It's becoming increasingly difficult to discern fact from fiction, and unfortunately the media has a strong bias. They spin stories to make conservatives look bad and will go to great lengths to avoid reporting on the good that comes from conservative policies. There are a few shining lights in the media landscape-brave conservative outlets that report the truth and offer a different perspective. We must support conservative outlets like this one and ensure that our voices are heard.

CPAC Hungary was held this weekend in Budapest, Hungary.
The conference was attended by conservatives from though out the continent and America.
The unexpected highlight of the weekend conference may have been the riveting speech by the beautiful Eva Vlaardingerbroek.
Eva did not hold back in her defense of Christian Europe and the current assault by the globalist left to destroy our civilization.
Our new reality in Europe consists of frequent rapes, stabbings, killings, murders, shootings, even beheadings.
Dutch national disgrace, and dubbed Climate Pope, Frantz Timmermans, already stated in 2015 that diversity is humanity's destiny, and that Europe will be diverse.
Imagine their leaders rejoicing in the fact that their people will soon no longer be a majority in their own country.
Our establishment claims that white people are evil and that Our history is somehow fundamentally different from that of others.
That's what the totalitarians in Brussels are trying to force you, the Hungarian people, a sovereign nation, to accept immigrants despite the fact that the population has said no, and so has the government.
Make no mistake, the majority of the Dutch people haven't asked for this either.
If the old Europe still exists in certain places, then people will be able to compare the new Europe to the old, and news flash, they will prefer the old.
Isn't it funny how the same people who erode our national sovereignty and love to do it, give it all up to the Eurocrats there, that those people are now telling us that we need to spend billions and billions of euros on the national sovereignty of Ukraine? It's a joke, honestly, and it's a pretty sick, expensive, and dangerous joke.
Truth be told, ladies and gentlemen, I think we in Europe do not go far enough.
Record low birth rates are leading to population collapse in Europe and even faster population collapse in most of Asia.
If this doesn’t turn around, then any countries on Earth with low birth rates will become empty of people and fall into ruin, like the remains we see of the many long dead civilizations.”
There has been a recent uproar regarding an X post by one of our legislators regarding voter registration forms that were provided to a refugee in Spartanburg.
The national voter registration also known as motor voter law allows for these forms to be made available in the state agencies.
The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 sets forth certain voter registration requirements with respect to elections for federal office.
Section 5 of the NVRA requires that States offer voter registration opportunities at State motor vehicle agencies.
Section 6 of the NVRA requires that States offer voter registration opportunities by mail-in application.
Section 7 of the NVRA requires that States offer voter registration opportunities at certain State and local offices, including public assistance and disability offices.
Section 8 of the NVRA contains requirements with respect to the administration of voter registration by States and requires States to implement procedures to maintain accurate and current voter registration lists.
What voter registration opportunity is required by Section 5 of the NVRA?
Each State motor vehicle driver's license application submitted to a State motor vehicle authority must serve as a simultaneous voter registration application unless the applicant fails to sign the voter registration application.
Any change of address form submitted for State driver's license purposes must also serve as notification of change of address for voter registration purposes unless the registrant states on the form that the change of address is not for voter registration purposes.
These laws allow multiple state agencies to provide voter registration forms.
"Voter registration agency" means an office designated to perform specific voter registration activities;.
Distribution of voter registration application forms in accordance with subsection;.
Assistance to applicants in completing voter registration application forms, unless the applicant refuses the assistance;.
Acceptance of completed voter registration application forms for transmittal to the county board of voter registration and elections.
If a voter registration agency designated under the provisions of this section provides services to a person with a disability at the person's home, the agency shall provide the services described in subsection at the person's home.
Make any statement to an applicant or take any action, the purpose or effect of which is to discourage the applicant from registering to vote; or.
Make any statement to an applicant or take any action, the purpose or effect of which is to lead the applicant to believe that a decision to register to vote has any bearing on the availability of services or benefits.
The question, "If you are not registered to vote where you live now, would you like to apply to register to vote here today?"
If the agency provides public assistance, the statement, "Applying to register or declining to register to vote will not affect the amount of assistance that you will be provided by this agency.";.
Boxes for the applicant to check to indicate whether the applicant would like to register or decline to register to vote, together with the statement, "IF YOU DO NOT CHECK EITHER BOX, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE DECIDED NOT TO REGISTER TO VOTE AT THIS TIME."
If a registration application is accepted within five days before the last day for registration to vote in an election, the application must be transmitted to the county board of voter registration and elections not later than five days after the date of acceptance.
A complaint was filed against US Special Counsel Jack Smith with the Department of Justice's Office of Professional Responsibility, accusing him of illegal election interference by hastening the prosecution of President Trump to affect the 2024 election.
By attempting to obtain a pretrial writ of certiorari, Smith is being accused of aiming to expedite the legal proceedings against President Trump so that they impact the 2024 election.
On Tuesday, Mike Davis from Article Three project gave his reaction to Stefanik's statements, saying that the Stefanik complaint against Smith alleges violations of long-standing Justice Department policy prohibiting prosecutorial decisions based on elections.
In more detail about the timing, Davis said that Stefanik's letter outlines Smith's alleged interference in the 2024 election by rushing to prosecute Trump, adding that despite waiting 30 months to bring charges, Smith demanded a trial within five months, despite the case's complexity.
Stefanik ended her Tuesday remarks by announcing an official complaint against Joe Biden's special counsel for alleged election interference and calls for an end to what is characterized as unjust political witch hunts against Trump.
I just filed an official ethics complaint against Jack Smith with the Department of Justice's Office of Professional Responsibility for his illegal election interference.
It's obvious to any reasonable observer that Jack Smith is trying to interfere with the 2024 election pic.
Dozens of Hamas supporters who have been staging a campus 'occupy protest' against Israel and the United States smashed windows and stormed the building apparently unimpeded by law enforcement while hundreds more gathered outside the building to secure the entrances.
Hamilton Hall has been the sight of protest actions, such as a 1985 protest calling for divestment from South Africa.
Occupied: Smashing windows to secure the door with a u-lock: Doors being blocked: A couple students intervened to prevent a door being blocked by protesters.
No police after two hours: The peaceful counter-protesting students were assaulted by the mob: Same chant as at GWU riot last night: The student newspaper Columbia Spectator is doing a good job posting updates: At around 1:28 a.m., protesters draped a Palestinian flag from a window on the third floor.
Protesters unfurled a banner from the leftmost side of Hamilton, reading "Gaza Calls Columbia Falls," at around 1:38 a.m. From the Hamilton balcony, protesters unfurled another banner at around 1:40 a.m., reading "Hind's Hall." The name refers to Hind Rajab, a six-year-old Palestinian who was killed by the Israeli military in Gaza on Jan. 29.
"We will honor all the martyrs, all the children, sons, and daughters." The protesters on the balcony led several call-and-response chants with those gathered outside the building.
Protesters chanted "Columbia, you will see, Palestine is almost free" and "This building is now liberated." Following the chants, the protesters announced that they would occupy Hamilton until "Columbia meets every one of our demands." At around 1:56 a.m., protesters draped another banner from the top of the building's facade that read "Intifada." Protesters began chanting "No divestment, no commencement" at around 2:23 a.m. Minutes later, protesters unfurled a fourth banner which read "Student Intifada" from a Hamilton window facing the Sundial.

