It's no surprise that Fauci, the so-called "medical expert," has something to hide. You can bet that his "mind-blowing admissions" are just the tip of the iceberg. This man has been misleading the American people for far too long, and it's time we demand some answers.

Fauci's testimony behind closed doors only raises more questions than it answers. What is he trying to hide from the public? Why the secrecy? Our government officials owe it to the American people to be transparent, especially when it comes to matters of public health.

Fauci's actions during this pandemic have been nothing short of disastrous. His ever-changing guidelines and recommendations have confused and frustrated the public. Not to mention, his support for restrictive lockdown measures has caused untold economic damage and infringed upon our cherished freedoms.

It's high time we hold Fauci and his ilk accountable for their failed policies and their disregard for the well-being of the American people. We deserve better than this. We deserve leaders who will put our country first and uphold the values of liberty and personal responsibility.

This is the same Fauci who funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China, which likely led to the COVID-19 pandemic in the first place. His hands are not clean in this matter, and he must be held to account.

The American people have a right to know the truth. In the words of President Reagan, "Trust, but verify." We cannot simply take Fauci's word for it anymore. It's time for some much-needed transparency and accountability.

How will Trump's conviction be reversed. Let us count the ways.

The conviction of President Trump by the radical left is an absolute disgrace and a blatant attack on our great nation and its values. It's a witch hunt, plain and simple, and we must stand strong against this injustice.

I believe there are a few strategies that can be employed to ensure that this conviction is overturned and justice is served.

Rally the troops and remind the American people of the achievements and successes of the Trump administration. We must highlight the booming economy, the strength of our military, and the protection of our cherished freedoms and liberties. By doing so, we can garner public support and remind the nation that President Trump is a true leader who has delivered on his promises.

Expose the hypocrisy and bias of the left-wing media and their Democrat allies. Their relentless attacks on President Trump, often based on falsehoods and distortions, must be brought to light. We must showcase their double standards and their attempts to undermine our democratic processes. By doing so, we can weaken their credibility and reveal their true agenda: power and control.

The need to strengthen our legal arguments and present a robust defense. President Trump has an excellent legal team, and they will no doubt utilize their expertise to challenge the conviction on constitutional grounds and expose any procedural irregularities. We must also remember that the Supreme Court has a conservative majority, and this could play a crucial role in ensuring a fair and just outcome.

We must never underestimate the power of the American people and their sense of justice. We must encourage every patriot to stand up, make their voices heard, and demand that this conviction be overturned. This is a fight for the very soul of our nation, and we cannot allow the left to trample on our rights and freedoms.

I believe that by combining a strong legal defense, a robust public relations strategy, and the unwavering support of the American people, we can reverse this conviction and set President Trump free. It is a battle worth fighting, and I have no doubt that truth and justice will prevail.

An Administration Hopelessly Adrift

 The Biden administration has made a big deal out of the construction of a pier on the coast of Gaza which will supposedly allow the delivery of needed emergency aid to civilians there.

All of the weapons used by the Houthis in these attacks are supplied in one way or the other by Iran.

There is no indication that the Biden administration intends to do anything meaningful in response.

Instead, the Biden administration intends to continue its policy of rewarding our enemies and enabling them to continue to spread terror throughout the Middle East.

The Biden administration's response to this has been to pressure our allies to back off on condemnation of Iran and to avoid criticism of Iran for its nuclear program.

In effect, Iran is handing to Maduro and his cronies the capability to launch a campaign in the Caribbean like that the Houthis have launched in the Red Sea.

Haley mum on Trump guilty verdict as fans urge her to restart White House bid

 Nikki Haley, who campaigned on ending the "Chaos" that follows Donald Trump, found herself in a strange position as the former president's legal troubles exploded on Thursday: a silent supporter.

TRUMP GUILTY IN MANHATTAN HUSH MONEY CASE Since she dropped out of the race for the presidential nomination, she has continued to be a thorn in Trump's side, amassing 97 delegates compared to Trump's 2,219 delegates, according to the Associated Press.

"Given the reaction among Republicans, and some of them are rallying around Trump, I think it's extremely unlikely that there would be any kind of change in the Republican approach to this election. They've chosen to make their bed with Trump," he said.

Trump "Asked everybody their opinion of who should be vice president a lot of people picked Nikki Haley," Catsimatidis told 77 WABC Radio host Rita Cosby after he attended a Trump fundraiser following the guilty verdict.

