The power pharmaceutical companies wield over the medical care community and their vast customer base is enormous.  They have the profits and money to buy what they want.  This piece addresses what we all aready know. Pharmceutical control a large portion of the advertising space in media.  We all have noticed how often the boob tube has someone telling you to ask your doctor about a product they are selling - and also noted are just a portion of the negative effects they carry - but still you need to know if it is right for you. Your doctor knows - be aware, however, it is quite possible he has been hoodwinked by the hard sell, too.  Quote: "Robert F Kennedy, Jr., whose film, Trace Amounts, about toxic mercury in vaccines, was getting no media coverage, made this comment: “I talked to Roger Ailes [then CEO of FOX News], who I have known since I was 17 years old, he’s very sympathetic with this issue and saw the film Trace Amounts. This item speaks to the carelessness and malfeasance that takes place in the FDA to protect their pals in the pharmaceutical industry.  Quote: "My, my. It is sad that some mainstream medical doctors mislead about the use of supplements.  It is highly likely they are paid well by the pharmaceutical giants that make huge profits and produce far more harmful products than do makers of supplements.  Quote: "Right off the bat, Dr. Narula got my attention when she misquoted a verifiable statistic… According to an October 2015 report ² in the New England Journal of Medicine, supplements cause an estimated 23,000 ER visits per year.
