many as 4.3 million illegal aliens through its so-called "Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents" program.