"A lot of people said, 'I hate Nikki Haley, but John Kennedy hated Lyndon Baines Johnson, and he got elected because he picked Lyndon Baines Johnson.' A lot of people said to Trump, 'We don't like Nikki Haley, but she might make the difference,'" Catsimatidis said.

"I'm sure she's going to be on our team in some form, absolutely." Biden's campaign has repeatedly signaled it would aggressively court Haley voters put off by Trump.

Even after Haley said she would vote for Trump, the campaign was huddling with Haley supporters in a meeting Schwartz helped to organize.

United Methodists Lose One Million Members in One Day, After Oversees Contingent Cuts Ties Over Same-Sex Support

In a continued blistering indictment against the destructive and damned United Methodist Church denomination, their largest overseas jurisdiction has voted to cut ties with them over their support of same-sex marriage and all things gay at their General Conference earlier this month, resulting in a loss of over a million members in a single day.

The United Methodist Church in the Ivory Coast (EMUCI), which has been vocal about the denomination’s drift, held an extraordinary session on May 28th and pulled the trigger, casting their votes to disaffiliate “For reasons of conscience before God and His word, the supreme authority in matters of faith and life.”

Denominational leaders within the EMUCI have been unyielding in their resistance to the LGBTQ, declaring that their American counterparts “deviate from the Holy Scriptures” and prefer “to sacrifice its honor and integrity to honor the LGBTQ community.”

Unlike the UMC, the EMUCI has been growing steadily and has long been the denomination’s largest conference, along with being one of the most vocal against the direction they’ve been heading. This split was foreshadowed earlier this month at the General Conference, when the President of the EMCUI, Bishop Benjamin Boni, told those gathered as a result of their move to embrace LGBTQ deviancy: “The United Methodist Church now rests on socio-cultural values that have consumed its doctrinal and disciplinary integrity.”

It's clear that the United Methodists are facing a crisis of faith and values. It's a sad day when a church denomination has to choose between upholding the Word of God and caving in to the demands of a secular culture that wants to redefine the very institution of marriage.

The Bible is very clear in its teachings on marriage, and it's disappointing to see a religious organization like the United Methodists falter on this issue. Marriage is a sacred union between one man and one woman, intended for procreation and the foundation of a stable family unit. It is the bedrock of society, and any attempt to distort or undermine this institution is a direct attack on the values that have made our nation great.

I believe that the Methodists who chose to leave did so because they recognized that their church was abandoning its own principles and the teachings of the Bible. It's a wake-up call for all people of faith to stand firm in their beliefs and not be swayed by the relativism and moral ambiguity that is so prevalent in today's society.

This incident should also serve as a reminder to our political leaders that the majority of Americans still hold traditional values dear. Despite the efforts of the liberal elite to erase our heritage and rewrite history, we will not stand idly by and let it happen. We must continue to fight for what we believe in and ensure that our voices are heard, both in the public square and at the ballot box.

I have no issue with individuals who identify as LGBTQ. They are free to live their lives as they see fit. However, when their demands infringe upon the religious liberty and freedom of conscience of others, that is where I draw the line. No church or religious organization should ever be forced to compromise its beliefs to accommodate the wishes of a minority group.

Let us stand strong in our convictions, continue to spread the good word, and work towards a society that upholds the values of faith, family, and traditional marriage. God bless America!

Countdown To Next Step In Dems' War On Democracy Starts Now

You have every reason to spend the next five months anticipating anything and everything to keep voters from installing Donald Trump back in the White House through a process formerly known in America as a "Free and fair election." State Attorneys General have a duty to sue the city and state of New York, which rewrote federal election and state business records law to interfere with the 2024 election, throw former President Donald Trump in jail and disenfranchise tens of millions of Americans' right to vote for their choice for President, all in violation of the Supremacy Clause under Article VI.

Under the doctrine of preemption, states have no power, zero, to rewrite federal election laws, let alone to enforce them. States have original jurisdiction under Article III, Sec. 2 to all "controversies between two or more states," and Attorneys General have an obligation under the federal and state constitutions to ensure that one state cannot determine the outcome of any presidential election in this manner.

This is a constitutional crisis, and one that can only be cured by the states and the Supreme Court in a timely manner.

In addition, the city and state of New York have trampled upon the constitutional rights of former President Trump, including unconstitutional gag orders on his First Amendment rights, but also denial of due process under both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, and violations of his Sixth Amendment right to have clear charges brought before him. Since these also impact voters' rights to hear and see both candidates in the general election, state Attorneys General have a duty to preserve their franchise in the Electoral College.

You know what to do! Let’s urge state Attorneys General to sue New York at the U.S. Supreme Court to stop this election interference and overturn former President Trump’s conviction!