Tucked away in the $95 billion military aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan is a $3.5 billion slush fund to open new processing centers for Muslim migrants, in what Sen. Eric Schmitt described as a bid to "Supercharge mass migration from the Middle East." Muslims pray during the "Islam on Capitol Hill 2009" event at the West Front Lawn of the US Capitol September 25, 2009, in Washington, DC. And as Breitbart points out, the $95 billion package does not include any funds to help rebuild America's border defenses against illegal migration - but it does contain $481 million to settle migrants in US cities, and of course, the $3.5 billion to expand migration programs worldwide.
The $3.5 billion was granted to the Department of State, which works with many international groups that feed and transport migrants on their way to the United States.
Biden's deputies are now using the refugee programs as an adjunct to their diversity-expanding "Equity" migration policy.
Biden's deputies used the program in March to import 3,009 migrants from the safe and democratic countries of El Salvador and Guatemala.
They are also using the refugee funds to expand migration routes from many African and Muslim countries.
In March, they pulled in 12,018 people from the Congo, plus 16,732 migrants from the Muslim countries of Afghanistan, Syria, Pakistan, Iraq, and Eritrea, according to a report by Stacker.com.
Breitbart According to an April 23 release from the Biden DHS visa-granting agency, "The Biden-Harris administration set the refugee admissions ceiling for fiscal year 2024 at 125,000 refugees," adding "With the opening of the Doha Field Office on May 7, 2024, and the Ankara Field Office on May 9, 2024, USCIS will have 11 international field offices. Other international field offices include Beijing; Guangzhou, China; Guatemala City; Havana; Mexico City; Nairobi, Kenya; New Delhi; San Salvador, El Salvador; and Tegucigalpa, Honduras." So - we have the US government encouraging migration, both legal and illegal - which hurts low-income Americans the most, while neglecting to the borders.
Last week it was reported that Washington Governor Jay Inslee has announced $45 million worth of subsidies that is going to allow "Low income" families to purchase an electric vehicle.
The initiative offers families the opportunity to receive financial assistance for either leasing or purchasing electric vehicles, with up to $9,000 allocated for leasing and $5,000 for purchasing, according to Must Read Alaska.
Approximately 9,000 people can benefit from the grant, with the potential for either 9,000 individuals to opt for the $5,000 deal or 5,000 individuals for the $9,000 option.
"Washingtonians really get it when it comes to electric vehicles," Inslee said at a press conference last week.
He expressed optimism about widespread adoption, anticipating significant participation and benefit from the program.
The program has faced criticism, notably from Washington Policy Center Environmental Director Todd Myers.
Myers contends that the subsidies fail to effectively curb carbon emissions and represent a misallocation of taxpayer funds that could be better utilized for other environmental priorities like salmon recovery.
Mounting research suggests a serious side effect of the covid mRNA injections could be dementia, and the prions that cause it may be contagious.
Frameshifting, as we now know occurs in the covid injections, can induce prion production and lead to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
The Global Covid Vaccine Safety Project study - funded by the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention - reveals significant side effects, including myocarditis, pericarditis, and blood clots, underscoring the need for re-evaluation of covid vaccine risks and benefits.
As she explained in that paper:1 A paper published by J. Bart Classen proposed that the spike protein in the mRNA vaccines could cause prion-like diseases, in part through its ability to bind to many known proteins and induce their misfolding into potential prions.
In summary, the take-home from Seneff's paper is that the covid shots, offered to hundreds of millions of people, are instruction sets for your body to make a toxic protein that will eventually wind up concentrated in your spleen, from where prion-like protein instructions will be sent out, leading to neurodegenerative diseases.
What Are Prions? The term "Prion" derives from "Proteinaceous infectious particle." Prions are known to cause a variety of neurodegenerative diseases in animals and humans, such as Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease in humans, bovine spongiform encephalopathy in cattle, and chronic wasting disease in deer and elk.
In short, prions are infectious agents composed entirely of a protein material that can fold in multiple, structurally distinct ways, at least one of which is transmissible to other prion proteins, leading to a disease that is similar to viral infections but without nucleic acids.
Unlike bacteria, viruses, and fungi, which contain nucleic acids that instruct their replication, prions propagate by transmitting their misfolded protein state to normal variants of the same protein.
According to the prion disease model, the infectious properties of prions are due to the ability of the abnormal protein to convert the normal version of the protein into the misfolded form, thereby setting off a chain reaction that progressively damages the nervous system.
Prions are remarkably resistant to conventional methods of sterilisation and can survive extreme conditions that would normally destroy nucleic acids or other pathogens, which is part of why prion diseases are so difficult to treat.
In August 2022, tech entrepreneur Sid Belzberg wrote2 about prions.
Frameshifting Can Result in Prion Production Health Alliance Australia: The Silent Disaster of Biowarfare prions infecting humanity, 19 February 2024 If the video above is removed from YouTube you can watch it on Rumble HERE. In mid-December 2023, researchers reported4,5,6 that the replacing of uracil with synthetic methylpseudouridine in the covid injections - a process known as codon optimisation - can cause frameshifting, a glitch in the decoding, thereby triggering the production of off-target aberrant proteins.
According to British neuroscientist Dr. Kevin McCairn, this frameshifting phenomenon has also been linked to harmful prion production - and that frame shifted prions, specifically, are infectious and can be transmitted from one person to another.
As reported in the Journal of Theoretical Biology in 2013:7 A quantitatively consistent explanation for the titres of infectivity found in a variety of prion-containing preparations is provided on the basis that the etiological agents of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy comprise a very small population fraction of prion protein variants, which contain frameshifted elements in their N-terminal octapeptide-repeat regions Frameshifting accounts quantitatively for the etiology of prion disease.
One per million frameshifted prions may be enough to cause disease.
In it, he noted: Mis-folded proteins caused by prions can impact every level organ and tissue system in the body [They] bioaccumulate and are resistant to degradation, thereby building up Prions may in fact be the primary molecule that is being "Shed" by covid injection recipients, and if those prions are due to frameshifting, that could be very bad news indeed, considering their implication in dementia.
Another doctor who believes we'll be facing an "Epidemic of prion disease" is Dr. David Cartland.
In late February 2024, he posted8 13 scientific papers linking the covid injections, prion diseases and CJD, noting that was just a "Small selection" of what's available in the medical literature.
Prions Implicated in Long Covid as Well According to genomics expert Kevin McKernan, PhD, prions are also involved in long covid.
On covid-19 Vaccine Case-Counting Window Biases Overstating Vaccine Effectiveness', authored by Lataster, which discussed how the counting window bias not only affected effectiveness estimates in observational studies but also safety estimates, suggesting a need for reassessment of vaccine safety.
22 Resources for Those Injured by the Covid Injection Based on data from across the world, it's beyond clear that the covid injections are the most dangerous drugs ever deployed.
If you already got one or more covid injections and are now reconsidering, you'd be wise to avoid all vaccines from here on, as you need to end the assault on your body.

Far from protecting democracy from Kyiv to Washington, their role in Ukraine looks more like epic meddling resulting in political upheaval for both countries.
Leveraging billions of dollars in U.S. assistance, Washington has shaped the personnel and policies of subsequent Ukrainian governments, all while expanding its military and intelligence presence in Ukraine via the CIA and NATO. During this period, Ukraine has not become an independent self-sustaining democracy, but a client state heavily dependent on European and U.S. support, which has not protected it from the ravages of war.
AP. The Biden-Obama team's meddling in Ukraine has also had a boomerang effect at home.
"I'm a Ukrainian who knew how Ukraine was 30 years ago, and what it became today," he says.
AP. Obama, senior Pentagon official Derek Chollet recalled, was concerned that flooding Ukraine with more weapons would "Escalate the crisis" and give "Putin a pretext to go further and invade all of Ukraine."
Nuland's comments underscored an overlooked irony of the U.S. role in Ukraine: In claiming to defend Ukraine from Russian influence, Ukraine was subsumed by American influence.
While allegations of Russian interference and collusion would come to dominate the 2016 campaign, the first documented case of foreign meddling originated in Ukraine.
An Arizona grand jury has indicted a group of individuals on charges related to their adoption of the role of alternate electors in the 2020 Presidential election.
The group included Kelli Ward, then Arizona GOP chair, who disputed the legitimacy of the election results.
The Washington Post reported other indicted individuals as "Former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman and Christina Bobb, top campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn and former campaign aide Mike Roman."
Given the ongoing roles of Meadows, Giuliani, Eastman, Epsteyn, and Bobb in campaigning for and working with the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee it is impossible to view the new round of indictments as anything more than further banana republic-style election interference.
Charles Burnham, an attorney for John Eastman, told The National Pulse on Wednesday evening: "The phenomenon of partisan lawfare grows more troubling by the day. Professor Eastman is innocent of criminal conduct in Arizona or any other place and will fight these charges as he has all the other unjust accusations leveled against him."
Arizona joins Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan in filing charges against those who championed alternative electors.

