FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways, according to a statement released on Monday.
"Mr. Carlson's last program was Friday April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named," said Fox News in a statement.
Tucker Carlson is an American television host, conservative political commentator, and writer.
He has hosted the nightly political talk show Tucker Carlson Tonight on Fox News since 2016.
Carlson left CNN in 2005 and joined MSNBC, where he hosted the nightly program Tucker from 2005 to 2008.
Carlson joined Fox News in 2009 as a political analyst.
The show is one of the most popular on Fox News, and Carlson is one of the most influential conservative voices in the United States.