Failure to act by states and the Supreme Court would incentivize and perpetuate political prosecutions of presidential and other candidates for public office, with endless reprisals and show trials, effectively destroying faith in the justice system's impartiality, the rule of law, the Constitution and the civil society that the vast majority of Americans depend on. If both political parties cannot agree not to prosecute political opponents, we don't have a country.

Trump Sentencing Set for July 11 – THREE DAYS BEFORE REPUBLICAN CONVENTION – Merchan Informed There is No Bail

The jury returned a verdict in Alvin Bragg's lawfare 'hush money' trial on Thursday: Guilty on all 34 counts! Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to 'hush payments' he made to Stormy Daniels.

Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, 'hush payments' through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.

After deliberating for several hours on Thursday, the jury returned a guilty verdict after the judge rigged the trial by allowing jurors to choose which crime they believed Trump committed.

The sentencing was set for July 11 – Three days before the Republican convention!

Trump is facing four years in prison for every count.

Despite Warnings, Biden Admin Finalizes Rule That Could Cripple Many Offshore Oil Companies

In June 2023, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management proposed a rule that would require stricter financial assurance standards for oil companies operating in the Outer Continental Shelf.

This costly rule became final on April 15, 2024, but in the 10 months since its initial proposal, BOEM did nothing to alleviate concerns for smaller companies that comprise of 76 percent of oil and gas operators in the Gulf.

The situation threatens an estimated 36,000 jobs, more than $570 million in federal government royalties, and $9.9 billion from our GDP. Records obtained via the Freedom of Information Act show private meetings between Interior officials and representatives of the major oil companies as they cooperated on this rule.

Mega oil companies will have little problem with the rule's new credit rating requirement.

Small oil companies will now have to spend, conservatively, $379 million per year on surety bonds, but some estimates are closer to $800 million.

Against a conservative estimate of roughly $25 billion in decommissioning costs borne solely by private companies over the years, and the contribution of billions each year from all oil and gas royalties, the public is left to wonder whether this rule is a solution in search of a problem.

The new costs to small oil businesses are for naught - unless the motivation is to make energy more expensive and drive out more companies.

Chinese Battery Makers Back Out Of Germany Amidst Cooling EV Demand

Chinese electric vehicle battery producers are scaling back their expansion in Germany due to a drop in EV sales, according to Nikkei Asia.

SVOLT Energy Technology, a spin-off from Great Wall Motor, announced the suspension of its planned battery cell plant in Lauchhammer, Brandenburg, attributing the decision to a "New European strategy" and a major order cancellation, reportedly from BMW. Additionally, SVOLT expressed uncertainty about its factory project in Ueberherrn, Saarland, due to ongoing legal challenges.

If impeded, SVOLT's only operational facility in Germany will be a plant in Heusweiler, set to open on July 1, which will assemble battery cells into packs and modules.

Kai-Uwe Wollenhaupt, president of SVOLT Europe said this week: "At SVOLT, in addition to the already low level of planning security at various points - from the threat of international punitive tariffs to market distortions due to lengthy and unevenly distributed subsidies - a significant customer project has now also been lost." The Nikkei report notes that SVOLT's decision follows that of battery behemoth CATL. CATL halted its expansion in Arnstadt after Volkswagen reduced EV production in Zwickau.

The decline in Chinese investment in German battery production aligns with Germany's late 2023 decision to end EV purchase subsidies, leading to a drop in electric car registrations to 12.2% in April.

In Europe, this shift comes amid broader controversies, such as the EU's 2035 ban on combustion engines, which is increasingly criticized by German politicians like Carsten Linnemann of the CDU, who argue it threatens Germany's economic prosperity.

Kai-Christian Moeller, a deputy spokesperson for the Fraunhofer Battery Alliance added: "The cancellation of subsidies made several German automakers push back their plans for an end of production of combustion-powered cars, while the average consumer does not see any cost advantage in driving EVs over gas-powered cars" Ferdinand Dudenhoeffer, director of the Center for Automotive Research in Bochum, concluded: "Those tariffs would artificially increase the price of electric cars for European consumers, and I have already heard that auto parts suppliers are stopping orders for EV production and that combustion engine plants are being spruced up for a few more years."

A difficult concept to explain to ordinary people is that some people and some ideas are unadulterated evil, not just in their implementation but in their conception.

People misinterpret evil acts as separate and apart from having an evil soul.

Nor is revisionist history that seeks to reform evil people.