Surely no one in Wuhan was trying to create an HIV vaccine, and that is presumably why Andersen and his colleagues thought Montagnier's theory was 'friggin'' unlikely and felt comfortable making lame attempts to diss the Nobel Prize laureate in their conversations.
The fact of the matter is that someone was trying to create an HIV vaccine in Wuhan.
As I have shown, the joint German-Chinese lab, located at Union Hospital on the left bank of the Yangtze River, is not just in Wuhan, but is also - unlike the Wuhan Institute of Virology - right in the area of the initial outbreak of Covid-19 cases in the city.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology is itself an official partner in the German-Chinese virology network - and, as will be seen momentarily, key members of the network who were conducting experiments meant to facilitate the development of an HIV vaccine are based at none other than the WIV. When he first stumbled upon the HIV inserts, Luc Montagnier could not have known all this.
As can be seen in the description below, sub-project B6 of TRR60, under the direction of Professors Rongge Yang and Binlian Sun of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, was dedicated to studying "Genetically engineered HIV gp120 V1/V2 glycosylation variants" for the purpose of facilitating "HIV vaccine development."
Dittmer is in fact himself the co-author with no fewer than five members of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, including Rongge Yang and Binlian Sun, of a 2016 paper on none other than the V1 region of the HIV envelope protein gp120.
The HIV work was being done right at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, with its famous repository of coronaviruses.
The Democratic Party's primary fundraising platform helped facilitate donations to the anti-Israel encampment at Michigan State University.
A fundraiser organized by the Progressive Caucus of Mid Michigan on ActBlue's website helped raise donations to prop up the anti-Israel encampment.
The donation page pleaded: "Support our Student Activists! Please help us feed and house our campers!" MSU protesters credited outside donations for keeping morale high at the encampment, the State News recounted.
Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who refused to condemn separate Michigan protesters who chanted "Death to Israel" and "Death to America," touted the MSU encampment in a post to Instagram.
Unlike the more chaotic and unsanctioned protest at Columbia University, the MSU Board of Trustees approved the tent encampment until April 28 after protesters first attempted to take over campus without permission on April 25.
The administration urged encampment organizers to submit a permit which was approved later that day.
"Hurriya members have collectively decided to close the encampment down. This is only a momentary pause to the encampment not an end to our movement."
Education, employment, and family formation are "The building blocks for a flourishing life," says the leader of the Georgia Center for Opportunity.
America's welfare system includes penalties for both work and family formation, Randy Hicks says.
Although the safety net may not intend to punish work or the family, Hicks says, it does that through policies that reward Americans with financial benefits for earning less or remaining single.
Among all the states, Utah has created a model for a strong welfare system, he says.
Utah integrated its workforce services with welfare services in the 1990s, so when an individual seeks government assistance, the first step is to help him re-enter the workforce, if he is able, before providing monetary benefits.
Around the year 2000, the federal government passed a law that made it almost impossible for states to integrate workforce and welfare services as Utah did.
To change this situation, Hicks says, the Georgia Center for Opportunity and the Alliance for Opportunity advocate congressional legislation to "Give states the flexibility to do what Utah did: integrate workforce and welfare so that we're not compartmentalizing someone's life but viewing it holistically and viewing it all as simply a means to a flourishing life that includes work." Hicks joins this episode of "The Daily Signal Podcast" to discuss the path to restoring the value of education, work, and family in America.

President Joe Biden's plans to cancel student debt for some borrowers could cost taxpayers up to $1.4 trillion, depending on how the plans are implemented, a new report estimates.
The nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget estimated all Biden's recent debt cancellation efforts would cost a combined $870 billion to $1.4 trillion.
"The vast majority of this debt cancellation was put in place through executive actions under President Biden." The group said about $620 billion of debt cancellation has already been implemented.
"Our numbers differ somewhat from our previous estimates, mainly because the President's plan to cancel $10,000 to $20,000 of student debt per person was ruled illegal by the Supreme Court and the cost of his newest plan remains uncertain," according to the report.
The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget noted its $870 billion to $1.4 trillion estimate was close in cost to all projected education appropriations over the next decade.
It estimated the cost of offering universal pre-K and universal affordable child care would be $750 billion.
"As we've explained before, most of these student debt cancellation policies have not only been costly, but also inflationary, poorly targeted, counter to the mission of lowering college costs, and not financially justified," according to the report.

