PRESIDENT TRUMP IS TALKING ABOUT CONVENTION OF STATES.

It’s not fake news––last night, Just the News posted an article titled “Convention of States effort surges as Trump aims at shrinking size, scope of federal government.” It’s a great piece that discusses last week’s Race to Freedom Leadership Summit, outlines the Article V process, and hammers home that if President Trump wants to protect his legacy as a swamp-drainer, he should throw his weight behind Convention of States.

AND JUST A FEW HOURS AGO, TRUMP REPOSTED THE ARTICLE TO HIS OWN PERSONAL TRUTH SOCIAL PAGE.

We’ve got his attention. Our message is being heard, loud and clear. And we’ve got to ride this wave of momentum all the way to the end.

We all collectively felt a monumental shift with the assassination of Charlie Kirk. And it means something.

It means that we are awake to the intentions of our enemies. They do not believe in freedom of speech. They do not believe in the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They would see us subjugated to a totalitarian state that makes all our decisions for us.

It means our opposition knows we are winning. They will stop at nothing to silence us––but they have gone too far. Many who were in denial about the machinations of the progressive left are now waking up. Our opposition’s days are numbered.

And it means we will never stop fighting until we have secured freedom for ourselves, for our children, and for our grandchildren. We are looking forward with a clarity that we didn’t have before. Our nation is in peril––and it’s up to us to overcome our differences, join together, and use every legal means possible to end federal government overreach.

We only need to get to 34 states in order to call an Article V convention. We’re working with our grassroots army––whose leaders just got back home from the summit, newly energized and full of fresh and innovative ideas––to pass the COS Resolution through states #20, #21, and #22. And when we cross the finish line, we’ll rein in our runaway federal government for good––imposing fiscal restraints, limiting its power and jurisdiction, and placing term limits on members of Congress.

Charlie Kirk was a friend, a supporter, and an endorser of COS. The heartbreak of his murder will take a long time to heal––but I am so encouraged by how quickly and fervently We the People are rallying together when it really matters.

And it’s no coincidence that just as we all feel this renewed, focused energy and resolve, President Trump takes notice of the Convention of States movement. The wheels are turning. The machine is moving. We’re getting closer.