Americans Fleeing Cities For Small Towns In Droves As Crime And Taxes Skyrocket

Americans have been leaving the nation's biggest cities in droves in recent years in favor of small towns as crime, immigration and high taxes leave people seeking a different way of life.

Although big cities are still seeing a modest rise in their populations due to surging international immigrants, they're struggling to keep Americans in town.

Crime is one of the top reasons people are leaving cities, with many Americans complaining that they feel unsafe in neighborhoods that were once nice places to live.

Many liberal-run cities are seeing crime - and violent crime in particular - rising as criminals are not held accountable for their actions and overworked and underfunded police departments struggle to maintain order.

San Francisco has been experiencing a major crime spree spanning several years, with residential areas that were once considered quiet and safe now being overrun by crime and shops closing their doors in droves.

Taxes are another concern in metros like Boston, with Massachusetts poised to lose around $1 billion in yearly revenue as wealthy residents leave the state over its high taxes.

The remote work boom is also playing a role, according to University of Virginia demographer Hamilton Lombard, with many Americans who are allowed to work from home post-pandemic leaving cities with a high cost of living in favor of rural areas and small towns.

It Seems That No One Wants To End The Ukraine War Except For Trump

These absences and the conference's agenda indicate not that just this peace conference will be a farce, but that there is no serious interest by the international community in finding a way to end the war in Ukraine.

Russia has made major gains in the war this year, seizing significant territory in northern Ukraine and northeast of Kharkiv, the second-largest city in Ukraine.

Due to these factors, most experts believe Ukraine has no chance of recovering its territory from Russia and assess that this conflict has become a long-term war of attrition that Ukraine will eventually lose.

Given the perilous state of the war for Ukraine, if next month's Ukraine peace conference was intended to be a credible effort to end the war, it would include negotiations with Ukrainian and Russian representatives on how to implement a cease-fire as soon as possible as well as a diplomatic process for a peace agreement or armistice.

President Biden also continues to frame the war in Ukraine as a threat to democracy and claims Putin will invade NATO members if Russia conquers Ukraine.

Obviously, the wild card in getting a cease-fire in the Ukraine War or a peace process is Putin, who may not negotiate in good faith or comply with an agreement to end or freeze this conflict.

Trump's position on ending the Ukraine War is also considerably better than Biden's, who plans to blow off a Ukraine peace conference so he can hang out with Hollywood movie stars to raise money for his presidential campaign.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)

The WHO’s Solidarity trial examined remdesivir, hydroxychloroquine, and two other drug combos for effectiveness against Covid-19. The WHO’s statement that remdesivir should not be used was ignored by Fauci and the FDA. The WHO’s sabotage of HCQ was used to suppress the life-saving drug in favor of toxic remdesivir, and also to make way for the unnecessary Covid shots.

Fauci, back in April of 2020 couldn't just ignore HCQ, despite his preference for the profitable remdesivir - not with all that "Buzz on the internet." "The buzz" most likely had to do with doctors who were having success treating Covid patients with hydroxychloroquine.

In April 2020 the NIH did a short retrospective study on HCQ, meaning they analyzed the records of a couple hundred men over age 65 in VA hospitals, and found "No evidence that use of hydroxychloroquine, either with or without azithromycin, reduced the risk of mechanical ventilation in patients hospitalized with Covid-19." The analysis also concluded that overall mortality increased in patients treated with HCQ. What the NIH Veterans Administration study failed to point out is that HCQ is most effective at onset of symptoms during the viral replication stage, not when a Covid patient is ill enough to be hospitalized and in the inflammation stage of the disease.

The WHO's multi-nation Solidarity Trial had recently resumed the HCQ arm of the study which they had paused in May 2020 due to the reports from the Surgisphere study published in the Lancet, a premiere medical journal.

Aside from the fact that they were giving HCQ at the wrong point in Covid infection, Dr. Nass was alarmed to learn that both the Solidarity and Recovery trials were administering toxic doses of HCQ to trial participants.

Relying on the skewed results from the Recovery Trial, on June 15, 2020, the FDA revoked its EUA approval of HCQ. The FDA alert stated that "Continued review of the scientific evidence available for hydroxychloroquine sulfateto treat Covid-19" determined that "The potential benefits ofHCQ no longer outweigh the known and potential risks for the authorized use."

Profit motives behind killing HCQ:. With regard to the suppression of HCQ use, Dr. Nass concluded, "WHO and other national health agencies, universities and charities have conducted large clinical trials that were designed so hydroxychloroquine would fail to show benefit in the treatment of Covid-19, perhaps to advantage much more expensive competitors and vaccines in development, which have been heavily supported by Solidarity and Recovery trial sponsors and WHO sponsors."