A bombshell new study from Brown University has found that the spike protein from COVID-19 turns benign cancer cells into 'indestructible tumors'.
According to the team of scientists, led by Dr. Wafik El-Deiry, the director of Brown's Legorreta Cancer Center, spike protein helps cancer cells grow and survive and resist chemotherapy.
Naturalnews.com reports: El-Deiry and his colleagues observed that when cancer cells encountered spike protein subunits, it reduced the activity of p53, a protein that helps defend the body against tumors.
The study also used chemotherapy drugs to activate the p53 genes, but instead of dying, the researchers found that cancer cells containing spike protein subunits displayed increased resistance to chemotherapy, a standard treatment for various types of cancers.
The study examined age-adjusted mortality rates for 20 different types of cancer in Japan using official statistics on death, SARS-CoV-2 infections and vaccination rates from 2020 to 2022.
The data shows some excess cancer mortalities of 1.1 percent after the mass vaccination campaigns with the first and second doses in 2021, and then higher excess cancer mortalities of 2.1 percent in 2022 after the rollout of the third vaccine dose.
The researchers argued that even with reduced cancer screenings and limited healthcare access at that time, the mortality rate increase in these cancer types is still unexplainable due to resolved restrictions on healthcare access for cancer screenings and treatments in 2022.
Arizona has become the first U.S. State to pass a resolution declaring the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines to be "Biological and technological weapons."
The Arizona GOP voted and passed the "Ban the Jab" resolution with a whopping 96% of the vote after it was submitted by Dan Schultz of PrecinctStrategy.com.
The resolution calls for Gov. Katie Hobbs to make the sale and distribution of all mRNA shots in the state a criminal offence, and for the Attorney General "To immediately seize all COVID injections" and "Perform a forensic analysis on these so-called 'vaccines.'".
This comes in addition to 10 Florida Republican County Parties which have already passed 'Ban the Jab' resolutions declaring COVID-19 injections biological and technological weapons.
Strong and credible evidence shows Covid 19 and Covid 19 injections are biological and technological weapons, and.
The Florida Department of Health has called for a halt to the mRNA injections, and continued experimentation on humans and denial of informed consent are violations of the Nuremberg Code and therefore constitute crimes against humanity,.
On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the 2024 Arizona Republican Party Presidential Nominating Convention Delegates call upon Governor Hobbs and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in Arizona, and for the Arizona Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in Arizona and perform a forensic analysis on these so-called "Vaccines."
To address a dramatic increase in migrants who have crossed the Southwest border illegally from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela specifically that began in late FY 2021, the Biden administration created parole programs that allow nationals of those four countries to apply for parole without leaving home and to receive authorization to fly to, remain in, and work in the United States, despite being inadmissible to the country under federal law.
As shorthand, we refer to these programs as "CHNV Parole".
At the same time it rolled out CHNV Parole, the Biden administration also announced that would-be illegal migrants would be able to schedule their unlawful arrivals at Southwest border ports of entry using the CBP One Mobile App and receive parole - a policy that immigration experts now often refer to as the "CBP One App interview scheme".
Unlike the CNHV program, this arrangement at the land ports of entry is not "Nationality specific", and as of February 2024, the Biden administration has allowed more than 500,000 inadmissible aliens to enter and be released into the country through the CBP One App interview scheme.
The second major problem with the CHNV Parole program is that the Biden administration is expressly using it to circumvent the immigration limits Congress has set.
CHNV parole allows inadmissible aliens to "Jump the line" ahead of aliens abroad waiting for visas, without most American voters - who largely oppose the Biden administration's immigration policies - ever realizing that fact.
The VALID Act strategy is unique in that it does not address DHS's parole authority or the Biden administration's general unwillingness to enforce federal immigration laws against most aliens in or attempting to enter the United States without a lawful immigration status.
The federal government is expected to continue restarting shuttered nuclear power plants in the coming years to meet the increasing demand for clean, dependable energy essential for powering the economy of tomorrow.
"There are a couple of nuclear power plants that we probably should, and can, turn back on," Jigar Shah, director of the US Energy Department's Loan Programs Office, told Bloomberg in an interview.
Shah said, "A lot of the other players that have a nuclear power plant that has recently shut down and could be turned back on are gaining that confidence to try." He declined to give specifics about which plants were slated to reopen.
Nuclear power is the largest single source of carbon-free electricity.
The trend is only gaining steam as the revival of nuclear power plants will continue benefiting some of the largest uranium producers, such as Cameco.
Poppe told a Stanford University forum that nuclear power should continue to be part of California's power generation mix as efforts to decarbonize the grid.
"Nuclear should be part of the future," she said, noting that the state's only nuclear power plant - Diablo Canyon - could be granted a license extension through the 2030s by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
We could then stop extracting oil and the natural gas that's a byproduct of drilling.
More than a half century later, none of us can imagine our lives without plastic and other products made from the oil refining process.
We've heard the argument that we should be moving toward an economy in which we drop the fuels for transportation and power plants and drill only enough to make plastics and other products of modernity.
To use crude oil to make only consumer products and asphalt is simply not economical.
Royal tells us that refining oil to make only consumer products would "Throw the entire [refinery] model on its head." The entire market would have to be repriced.
Presidential candidate Joe Biden guaranteed during a 2019 campaign stop that "We're going to end fossil fuel." Well, he not only hasn't ended fossil fuel, the production of gasoline, the most common product of crude and of course the most hated of all hydrocarbon fuels, has increased since hitting a valley in the pandemic panic of 2020.
No one, not even the most radical green, expected Biden to end fossil fuel within a four-year term.
https://issuesinsights.com/2024/04/30/it-would-be-foolish-to-end-fossil-fuel/
Representative Nancy Pelosi said Monday on MSNBC's "Katy Tur Reports" that if the Democrats win majorities in Congress and the White House, they will ditch the filibuster to legalize abortion nationwide.
Pelosi said, "People have to view abortion as a democracy issue. This is about freedom to make your own decisions for a woman. It's a personal decision, it's an economic decision at the kitchen table of America's families, if and when they could expand their families or even start their families."
Pelosi said, "Well, it is because the fact is that no matter what he says, there will be a national abortion ban, and that would be horrible for our country."
Tur asked, "If President Biden gets reelected and there's a Democratic House and a Democratic Senate, what can President Biden do to protect abortion nationwide?".
Pelosi said, "We can enshrine into the law Roe v. Wade.".
She continued, "No it doesn't. It's 60 votes is the Senate now but if we win 50-plus-1 in the Senate, 50 plus the vice president, we can overturn the 60-vote rule."
Pelosi said, "The filibuster and pass it with a 51-vote margin. That's what we need to do."
We've all surely had dark thoughts that the CIA is really running the United States, including many media venues.
If the intelligence community led by the CIA is not the "Deep state," what is?
Deeply troubling too, since the CIA has been managing regime change the world over for a very long time, and is now directly involved in U.S. politics at the most intimate level.
What about George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, James Polk, and Calvin Coolidge? They were all previous presidents, according to the history books that people once read. There was no CIA back then.
You hear the rap that these agencies-the CIA is one but there are many adjacent others-are not allowed by law to intervene in domestic politics.
We know from vast evidence and personal testimony that the CIA has been manipulating political figures, narratives, and outcomes for a very long time.
How involved is the CIA in journalism today? Well, as a traditionally liberal paper, you might suppose that the NYT itself would be highly skeptical of the CIA. But these days, they have published a long string of aggressively defensive articles with titles like "It Turns Out that the Deep State Is Awesome" and "Government Surveillance Keeps Us Safe." We can add this last piece to the list.
Appearing on MSNBC, the former Speaker of the House flipped out on Katy Tur, accusing her of being an "Apologist for Donald Trump." I don't think I have to explain how ludicrous it is to accuse anyone on television's most far-left network of being a fan of the former president.
Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president so we just have to make sure people know.
If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain't mine TUR: I don't think anybody can accuse me of that Katy Tur is a left-winger through and through.
To suggest she's an apologist for Donald Trump is like suggesting Barack Obama is a fan of Ted Cruz.
The cold hard truth is that Joe Biden's economic record is smoke and mirrors.
Even Biden's "Successes" have largely been driven by the end of COVID-19, which was a self-inflicted economic downturn.

Researchers at the Francis Crick Institute, the National Cancer Institute of the U.S. National Institutes of Health and Aalborg University in Denmark, have found that vitamin D encourages the growth of a type of gut bacteria in mice which improves immunity to cancer.
A separate analysis of a cancer patient population also suggested that people with higher vitamin D levels were more likely to respond well to immune-based cancer treatments.
"Caetano Reis e Sousa, head of the Immunobiology Laboratory at the Crick, and senior author, said," What we've shown here came as a surprise-vitamin D can regulate the gut microbiome to favor a type of bacteria which gives mice better immunity to cancer.
"This could one day be important for cancer treatment in humans, but we don't know how and why vitamin D has this effect via the microbiome. More work is needed before we can conclusively say that correcting a vitamin D deficiency has benefits for cancer prevention or treatment."
We found that vitamin D helps gut bacteria to elicit cancer immunity improving the response to immunotherapy in mice.
"Research Information Manager at Cancer Research UK, Dr. Nisharnthi Duggan said,"We know that vitamin D deficiency can cause health problems there isn't enough evidence to link vitamin D levels to cancer risk.
"A bit of sunlight can help our bodies make vitamin D but you don't need to sunbathe to boost this process. Most people in the UK can make enough vitamin D by spending short periods of time in the summer sun. We can also get vitamin D from our diet and supplements. We know that staying safe in the sun can reduce the risk of cancer, so make sure to seek shade, cover up and apply sunscreen when the sun is strong."

