John Case told WarRoom that Colorado officials refused to honor President Trump’s pardon of Tina Peters, even after her legal team delivered it in person and demanded her release. The state claimed Trump lacked authority and ordered them to leave. Case said the pardon is valid because Tina was carrying out a federal duty by preserving 2020 election records that were later destroyed in most Colorado counties using Dominion machines. He said experts who reviewed the preserved data found the Dominion software is a variation of Smartmatic, and that Tina remains committed to exposing the voting machines even from prison. | WATCH THE CLIP BELOW: | | MORE CLIPS FROM TODAY’S SHOW: | | THIS WEEK’S MUST SEE WARROOM CLIPS: | | Full episodes and clips are at WarRoom.org. |
