Remember
when police officers were fondly called "peace" officers? Well, I do
anyway. They have in recent years, however, become a much more
aggressive bunch and I think it is fair to say for many of them the "old
fashion" peace officer moniker just does not fit their more modern
macho self-image. There are countless numbers of police assaulting
innocents, barging into private residences with weapons drawn, etc..
But this account deals with aggression against our four legged
friends, pet dogs. I know. There are plenty of police officers who are
in the good guy camp. Hopefully this brutality against dogs does not
portend an acceleration of police brutality against us bipeds. You will
note that below the article there are items detailing other recent
police encounters with dogs. http://www.wnd.com/2014/07/police-take-horrific-action-every-98-minutes Now read the following item.
Unfortunately facts point to a trend bigger than family dogs. Check this out. http://www.theamericanconservative.com/seven-reasons-police-brutality-is-systematic-not-anecdotal/