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster signed a measure that aims to help landowners use voluntary conservation easements to preserve working agricultural lands.
The measure ostensibly complements the agricultural projects the bank funds by establishing a matching grant payment for qualified projects.
Grant applications must meet evaluation criteria, including the land's natural resources value, the threat of non-agriculture-related development and a property's current and future commercial agricultural economic viability.
"Farmers are the backbone of our state, and as more businesses and people move here, we must find innovative ways to protect our state's most valuable farmlands," McMaster, a Republican, said in an announcement.
"This legislation provides farmers a cost-effective option to keep and pass down their families' farms while ensuring that our state's agriculture industry remains strong and our most precious natural resources aren't lost forever to overdevelopment."
According to a South Carolina Revenue and Fiscal Affairs review, "The funding for the Working Farmland Protection Fund is not specified [and] the number and amount of the grants that may be awarded is undetermined." However, the agriculture, commerce and transportation departments "Indicated the requirements of this bill can be fulfilled using existing appropriations," according to the review.
"This important new legislation helps us continue to feed people and fuel our economy while protecting our state's agricultural past, present, and future," Commissioner of Agriculture Hugh Weathers said in an announcement.
The NLG opposed the formation of NATO. It opposed the Truman Doctrine which committed the United States to opposing the spread of Communism.
In the years since, the NLG has consistently been identified with groups that seek to overthrow the existing social order and impose a revolutionary Communist government on the citizens of the United States.
NLG attorney William Kunstler wrote in 1975 that "The thing I'm most interested in is keeping people on the street who will forever alter the character of this society: the revolutionaries." A number of NLG members were connected to the Weather Underground, a domestic terrorist organization that carried out at least 25 bombings in the United States in the 1970s.
Beginning in the 1970's the NLG increasingly began to forge connections to the foreign enemies of the United States.
In May 2021, the NLG's International Committee released a statement saying "The Zionist settler colonial movement with the support of imperialist powers established the state of Israel." It asserted "The legal right of Palestinians to resist the colonizing power that seeks to annihilate them," including through armed struggle.
The day after the October 7, 2023 attacks by Hamas inside Israel, the NLG affirmed "The legitimacy of the right of the Palestinian people to resist" and declared the group's support for "The people of Palestine in their struggle against the settler colonial state of Israel." The NLG argued that the terrorist attacks upon civilians were justified and that the terrorists involved were simply "Exercising their fundamental and protected right to self-defense and to liberate their land and people from occupation and colonialism." The Guild called for "All Palestinian and Lebanese resistance organizations" to be removed from the list of U.S.-designated terrorist groups.
The NLG has officially stated that the United States "Is based on and dedicated to preserving white supremacy, hetero-patriarchy and imperialism." It has called for the abolishment of all jails and prisons and the dissolution of all law enforcement organizations.
An ethics complaint has been filed against Schiff by a concerned citizen alleging that Schiff has committed election and voter fraud claiming he was both a citizen of California and Maryland.
At the same time that Schiff claimed his property in Maryland was his primary residence he must have claimed that he was a resident of California in order to run for the US House in California.
"Voting under fraudulent voter registrations that either use a phony name and a real or fake address or claim residence in a particular jurisdiction where the registered voter does not actually live and is not entitled to vote." A number of California residents have been convicted of voter fraud over the past few years.
In 2009, around the same time as a House Ethics hearing pertaining to the Maryland residence, Adam and Eve Schiff purchased the condominium at 250 N First St #427, Burbank CA, 95102, subsequently registering to vote in California at that address.
California Elections Code §2022 "If a person moves to another state with the intention of making it his or her domicile, the voter loses his or her domicile in this state".
California Domicile records pertaining to change in voter registration are absent / could not be located, implying voter registration fraud between 2003 and 2009.
California Election Code §349(a) "'residence' for voting purposes means a person's domicile The domicile of a person is that place in which his or her habitation is fixed, wherein the person has the intention of remaining, and to which, whenever he or she is absent, the person has the intention of returning.
CA Elec Code §18560(a) [a person] "Not being entitled to vote at an election, fraudulently votes or fraudulently attempts to vote at that election" is subject to imprisonment pursuant to subdivision of Section 1170 of the Penal Code for 16 months or two or three years, or in a county jail not exceeding one year.
Ineligible Voting Heritage describes ineligible voting as follows: Illegal registration and voting by individuals who are not U.S. citizens, are convicted felons, or are otherwise not eligible to vote.
The report below states: It has been understood that Adam Schiff and Eve Schiff, as residents of Maryland, have been voting absentee in California.
CA Elec Code §18578 "Any person who applies for, or who votes or attempts to vote, a vote by mail ballot by fraudulently signing the name of a fictitious person, or of a regularly qualified voter, or of a person who is not qualified to vote, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision of Section 1170 of the Penal Code for 16 months or two or three years, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or by both that fine and imprisonment."
Democrat Climate Change Cult: Ban Everything! Ministers from the Group of Seven nations have agreed to eliminate all coal-fired power plants by 2035.
It helps accelerate the shift of investments from coal to clean technology in particular in Japan and more broadly in the whole Asian coal economy, including China and India," Luca Bergamaschi, co-founding member of Italian climate change think-tank ECCO, said on X. China has the most coal-fired power plants in the world with 1,142 operational plants, and the highest installed capacity of coal power plants with 1,108.91 gigawatts.
India has the second-most coal power plants, with approximately 285 active plants, and the United States has 240 active plants.
" In 2022, Biden vowed to shut down all coal plants in the country.
"No one is building new coal plants because they can't rely on it," Biden said on Friday in north San Diego county.
Biden shutting down coal plants will impact voters in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado and others.

Soon on the heels of President Biden last week signing into law a $61 billion aid package for Ukraine's defense, President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday indicated that he's working with Washington on a bilateral security agreement which would last ten years.
"Our goal is to make this agreement the strongest of all." Ukrainian Presidential Press Office via AP "We are discussing the specific foundations of our security and cooperation. We are also working on fixing specific levels of support for this year and the next 10 years." He indicated it will likely include agreements on long-term support centering on military hardware and joint arms production, as well as continuing reconstruction aid.
Below is what The Wall Street Journal spelled out last year: The goal is to make sure Ukraine will be strong enough in the future to deter Russia from attacking it again.
More immediately, Ukraine's Western allies hope to discourage the Kremlin from thinking it can wait out the Biden administration for a potentially more sympathetic successor in the White House.
We and others have previously underscored that NATO and G7 countries are desperately trying to "Trump-proof" future aid to Ukraine and the effort to counter Russia.
"We are still waiting for the supplies promised to Ukraine - we expect exactly the volume and content of supplies that can change the situation on the battlefield in the interests of Ukraine," Zelensky had said over the weekend.
The rationale is that they don't need them as urgently as Ukraine does.
Several hundred pro-Hamas students, angered by an attempted arrest of a protester by police, rioted at George Washington University overnight, located a few blocks west of the White House in Washington, D.C. The students tore down barricades that had blocked off an earlier attempted 'occupy' protest on campus grounds at University Yard.
A Palestinian flag and keffiyeh draped on a statue of our nation's first President George Washington at the start of the protest several days ago were still desecrating America's founding father.
The protest is part of an attempt to foment communist revolution in the U.S., using college campuses as a focal point, with an alliance of terrorist supporting communists and Islamists.
GWU had cleared the 'occupy' protest at U-Yard several days ago and was allowing only about twenty protesters to remain.
D.C. allowed the protesters to take over a city street in front of the campus area for the weekend.
Like magic, dozens of tents looking just the ones at other campus protests sprung up on H Street.
GWU had sent out a statement to alumni Sunday night explaining their handling of the protest: Late Sunday night, campus police officers were prevented by the protesters from arresting one of the activists.

Peter Schiff now argues that the Federal Reserve and US Treasury are being forced to confront the reality that inflation is persistent, which has led to an increase in yields, recently reaching 4.7% on the 10 year, the highest since November.
The thought process, for financial neophytes, is that bond traders will continue to sell bonds, driving yields up, in order to make it difficult for the Fed to cut rates - and essentially forcing the Fed to fight inflation head-on instead of capitulating to the economy and markets.
Put simply, the Fed faces a dilemma: it needs to raise rates to combat inflation and make Treasuries more appealing, but higher rates would exacerbate the already burdensome debt servicing costs and threaten industries reliant on borrowing.
The only way the Fed can possibly tame inflation is with interest rates so high that everything collapses.
A serious implosion in commercial real estate would certainly bleed into the banking sector, beginning a chain reaction.