If there is no change in savings and capital investment, then through credit creation by a central bank to finance a government's budget deficit a similar trade deficit is bound to arise.

As well as the geopolitical dimension, the motive for these misguided policies is an erroneous belief that the trade deficit will be eliminated.

Millions of Chickens Killed in 5-Alarm Fire at Farina Farms Inc. in Illinois, One of Nation’s Largest Free-Range Egg Facilities

A massive fire broke out at Farina Farms Inc. in Marion County, Illinois, on Wednesday night, resulting in the deaths of millions of chickens.

The fire, which began around 6:30 p.m. along Highway 37, quickly escalated into a 5-alarm fire, requiring the intervention of at least 20 different fire departments from surrounding areas, according to WAND TV. Described as "Humongous" by Marion County Sheriff Kevin Cripps, the fire engulfed multiple buildings spanning 200-300 yards in length.

"The fire at the Chicken Farm south of Farina is so hot it is actually producing a rare type of cloud over it. It's called a" pyrocumulus cloud.

"If fires burn hot enough, they can create clouds that produce lighting and rain, called pyrocumulonimbus clouds. That probably isn't the case in Farina, but the fire is being spotted on radar between 12,000 to 15,000 feet high!" he added.

The Beckemeyer Volunteer Fire Department alone transported nearly 30,000 gallons of water over a distance of 45 miles to assist in the firefighting efforts, according to Chief Luke Baker.

"Requests like this are made by MABAS to bring resources in from different areas so as not to deplete a whole county's fire departments in one place. All in all, it was a massive effort by these first responders to bring it under control." The cause of the fire remained unknown.

"We're monitoring developments regarding last night's devastating fire at Farina Farms in Marion County, just on the other side of our district line. Thanks to the swift and courageous action of first responders, it appears there were no injuries," said Rep. Mike Bost.

This is a perfect example of the dangerous consequences of the radical left's obsession with taking down President Trump. While they were wasting time and resources on their witch hunt, real crimes were being committed, and people were losing their lives.

The left just can't stand the fact that President Trump beat them at their own game. They can't accept that the American people rejected their socialist agenda and chose a strong leader who puts America first. So, they spent years trying to impeach him, accusing him of all sorts of things without any evidence. Demands for Justice Alito’s Recusal are Meritless

The New York Times reported that two flag symbols used at the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot were also displayed at various times at Justice Alito's homes.

Some January 6th rioters who believed Mr. Trump's claim that the 2020 presidential election was stolen carried upside-down American flags and "Appeal to Heaven" flags at the Capitol on January 6th. The New York Times' vacuous reporters concluded that these same flag symbols displayed at Justice Alito's homes can only mean one thing.

Justice Alito's detractors have no way of knowing for sure what was behind the flag displays at either of the justice's homes.

The simple fact that the "Appeal to Heaven" flag was flown outside Justice Alito's vacation home last year does not prove Justice Alito's kinship with the "Stop the Steal" crowd.

There were no such calls coming from the Left back in 2016 when, during the presidential campaign that year, the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg publicly denounced then-candidate Donald Trump as a "Faker." She also said, "I can't imagine what this place would be - I can't imagine what the country would be - with Donald Trump as our president." Justice Ginsburg also criticized Mr. Trump for not disclosing his tax returns.

The letter charged that Justice Alito had "Actively engaged in political activity, failed to avoid the appearance of impropriety, and failed to act in a manner that promotes public confidence in the impartiality of the judiciary." The letter declared that Justice Alito had thereby "Created reasonable doubt about his impartiality and his ability to fairly discharge his duties in cases related to the 2020 presidential election and January 6th attack on the Capitol." The letter added that Justice Alito's "Recusal in these matters is both necessary and required" and urged Chief Justice Roberts to ensure that such recusal will happen.

Hypocrisy is in the Left's DNA. They will stop at nothing in their relentless campaign to delegitimize and intimidate the Supreme Court's conservative justices on the way to their packing the Court with left-wing justices.

How Did An Alien Accused Of Murder Both Here And Abroad Get Into The United States?

The defendant in this case is Angel Gabriel Cuz Choc, a 31-year-old who, as noted, he has been identified as a Guatemalan national here illegally.

The victims were Amalia Coc Choc De Pec, aged 36, and her four-year-old daughter Estrella Anastasia Pec Coc - again, each Guatemalan and each here illegally.

The roommate informed officers of numerous quarrels between Cuz Choc and Coc Choc De Pec, and a manhunt ensued.

