This
is one of the best explanations of income redistribution I have seen.
Please take the 3 minutes it takes to read. It will help to explain why
things are going south for both the middle class and poor. And, I
would add that the author makes one mistake. He places the blaim for
this failing policy in the lap of the Democrats. The blaim belongs to
both Democrats and Republicans.
