Then with the numbers released yesterday, suddenly Garcia took a huge jump and came within about 16,000 votes of Adams.
Adams wasn't buying it, noting how 100,000 plus votes just seemed to materialize out of the air, in comparison to the number of votes they said existed on Tuesday night.
As more information came out, they said what they had done was accidentally counted about 135,000 "Test ballots." They said they hadn't purged the system so those false numbers were added in with the real count.

So another issue that could count against the pro-police Democrat? And this is just the election day and early votes, they haven't even gotten into the question of the 124,000 plus absentee votes which reportedly will take them some time to further count.
There are thousands of uncounted EDay votes all over the city, but higher concentrations in the Bronx & other pro-Adams areas.
NYC Board of Elections was already awful and bad at their jobs.
