Former National Bank of Ukraine chairman Kyrylo Shevchenko conducted an exclusive interview with NATIONAL FILE to assert his innocence in Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky's criminal case against him.
According to the former Zelensky administration official: Zelensky is a heavy cocaine user who launders money and uses the war with Russia to cover up his money laundering; Zelensky steals American money intended for the Ukrainian people and puts it into his own "Personal accounts;" Zelensky suppresses free speech in Ukraine and jails and kills dissidents, Zelensky's regime destroys or sells its own weapons funded by the West; and Zelensky accepted money from Russia during the war while surrounding himself with insiders who have tight relationships with Vladimir Putin's Russia.
"According to official statistics, after Zelensky came to power, the number of open criminal cases increased eight times! The most popular criminal cases in Ukraine are treason against the motherland and embezzlement. If a person is in Ukraine, they are sent to prison under the article for treason against the motherland. If Zelensky's opponent managed to go abroad, an article for embezzlement is brought against him, so that the hands of Interpol can arrest the person abroad and bring him to a Ukrainian prison, where people disappear without a trace. There is no justice in Ukraine, it is ridiculous to hope for a fair and legal court decision in Ukraine."

National File reported: Ukrainians live in fear of Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky's regime, which is arresting people in an authoritarian manner on mere suspicion of disloyalty, a former Zelensky administration official told NATIONAL FILE. "There are a lot of arrests in Ukraine right now. Criminal cases are being opened against teachers in schools and universities. To be arrested it is enough to speak Russian. People are intimidated," a former Zelensky administration official told NATIONAL FILE in an exclusive interview.
The agreement states: "In order to assist Ukraine in preventing the proliferation of technology, pathogens, and expertise that are located at the Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene, the Ukrainian Scientific Research Anti-Plague Institute, the Central Sanitary Epidemiological Station, and other facilities in Ukraine identified by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and that could be used in the development of biological weapons, the U.S. Department of Defense shall provide assistance to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine at no cost, subject to the availability of funds appropriated for this purpose, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement."
A notorious Ukraine biolab revealed that it received funding from the "SOROS Foundation" in a company document obtained by NATIONAL FILE. The Mechnikov Anti-Plague Research Institute in Odessa, Ukraine is located at the spot of an old secretive Soviet biological weapons plant.