While we knew about the EU's 'Qatargate,' investments with the Kushner family, and of course Sen. Bob Menendez advancing Qatar's interests, Politico reports that the Biden family's ties to Qatar "Would constitute some of the closest known financial links between a relative of President Joe Biden and a foreign government," if courtroom testimony about Jim Biden's foreign fundraising efforts is substantiated.
"My family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest levels that I believe would be worthy of the interest of His Excellency," Jim Biden and Rustom wrote in a draft letter to an official at the Qatari sovereign wealth fund, the Qatar Investment Authority.
In February of this year, Jim Biden told impeachment inquiry investigators that roughly $600,000 in payments from Americore were for his role in arranging a series of bridge loans - of which $200,000 was transferred to Joe Biden in March 2018 for what the White House claims is a repayment of an unrelated loan between brothers.
In order to solve their problem, Jim Biden explored working with payment processing company "Billerfy," described as an "Open network for global payments," for which Jim Biden could be their "Chief global banking emissary" - until Americore's outside counsel, Christopher Anderson, shot it down.
With progress in Qatar slowing in mid-May of 2018 during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, tensions grew between Jim Biden and his comrades - with Jim Biden venting to Americore CEO Grant White in a May 17 email that he had "Agreed to go to Qatar, Saudi Arabia and China."
The former Americore executive said that Jim Biden and Lewitt traveled to Qatar in mid-2018 as part of the fundraising efforts, but it is not clear whether any meeting between Jim Biden and Qatar's then-finance minister, Ali Sharif Al Emadi, took place.
While Biden testified that this was a forgiven loan, Lewitt disputed it - telling Politico that Jim Biden's debt was assumed by an unnamed third party.
The former U.S. Comptroller General said Congress' failure to address the federal debt burden was "Irresponsible."
David Walker, former Comptroller General of the United States and a member of the Main Street Economics Advisory Board, said recent economic data should prompt lawmakers to take action before the debt problem gets worse.
Walker said the reports won't make reducing unsustainable growth in federal debt any easier.
"It's time for Washington to stop the rhetoric, get to work on resolving the national debt, and show the voters some results," he said.
The International Monetary Fund warned the United States that government spending and increasing national debt are not sustainable and could hurt the global economy.
"Amid mounting debt, now is the time to bring back sustainable public finances," according to the latest IMF Fiscal Monitor report.
The debt warning follows several other high-profile calls to address growing U.S. debt.
Having grown up in a privileged home in Canada, she is able to give some personal insight into how these people think.
Last Sunday's 'Demonic Flooding of America' was so popular, this is its companion piece, a fleshed-out examination of the Head of the Snake; the cabal that is behind the Great Reset, the Covid and Global Warming hoaxes, and every profit-bonanza-war of the last thirty, if not 500 years, but especially Ukraine.
How did they get so cruel? How can these men and women, their heirs, bent on forcing the Great Reset, imprisoning everyone in 15-minute cities, chipped, monitored, and fed chemical stew, justify themselves? How did the top run of health professionals see covid for what it was, as they had to, and yet go along with the vaccines, knowing, as we now know they knew, how dangerous, how lethal they are? It is impossible to view Edward Dowd's latest disability figures, look at his projections of illness and death down the line and not think this was a deliberate cull.

Are the lied to as culpable as those lying? What did the Germans feel when they found out about the ovens? What will the current generations feel when held to account for the eight million trafficked children every year?

Electric battery bus service in the Antelope Valley was abruptly suspended this week, causing a transit nightmare for commuters looking to get to work, school, doctors' appointments and more.
All transportation services using the Antelope Valley Transit Authority's fleet of MCI D45 battery-electric commuter coaches were halted on Tuesday "Out of an abundance of caution and for reasons outside of AVTA's control," officials stated.
Long-awaited hate crime trial begins in Orange County At least four critical commuter lines were affected by the suspension, including services to downtown Los Angeles, Century City, the San Fernando Valley and the TRANSporter service to Newhall.
The suspension does not affect AVTA's local service or the agency's use of any BYD zero-emission battery electric buses, transport officials said.

In a field rife with bad, worse, still worse, and even dangerously incompetent work, I don't know if I've ever seen anything as shockingly inept as the Report just out from the International Energy Agency with the title "Batteries and Secure Energy Transitions." The Report has a date only specified to the month of "April 2024," but the press release came out just two days ago on April 25.
Are you familiar with the International Energy Agency? It is not part of the UN, but rather a separate consortium currently of some 40 countries, mostly Western and mostly rich, founded in the wake of the oil shocks of the 1970s with a then-goal of promoting energy security.
The thesis of the Report is that batteries, and particularly lithium ion batteries, are the key to the impending energy transition, and need to be scaled up massively and immediately with whatever amount of government subsidies and handouts that it takes.
Those include: Quantitatively, how much energy storage, in watt-hours will be necessary to provide full back-up to a national electricity grid once all fossil fuel back-up has been banished and the storage is all that is available when the instantaneous generators are not supplying the full demand? How much will that amount of storage cost? What is the maximum length of time that energy must be held in storage before it is called upon, and is the proposed storage technology capable of the task of storing energy for that period of time? There are other comparably important questions, but at least those are absolutely essential.
Battery storage in the power sector was the fastest growing energy technology in 2023 that was commercially available, with deployment more than doubling year-on-year.
" More from page 12: "Batteries are key to the transition away from fossil fuels and accelerate the pace of energy efficiency through electrification and greater use of renewables in power.
" Still on page 12: "To triple global renewable energy capacity by 2030 while maintaining electricity security, energy storage needs to increase six-times.
To facilitate the rapid uptake of new solar PV and wind, global energy storage capacity increases to 1 500 GW by 2030 in the NZE Scenario, which meets the Paris Agreement target of limiting global average temperature increases to 1.5°C or less in 2100.
In my own energy storage report, I calculated that to reach a zero-emissions electricity sector that could get through a year without fossil fuel back-up would require increasing energy storage by something around 10,000 times.
How about the question of the length of time that energy must remain in storage to back-up a wind/solar powered grid, and whether the proposed technology is up to the task? In my own report, which only considered scenarios of getting through a single year, I showed that much of the stored energy would need to be held for 6 - 12 months before use.
For even longer duration storage, such as seasonal storage, battery technologies are not fit for purpose, and other mechanical, e.g. pumped storage hydro, and chemical, e.g. hydrogen storage, technologies need to be deployed.
A popular TikTok influencer has confessed that the Biden regime paid her taxpayer dollars to spread U.S. government propaganda to the masses.
According to Farha Khalidi, she was paid by the Biden White House to spread woke identity politics and shill for his far-left policies.
Infowars.com reports: "The funny thing is, they were like, 'Do not disclose this is an ad', because they're like, 'Technically it's not a product so you don't have to disclose it's an ad', because I think they just wanted some like edgy girl of color to just tell people."
"Like when they nominated Ketanji Brown-Jackson they were like, 'Can you say, like, as a person of color, you feel reflected?' It's like a white woman emailing this to me. And she was like giving me this script and I'm like, 'No.'".
"And she's like, 'Please?' And I'm like, 'No. I'll talk about the news of it, but I'm not going to have a white person tell me to be like, 'This is how I feel as a person of color.'".
A major leg of the Biden administration's strategy has been recruiting celebrities and social media influencers to shill for his policies in a bid to create the perception that they're popular among young people.
It's the key to what is happening now on campus with the attacks on Jews and anyone else who isn't a terrorist sympathizer, and it's what is going to get people killed.
Democrats just hope the people killed are on "Their side," as they are more than willing to sacrifice a few young people for the "Greater good."
Democrats need disorder, they need ignorant people in an emotional frenzy, lest they think rationally and realize the root of the problems in their lives that are external - gas, food and energy costs, for example - are a direct result of the policies of the Democratic Party.
The left needs people worked up like that because you can get them to do almost anything.
If you believe a group of people are going to deliberately kill 10,000 people per year, and you're insane, you can delude yourself into believing you HAVE to act.
What Democrats on the radical left are now pushing about Israel and Jews is going to get someone killed.
Individuals have always been disposable to the left - it's how they can look at the 100,000,000 people slaughtered by their ideology in the last century and yawn.

