Pro-Migrant Dems Playing Russian Roulette With Our Safety

Migrants, using President Biden's CBP One app, can fly domestically without photo ID, while Americans without photo ID face strict screening. This special treatment for migrants is due to the delayed implementation of the Real ID Act, passed in 2005, which requires TSA to reject state driver licenses or other IDs not requiring proof of legal residence.

The Real ID Act aimed to prevent people from using lax forms of ID to illegally board planes, in response to the 9/11 Commission's recommendation. However, its implementation has been postponed multiple times, with the official start date now set for May 2025.

All 50 states now provide Real ID licenses to legal residents, but blue states like New York and Illinois are normalizing illegal status. Illinois recently stopped issuing licenses for illegals with a purple stripe, replacing it with a "standard license" for both legal and illegal residents, making it easier for illegals to board planes.

New York state also issues a "standard" license available to everyone, including illegals, with a vague notation. The state Department of Motor Vehicles is prohibited from inquiring about citizenship status.

New York City's ID program further blurs the line between legals and illegals, offering an ID to all New Yorkers, regardless of immigration status, which resembles a state driver license.

An open southern border and the practice of allowing migrants to board airplanes without photo ID pose a risk to America's national security. The lack of strict ID requirements can potentially enable malicious actors to cause harm, as seen on 9/11. It is crucial not to let the Biden administration and the hard left jeopardize American lives by playing Russian roulette with national security.