Cuz Choc called his brothers after the killings and one brother told investigators that his brother confessed to the murders and said he did it because his girlfriend went out with a friend for three hours instead of her allotted hour and a half.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that Cuz Choc confessed to both murders and makes clear that although he and Coc Choc De Pec were "Romantically involved", Cuz Choc is not Pec Coc's father.

There's a reason why Suzy Lopez, state attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit of Florida, is prosecuting Cuz Choc, and not some magistrate in Guatemala.

Returning to my main point, for the moment I'll give the Biden DHS the benefit of the doubt and assume that Cuz Choc was a "Got-away", that is an alien who entered illegally and evaded agents to make his way into the interior.

Don't Listen To The Elites: Trump's Conviction Is NOT A "Victory" For The Rule Of Law

A Manhattan jury's decision to convict Donald Trump of falsifying business records to break federal election law is being heralded by The Usual Suspects as a moment in which "No one is above the law." Indeed, both prosecutor Alvin Bragg, who brought the charges, and Judge Juan Merchan, who acted as a member of the prosecution, have proven that they themselves are above the law and can act well outside legal boundaries because no one will set boundaries for them.

The events afterward confirmed my fears, as Democratic prosecutors, both state and federal, have indicted Trump for various alleged offenses, all done in state and federal districts dominated by Democratic Party voters, almost guaranteeing juries that consist of mostly, if not all, Democrats.

The gist of the case was as follows: Bragg alleged that by arranging for Stormy Daniels to receive $130,000 in exchange for being quiet about her having sex with Trump, the way the payments were entered into his business records amounted to falsification of those records, which normally is a misdemeanor under New York State law.

The law Bragg alleges was broken is federal law, and the Biden Department of Justice already decided not to prosecute Trump on that charge.

The facts may be clear, but the law is anything but - and that could very well mean that the jury convicts Trump before the election, an appeals court reverses the conviction after the election, and millions of Americans, many of them non-MAGA, face yet another crisis of confidence in American institutions.

If Trump is convicted, his conviction could well survive on appeal.

Our court system does not exist to guarantee political results, no matter how much one might want Trump to lose the election.

Defeating Trump with an assist from a criminal prosecution that falls apart on appeal would exacerbate the mistrust that helped make Trump president in the first place and sustains his hold on the Republican Party.

This is not the only case Democratic prosecutors have brought against Trump and given the political dynamics and the makeup of potential juries, Trump well could be convicted in any or all of those cases.

Even if SCOTUS were to overturn the New York guilty verdict, it cannot declare Trump not guilty, but only remand the case back to trial with new instructions and limitations.

Given the political dynamics, one can see Bragg looking for other ways to bring criminal charges against Trump in never-ending legal warfare.

Despite the relative paucity of socialist municipal-level elected officials, large cities tend to adopt policies that can reasonably be called socialist.

A number of other cities have socialist members on their governing councils.

Wikipedia says there are only 100 socialists currently on city councils and county commissions combined.

Read Jeremy Lott's Free Cities Center review of "Centers for Progress: 40 Cities That Changed the World." Yet, the most "Meaningful improvements in the quality of life for people in their communities" come not from central planners intent on forcing their will on people but markets.

" Brian Anderson, editor of City Journal, nods to Hayek's thinking by writing that the city is the source "Of the West's dynamic, world-transforming science, culture and prosperity." His article is aptly named, "Freedom and the city." Socialist and progressive frameworks make dynamism difficult.

Ugo Okere, a socialist candidate for the Chicago City Council in 2019, said publicly what many will say only in private when he confessed that he believes that "Democratic socialism, to me, is about democratic control of every single facet of our life." We'd say Chicago was fortunate that Okere wasn't elected.

We can't because the race in the city's 40th Ward was won by Andre Vasquez, a Democratic Socialist who was reelected last year.

How can a city flourish if its inhabitants are disconnected through a cold, soulless system that has no room for spontaneity? Every bustling city was built on the backs of entrepreneurs, who are key to economic prosperity but also bring together people of different "Tribes." Yet socialism and collectivism not only sever human connections, they dampen and often kill the entrepreneurial spirit.

While most big-city mayors and council members would eschew the socialist label, they unfortunately promote policies that are socialist in nature, as they promote government-funded affordable housing and a variety of other programs hatched in City Hall and paid for by taxpayers.

The answers are not in city halls but in the industriousness and creativity of people who are not tied down by public policy and make our urban centers not merely habitable but vibrant places to live.

