Wise observations regarding race from one of my favorite commentators who happens to be black. http://www.humanevents.com/2013/08/05/would-they-be-proud/
Now another one from a white person with some cogent thoughts. http://pjmedia.com/blog/toward-a-post-racial-society-or-maybe-not/?singlepage=true
If this remark by a senior
black congressman is not racists, I do not know what is. Has the
mainstream media made demands for an apology or for his resignation?
Think of past comments by Republicans that have caused a broad array of
vociferous reactions by mainstream media. Where are they now? Hiding
behind their race relations double standards. The remark certainly
does not promote good race relations. http://townhall.com/tipsheet/taylorcolwell/2013/08/03/charlie-rangel-calls-tea-partiers-white-crackers-n1655110
After reading these
incredible/many insensitive liberal/progressive media remarks, ask
yourself if this is reporting or
opinionating/misinforming/propagandizing a point of view by distorting
the facts and having no regard for the truth. Other items are mixed in
with those dealing with race. Remarks are routinely made without a
shred of supporting evidence which shows how much respect they have for
the intelligence of the American public. This type of behavior is
disgusting and has no place in news reporting/opinonating or civil
discourse. http://www.mrc.org/notable-quotables/budget-fight-looms-vicious-smearing-begins-opposing-obama-all-about-hate-and-racis
Note that the late night
comedians are starting to call out the democrats for some of their more
egregious/incredulous remarks. But, don't bet on the media taking
notice. They think their cause is right - truth be damned. http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2013/08/05/laugh-it-up-study-finds-late-night-comics-using-democrats-as-punchlines/?cmpid=NL_FNTopHeadlines
