As
you read these two items keep in mind that the Department of Defense is
a part of the President's administration. So, ask yourself where did
these orders come from. Remember also that controlling what members of
the military say and read is a pattern for this administration. For
Army personnel have been ordered to keep their Christianity to
themselves - can you say don't ask - don't tell. Another example is
the Justice Department's order denying their employee's free speech
rights by ordering them to not display opposition to homosexuality.
This administration, among other things, is a blatant violator of our
First Amendment rights.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias. They spin stories to make conservatives look bad and will go to great lengths to avoid reporting on the good that comes from conservative policies. There are a few shining lights in the media landscape-brave conservative outlets that report the truth and offer a different perspective. We must support conservative outlets like this one and ensure that our voices are heard.