If we want to revive America's cities, we need to combat failed socialist ideas and re-energize the role of private enterprise.

 Thursday on CNN, following the announcement of a guilty verdict of former President Donald Trump on 34 counts by a Manhattan jury, CNN senior political contributor Scott Jennings predicted it would favor Republicans in the election cycle.

According to the former Bush administration official, the verdict would “massively backfire” on Democrats by galvanizing Republican support and encouraging fundraising.

“Well, if my phone and the text messages I’m receiving are any indication, every Republican in the country is matter in a wet hen,” he said. “I mean, people who are decidedly non-MAGA, not Trump fans are blowing up tonight saying this case never should have been brought, this is ridiculous charges. It was an egregious use of the criminal justice system. And I mean, I’m hearing people say I had no intention of voting for Donald Trump, and now I am. And then if you ask to Trump campaign, what’s happening?”

Fury As Boston's Woke Democrat Mayor Claims Criminals Should NOT Be Prosecuted For These Raft Of Shocking Crimes

Woke Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu, who has been mayor of Boston since November 2021 has long supported a progressive approach to crime but is now looking for some of the most basic offenses to be completely off-limits to prosecution.

Wu has argued for charges including shoplifting and disorderly conduct to be beyond the reach of prosectors along with other serious crimes including the receiving of stolen property and even driving with a suspended license.

Wu's progressive outlook goes even further with the 39-year-old seemingly comfortable with offenders that commit 'quality of life' crimes getting off scot free.

In a 2021 Boston Mayoral Candidate Questionnaire, from Progressive Massachusetts, a nonprofit organization that tracks and ranks how progressive elected officials, Wu was asked if she supported Rollins list.

As mayor, Wu, who is the city's first female and first Asian American to assume the role, has promised to reallocate police funds to other city priorities and believes in demilitarizing law enforcement, opposing the use of tear gas, rubber bullets, and attack dogs.

In the questionnaire, Wu also stated that she supports the firing of any Boston Police Department employees involved in the January 6th Capitol insurrection.

'The list was made in response to a request from the Boston Police Department after the Mayor had been harassed and physically intimidated by individuals for several months outside her home, at city functions such as the annual neighborhood parks coffee hours, and at other public events,' Wu spokesman Ricardo Patron said in a statement at the time.

 Public Health is a vast enterprise, receiving hundreds of billions in funding annually. It is considered vital for maintaining the general health and welfare of the population. However, there is an ongoing pandemic-level excess mortality, affecting all age and demographic strata, which is being ignored by public health authorities. This excess mortality is visible in death certificate data from four states, which show continuing pandemic-level excess deaths in various conditions.

Death certificates are a flawed tool for data construction, but they can still provide useful information. The following conditions show clear excess mortality in every state with available data: Acute Renal Failure, Pulmonary Embolism, Hypertension (specifically Hypertensive Heart Disease), Physical Trauma Injuries, Diabetes, Protein Calorie Malnutrition, and Sepsis.

The all-cause mortality charts provide a bird's-eye view of broad trends, helping identify novel factors affecting population mortality. Each chart shows the total number of deaths per year, with different shades of grey for 2015-2019, blue for 2020, yellow for 2021, red for 2022, and purple for 2023. The number on top of each bar indicates the number of deaths in that year that fit the conditions articulated in the title of the chart.

Massachusetts All-Cause Mortality shows an increase in deaths from 2020 onwards, with a higher degree of excess mortality in 2021-2023. The average age of decedents also dropped sharply in 2021, with a greater portion of deaths above the expected total in 2021-2023.

Minnesota's overall excess mortality is more evenly spread out, but the average age of decedents is anomalous. Non-Nursing Home (NH) residents show a far higher degree of excess mortality in 2021-2023, and this trend is also seen in the mortality trends for the majority of conditions.

Nevada has a lower average age of death and a more even spread of excess mortality. Vermont has the fewest deaths overall but has one of the worst post-2020 trends of excess death. Even excluding Covid deaths, there is clear excess mortality in individual conditions.

Acute Renal Failure shows a dramatic trend of excess mortality, with over 60,000 deaths annually in the US. This trend is visible across the country, despite differences in how states document causes of death. Pulmonary Embolism also shows clear excess, with a higher incidence attributed to both Covid and Covid vaccines.

Hypertension, specifically Hypertensive Heart Disease, shows a considerable rate of escalating excess. Diabetes, another leading killer, shows a substantial increase in deaths in Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, and Vermont. Protein Calorie Malnutrition, a condition associated with cancer treatment, saw a massive increase in deaths before the pandemic and continues to show excess mortality.