Immigration officers in the agency's Enforcement and Removal Operations branch don't have that option - immigration enforcement is all ERO does - and instead are, in my estimation, thumbing their noses at their newly cleansed and liberated comrades, with the ERO head vowing not to "Be swayed by political theater or media rhetoric".
In 2018, 19 HSI special agents in charge sent an undated letter to then-DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, asking her "To restructure ICE into the two separate, independent entities of HSI and ERO".
The current acting ICE director was among the SACs who signed that letter, as "P.J. Lechleitner", but he did not - and could not - restructure the agency as he and the other SACs requested when he took acting command of the agency in June 2023, nor did he immediately initiate an HSI rebranding.
The plain implication is that HSI leadership and Lechleitner are hamming it up in said political theater and are kowtowing to those who denigrate immigration enforcement.
More limited operations involving the deportation of criminal aliens and of at least some of the million-plus aliens who've had their day in court but remain here under final orders of removal are likely at some point in the immediate future, and the only agency in the federal government that can execute such operations is ICE. That would mean that not only Bible's embattled officers but also Lechleitner's rebranded HSI agents would have to get their hands dirty doing the surveillance, arrests, detentions, and removals that the latter apparently believe to be below their station and dignity.
Trained agents are always in high demand, so if any or all of the ones in HSI don't like the "Immigration" part of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, they can easily go elsewhere, and should.
If ICE resources are so scarce, they should be expended on the agency's mission - deporting removable aliens, which a majority of Americans want - and not on "Political theater" like HSI rebranding.

Chinese nationals are crossing America's southern border at a rapid rate.
On Wednesday alone, the U.S. Border Patrol encountered 206 Chinese nationals crossing into the San Diego sector, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported.
In January, U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported over 3,700 encounters with Chinese nationals on the southern border, nearly all in the San Diego sector.
Back up to January 2021, when Joe Biden became president, and CBP encountered only 17 Chinese nationals at the southern border.
To find out why so many Chinese nationals are crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in the San Diego sector, The Daily Signal spoke to Scott as well as to Derek Maltz, a 28-year veteran of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, and to Michael Cunningham, a research fellow in The Heritage Foundation's Asian Studies Center.
The former Border Patrol chief pointed to reports that Chinese nationals are "Systematically coming into the United States and buying property, buying foreign property, buying property near military bases," as evidence that they are crossing the border intentionally.
Although illegal immigrants could achieve some cultural and economic influence on America, Cunningham said, it's unlikely that significant numbers of Chinese nationals cross the southern border with the intent of spying on the U.S. Legal ways to enter the U.S., he said, provide greater opportunity for Chinese spies to access sensitive U.S. data than an illegal alien could get at.
When it comes to immigration, one thing is clear: Americans overwhelmingly favor building a border wall and strongly enforcing existing immigration laws, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows.
"Since President Biden took office in 2021, immigration rules have been loosened, allowing for the entry of 5 million undocumented immigrants from around the world, according to the government's own count. How would you address the immigration issue?".
That was No. 2, chosen by 42%. No. 1, which similarly called for a crackdown on border crossings and a border wall but didn't include deportation as a possibility, garnered 16% of all responses.
That's a 58% majority favoring at minimum a wall and more border enforcement, and a plurality of 42% favoring deportations to go along with the increased border controls.
Democrats were more likely than Republicans to choose the two least-restrictive options: the "Open border" option No. 4, and the "Tighten somewhat, but no deportations" option No. 3, for a slim total Democrat majority of 51%. Republicans went big for the more-restrictive options, No. 1 and especially No. 2, for a total of 86%. A majority of independents also selected the restrictive responses No. 1 and No. 2, for a total of 53% of independents.
What does this all mean? When you dig in, you see that a solid majority of likely voters are eager to limit illegal immigration across our now-porous borders, and that a plurality want those here illegally to be deported.

In any case, Treasury bond issuance in 2024 is expected to hit $1.9 TRILLION. Surpassing levels seen even during the 2008 financial crisis.

