This is a portrait of the kind of judges Obama imposed on our nation's judicial system. They are left wing activist judges who actually display their partisanship in conducting "so called" justice.  This one should be removed from her position for a serious miscarriage of justice and pure judicial activism and even lying about it.  She falsely charged Tucker Carlson for outing a juror of Roger Stone's trial. This expands the discussion in the previous item. It also seems that the federal court system is finally shedding its past proclivity to rubber stamp anything that irresponsible progressive Democrat socialists want.  Quote: "The Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court's decision today that will allow the Trump Administration to withhold certain funds from jurisdictions that refuse to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It is likely that if it is appealed to the Supreme Court the Second Circuit Court's ruling will stand.  Finally, a measure of sanity is being demonstrated by our court system.

But as this item suggests our progressive Democrat socialists friends think they know right from wrong, but they are almost always wrong.  This article makes the point. Quote: "Acting director of the Department of Homeland Security joined Tucker Carlson late last week to discuss the Democrat-backed New Way Foward Act, a bill Wolf described as capable of "gutting the rule of law." "It's very dangerous. I would say it completely guts our immigration enforcement system that we have in place," Wolf said on "Tucker Carlson Tonight." "It also ... just from a pure legality perspective, it just guts the rule of law," as reported by Fox News."  But as usual the irresponsible ones think they know better... "Forty-four Democrats have co-sponsored the bill, which would allow people who have committed serious felonies in other countries to move to the United States legally and would make it extremely difficult for federal immigration officials to detain immigrants. Wolf continued, "So envision a world where individuals no longer have to wait in line for visas. They can come across the border, it's no longer [criminal] to do that. They can then come into the system. We can't deport them because we can't hold people, it essentially abolishes ICE. And then on top of all of that, going back 25 years, we then have to find folks, bring them back into the country [and] re-litigate their immigration proceedings." Staying on the court system theme. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor recently went on a rant accusing her fellow justices of bias.  She is a far left winger who has demonstrated her bias with a voting record any left winger would be proud of. So her rant was really about expressing her frustration that the courts are losing their left wing grip on our legal system.  This item illustrates the point. Quote: "While Sotomayor’s complaint in the Friday case dealt with a ruling that covered only the state of Illinois, Cruz said judicial obstruction to Trump initiatives on a national level was really what was driving the action at the Supreme Court. If Sotomayor doesn’t like the high court being bothered by Justice Department appeals, he suggested, she has only her liberal brethren on lower courts to blame."  You will recall that at least two sitting justices have recently suggested that far too many rulings at lower level left wing activist courts have routinely exceeded their judicial boundaries. Justice Clarence Thomas even suggested that if it continued the Supreme Court would have to take action to reign them in.  Apparently Justice Sotomayor does not agree. Here is more evidence that the Trump administration is serious about dealing with the nation's illegal immigration and fraudulent citizenship application problems. Quote: "A new unit within the Justice Department is being established to deal with the process of stripping citizenship from foreign-born individuals who fraudulently obtained citizenship by not revealing past convictions for serious crimes, Fox News is reporting. The news network noted past offenses can include terrorism and war crimes.
