While the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have curtailed business and travel, L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti is threatening to prosecute owners of "Nonessential" businesses - the guidelines set by power-hungry government officials - for operating without city absolution.
Every time the government gets involved by "Assisting" it creates a bigger boondoggle, a huge deficit and funds being shunted into odd corners never to be found again.
