On Monday the DOJ leaked documents to the leftist media before sending it to Micajah's attorneys.
The DOJ wants Micajah to spend 60 days in prison for walking into the US Capitol on January 6.
Micajah has all of the communications between his attorneys and the pre-trial officers.
The DOJ personally released Micajah Jackson's letter to the Media.

I've had personal information seized without lawful warrants, lies said about me, my family being harrased, canceled by corporations, on going propaganda spewed by college professors, my cellphone tapped, my social media hacked into, and continuously attacked by fascist media.
Why did the DOJ release documentations on a Federal Holiday "Presidents Day" to the media about my case? Why did the media find out the sentencing memo before my lawyer would be able to notify me? Why is the DOJ targeting me for peacefully & respectfully asking Luke Robinson why he was removed from the FBI wanted list regarding January 6th, 2021? Why is the DOJ using "Opinionated" statements in Government memos to underguard the sacredness of our judicial system? As a American citizen and as a disabled Veteran where is my justice for government & public wrong doings.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias. They spin stories to make conservatives look bad and will go to great lengths to avoid reporting on the good that comes from conservative policies. There are a few shining lights in the media landscape-brave conservative outlets that report the truth and offer a different perspective.
