My thinking is that the political left has drilled them with black
victimhood blather for so long that far too many believe it. My own
experience growing up and playing basketball with blacks as a kid and
working with, for and supervising blacks as an adult suggested that
things were improving until Obama and his first Attorney General Eric
Holder came along and reignited the whole black victimhood mantra. While
in college in the mid 60's I along with two white guys and one black
guy once ventured across the country together. We had no problems along
the way. Now however it is the official doctrine of the political left
to reinforce black victimhood status every chance they get. All that
does is make matters worse. But then again making matters worse is what
the political left is all about and unfortunately they are really good
at it.
