Biden, who defended mutilating minors, claiming that failing to mutilate children is "Immoral" is mad and his racist DOJ appointee is suing the state.
The Justice Department today filed a complaint challenging Tennessee Senate Bill 1, a recently enacted law that denies necessary medical care to youth based solely on who they are.
The Fourteenth Amendment was passed to protect the rights of freed slaves, not to mutilate children.
"No person should be denied access to necessary medical care just because of their transgender status," said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division.
Clarke can't define a woman or transgender and yet wants to go to court to argue that children are being discriminated against by not being mutilated when the purpose of that mutilation is to render them transgender.
Why does the White House hate the Protecting Children from Gender Mutilation Act? Because it prevents them from destroying more children's lives with their wholly political medical experimentation that seeks to create a new manufactured minority group.