Scandal-plagued Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was nowhere to be seen Sunday during the first Democrat Party debate as she tries to win re-election.
Willis has courted controversy while prosecuting the county's election interference case against Donald Trump as it was revealed she had a past relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
'When you pay one attorney nearly $1million to handle one case, that leaves the rest of us vulnerable, that hurts everyone in Fulton County.
Wade fronted the team of lawyers Willis assembled to prosecute the case since the previous president and 18 others were indicted in August, but their relationship led to concerns the couple could pursue financial gain through the proceedings.
Anthony Michael Kreis, a Georgia State University law professor who's been following the case, criticized her comments in a post on X. 'If I were Fani Willis, I would simply not talk to the media at all at this point just out of an abundance of caution,' Kreis said.
In a 23-page ruling Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee slammed Willis for a 'tremendous lapse in judgment' and for acting in an 'unprofessional manner' but said she could stay on the case if Wade stepped down.
Trump's lawyers slammed the decision to let Willis stay on the case and said they would pursue 'all legal options' in response.
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has asked former President Donald Trump's lawyers about whether they challenged special counsel Jack Smith's authority to bring charges against the president.
During the hearing, Justice Thomas asked John Sauer, the attorney who represented President Trump in court, "Did you, in this litigation, challenge the appointment of special counsel?" Mr. Smith was appointed to the case by Attorney General Merrick Garland.
The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing President Trump's immunity case as part of Mr. Smith's indictment of the former president alleging an attempt to subvert the transfer of presidential power following the 2020 election.
President Trump is charged with four criminal counts in the case.
President Trump had requested that the lower courts back his claims of presidential immunity, as the actions were undertaken while he was serving as president.
After the lower courts refused to grant the request, the 45th president appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, contending that his actions as president are covered by presidential immunity.
The Supreme Court justices appeared skeptical about President Trump's claims that he has the right to absolute immunity for his actions as president.
During Thursday's deliberations at the U.S. Supreme Court on former President Donald Trump's immunity claim, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh warned that a decision in the case has future implications for whether future presidents are shielded from vicious cycles of malicious prosecution that could effectively end the presidency as we know it.
Justice Kavanaugh said that when presidents are subject to prosecution, history shows that it's not going to stop.
"It's going to cycle back and be used against the current president or the next president ... and the next president and the next president after that."
Justice Neil Gorsuch, who said that the court is "Writing a rule for the ages," along with Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Kavanaugh all said that their concern was not so much the case against President Trump, but rather the effect of the ruling on future presidencies.
Justice Kavanaugh expressed concern about the future implications of the case, warning of the prospect of a vicious cycle of malicious prosecutions that could hamper presidents for years to come.
Justice Kavanaugh argued that the Reagan, Bush, and Clinton presidencies were all "Hampered" by investigations, while suggesting that holding a president accountable is less important than protecting the functioning of the presidency.
He argued that when former presidents are subjected to prosecution, this risks triggering a vicious cycle of vindictive prosecutions.
The House voted 366-58 on Saturday to send $9.1 billion to Gaza, and that means $9.1 billion to Hamas.
The bill "Calls for the Secretary of State to establish oversight measures to ensure that the aid is not diverted by Hamas," but really, what can he possibly do short of establishing an American military presence in Gaza? Hamas controls Gaza.
There is no force in Gaza that is strong enough to stand up to Hamas.
So provisos written into legislation drafted and passed in faraway Washington, D.C. is one thing, but the reality on the ground in Gaza is something else altogether, and the Biden regime must know that.
Morton Klein, President of the Zionist Organization of America, stated it plainly: "Biden and this administration knows that almost all of it," that is, the aid, "Is stolen by Hamas." That leads to an inescapable conclusion: "We are funding Hamas. Do you realize the nightmare of this? We are funding Hamas with this 9 billion. What is wrong with this administration?" Well, that last question would take longer to answer than there is space on the Internet, but Klein is right: the Biden regime is funding Hamas, which means that American taxpayers are getting soaked to provide for the upkeep of jihad terrorists.
Ramzi Awda, who as the secretary-general of the International Campaign to Combat the Occupation and Apartheid is no friend of Israel, said that an "Armed militia of Hamas" steals the aid that comes into Gaza.
He added: "Most of the aid is being stolen - over 60% or 70% of the aid goes to the warehouses of some movements, some factions, some tribes." Hamas jihadis, he says, then "Re-sell the products to the people at exorbitant prices." Advertisement Klein concluded: "This administration should be ashamed of themselves for funding Hamas and the biggest funder of terrorism in the world, Iran. It's just mind-boggling." Yes indeed, Mr. Klein, but for Biden regime wonks to be ashamed of themselves, they would have to be capable of shame.
Among the documents unsealed were extensive exhibits, motions, and other filings shedding light on the intricate web of communication between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration in the lead-up to Trump's indictment.
The first things is testimony from an FBI agent who testified that the General Services Association had been in possession of Trump's boxes in Virginia before ordering Trump's team to come get them.
This development is significant because Trump has previously blamed the GSA for packing the boxes that contained the classified documents, only to later accuse Trump of essentially stealing them and using that as pretext for sending the FBI to raid his Mar-a-Lago home in August 2022.
Joe Biden had classified information that he was never entitled to have stored in boxes in his garage for years, but was not charged.
While this may not prove the Biden administration set up Trump in the classified documents case, considering the way the Biden administration has abused the legal system against Trump, no one can confidently say they wouldn't.
If the GSA had been in possession of the boxes, why wasn't a review of the materials conducted before they instructed Trump's team to get them? When it comes to classified information, they wouldn't have expected Trump and his staff to be responsible for ensuring that classified documents weren't among the records.
Perhaps they did review the contents of the boxes and knew classified documents were contained in them before they told Trump's people to come get them.
Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo on Sunday pressed House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan on the lack of headway in House Republicans' investigations into President Biden and other political figures.
Bartiromo and Jordan were discussing the Judiciary Committee's latest report that alleges the New York County District Attorney's Office's hush money probe into former President Trump is "Political prosecution."
"Well, look, I mean, at this point, American citizens are asking, what can you do about it? I mean, look, with all due respect, people are sick and tired of congressional investigations that go nowhere. People are sick and tired of letters being written and sent to the people who we know are bad in the first place," Bartiromo said Sunday on Fox News's "Sunday Morning Futures."
Jordan lamented his frustrations about the former president's other legal battles in Washington, D.C., for his federal election interference case, and in Georgia, where he's accused of participating in a scheme to overturn the state's 2020 election results.
"Well, we have passed legislation out of the committee that would help remedy this situation, particularly the one in New York, but the president or vice president can move a case to federal - to federal court from when you do these state prosecutors who are going after someone for a political reason," Jordan responded.
House Republicans on the Judiciary and Oversight committees have struggled in recent weeks to close their impeachment probe into Biden and are facing rising doubts from their own party about whether investigators discovered any wrongdoing.
The House GOP's formal impeachment inquiry was intended to add legal weight to their claims, which center on allegations Biden was involved with his son, Hunter Biden's, foreign business deals.
A lawmaker in California introduced a bill that would ban teachers from being able to assign students an excessive amount of homework.
California State Assembly member Pilar Schiavo introduced The Healthy Homework Act, also known as AB 2999, in February, noting in an interview with Fox40 that it would have a "Huge impact" on the students.
Under AB 2999, educational agencies, local school board officials, and school administration officials would need to "Develop, adopt, and update" homework policies "At least once every five years," and take into account research available regarding the impacts of homework on students' physical and mental health.
Educational agencies, school board, and school administration officials would also need to take into account the reasonable amount of time that students should spend on homework and take into account learning disabilities and how some students might lack "Access to the internet, computers, and learning tools."
The Healthy Homework Act Advances! With local control and input from teachers, students, and parents, #AB2999 aims to create supportive, equitable homework policies for our kids' mental and physical health.
One of the downfalls of homework can also be associated with the lack of resources available to students at home.
The survey found that 45 percent of students said homework was their number one source of stress.
Police arrested Green Party candidate Jill Stein on Saturday during a Gaza war protest at Washington University in St. Louis.
"Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, campaign manager Jason Call, and deputy campaign manager Kelly Merrill-Cayer were arrested alongside approximately 100 others - mostly Washington University students - at an encampment set up on Saturday on the university grounds," Stein's campaign tweeted.
"The demand from the encampment was specifically for the university to divest from Boeing, which manufactures munitions used in the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza at their nearby St. Charles [Missouri] facility. The Stein campaign supports the demands of the students and their peaceful protest and assembly on campus. Student protest for peace and civil liberties has always represented the best part of our collective moral conscience. Solidarity." According to the university, the protest had the "Potential" to become dangerous.
Subsequently, the college decided to arrest "100 individuals who refused to leave after being asked multiple times." "This number includes 23 WashU students and 4 university employees. All face charges of trespassing and some may also be charged with resisting arrest and assault, including for injuries to three police officers who sustained injuries including a severe concussion, a broken finger, and a groin injury."We are firmly committed to free expression and allow ample opportunity for voices to be heard on our campus," the college statement read. "However, we expect everyone to respect our policies and we will take swift action to enforce them to their fullest extent.
" Stein and other protesters were released at around 2 a.m. on Sunday, The Hill reported.

The troubled Philadelphia-based Republic First Bank has imploded, with federal regulators seizing it and arranging for it to be taken over by fellow regional lender Fulton Financial, in the first bank failure of 2024.
To protect people with savings at Republic Bank, the FDIC entered into an agreement with Fulton Financial to assume the deposits and assets of the failed bank.
"This evening and over the weekend, depositors of Republic Bank can access their money by writing checks or using ATM or debit cards. Checks drawn on Republic Bank will continue to be processed and loan customers should continue to make their payments as usual," the FDIC said in a statement.
People with savings at Republic Bank don't need to change their banking relationship to continue to have their money covered by the FDIC's deposit insurance guarantee.
Republic's collapse was the first bank failure of 2024; the previous collapse was Citizens Bank, in Sac City, Iowa, on Nov. 3, 2023.
It's also the fourth high-profile bank failure since spring 2023, when a series of bank failures set off a months-long crisis.
By comparison, the Philadelphia-based Republic First Bank had just $6 billion in assets, making its failure less worrisome for regulators.
Without a lot of effort, you can do some amazing analyses that prove to anyone who still has critical thinking skills that the COVID vaccines are CAUSING serious side effects.
If you are looking at the COVID vaccines, which are claimed to be super safe, the plot of the onset time over time since the shot have to track each others shape within the statistical margin of error since they are both simply reporting the background uncorrelated event.
DVTs, a life threatening condition, are not a side effect of the COVID vaccines according to every mainstream health authority in the world.
As you can see, the COVID vaccine type has a vastly different temporal response curve than the other vaccine types, despite the fact that, for example, the flu shot is given to 6 times more people than the COVID shot has been delivered.
Only one public health official in the world, Dr. Joe Ladapo, is courageous enough to speak the truth about the dangers of these vaccines.
It's so obvious the harms caused by these vaccines.
The most important thing you can do now is to vote for a new US President who sees the harms of these vaccines and will stop it.