Lying is an epidemic even worse than COVID. Our president and his press secretaries seem to lie with every word they say and deny facts that anyone with a pair of eyes can see for himself.

What if Trump is telling the truth, the people he supports/worships are lying to him "Bigly," and the president who is deceived is Biden? Stonebridge has bought the lie that Trump is a self-serving maniac, capable of doing anything.

Justice Alito to Senate Dems: Kiss My Pine Tree Covered Asterisk

MY WIFE IS FOND OF FLYING FLAGS Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Wednesday rejected Democratic lawmakers' requests that he recuse himself from key cases related to former President Donald Trump and the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot following reports that flags linked to Trump's supporters were flown at his properties.

Alito said in two letters to the lawmakers that he had "Nothing whatsoever to do with the flying of" an upside-down U.S. flag at his Virginia home days before the inauguration of President Joe Biden.

Alito also said he had "No involvement" in flying a flag bearing the "Appeal to Heaven" symbol in the backyard of his vacation home in the summer of 2023.

Rather, he said in the letters, his wife was "Solely responsible" for putting up the flagpoles and flying "a wide variety of flags over the years." "My wife is fond of flying flags. I am not," Alito wrote.

From what I've heard of the neighbors involved in the dispute, Mrs. Alito ran into a nasty case of privilege in the next-door neighbors.

All for a flag that, until this weekend, was acceptable in all the bluest places no matter who else had flown it or where.

As I said repeatedly in comment threads, I hope whoever the flag belonged to had the wherewithal to sue the Schlitz out of that vicious rag if one hair on a family member's head - or any of their property - was damaged by a rabid flag burner inspired by and directed to their property by the Chronicle's brazen and flagrant doxing attempt on a private citizen.

"Culture War" Replaces "Fiscal Discipline" For Legislators

 The Institute for Legislative Analysis has just released the most expansive study on U.S. Congressional voting trends  - nearly 65,000 votes - finding Republican lawmakers voted for the "Conservative position" on cultural issues and social issues 97.33% of the time, but for the limited government position on tax and fiscal issues just 50.63% of the time.

The study found more than half of Republicans voted for the progressive position on fiscal issues more often than the conservative.

On cultural issues all but 23 Republicans voted at least 90% of the time for the conservative position.

"The data confirms what many have suspected - the Tea Party movement is officially dead. The Republican party is in a new movement grounded on populism and focused on winning the culture wars," said Ryan McGowan, CEO of the Institute for Legislative Analysis.

"The recent bankruptcy of FreedomWorks coupled with significant ideological shifts within major conservative institutions will likely further gravitate Republican lawmakers to this new policy agenda".

Shocking Map Reveals Vast US Farmland Owned by Chinese Government

Foreign ownership of U.S. agricultural land expanded to approximately 43.4 million acres in 2022, according to data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

According to the USDA, Chinese investors' ownership of U.S. agricultural land has skyrocketed from merely 13,720 acres in 2010 to an astounding 346,915 acres by 2022 out of the 43 million acres.

According to the data reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Canadian investors hold the largest share of foreign-owned agricultural and non-agricultural land in the U.S., owning 32 percent or 14.2 million acres.

How to Get the Prescription McCullough Protocol Before the Government Bans It Additionally, investors from four other countries-Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Germany-together possess another 13 million acres, accounting for 29 percent of all foreign-held land in the U.S. The remaining 38 percent, or 17.1 million acres, are owned by various other countries.

Despite Chinese entities owning less than 1 percent of the foreign-held agricultural land in the U.S., the topic has garnered significant attention.

According to USDA: Chinese primary-investor filers reported owning 346,915 acres of agricultural land as of December 31, 2022.

Together, these five states had 85 percent of Chinese filings associated with U.S. agricultural land.

The Gateway Pundit reported that starting in 2015, a Chinese real estate development company called China Oceanwide Holdings began buying land on Oahu in the Hawaii Islands just ten miles west of the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor.

The stated intent of the land purchases was to build a luxury hotel and homes, but nothing was ever built, even though China Oceanwide had accumulated land worth over 500 million dollars in the vicinity of Pearl Harbor.

In February 2023, Rep. Dan Newhouse introduced the "Prohibition of Agricultural Land for the People's Republic of China Act," which would prohibit the purchase of public or private agricultural land in the U.S. by foreign nationals associated with the CCP. "The Chinese Communist Party is a threat to American democracy. The United States is engaged in a great power struggle with the CCP, and we must respond with tough policies that will protect our farmland and food supply chain," said Rep. Newhouse.
