According to far-left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, there was no serious voter fraud in the 2020 election.

New York state Democrats to sue schools that refuse to enroll illegal immigrant students

New York Attorney General Letitia James and State Education Commissioner Betty Rosa are threatening legal action against schools that attempt to block or increase the difficulty for illegal immigrants to register their children for public school.

On Monday, James and Rosa wrote in a letter to the public school districts, "Policies that make it difficult or impossible for migrant children and youth to enroll in school are contrary to state education regulations and may expose schools to legal liability." The pair claimed that some districts have required parents to provide voter registration cards, while others required proof of residency less than 30 days old or repeated proofs of residency for families without a formal lease.

The officials also called out school districts threatening home visits for students who cannot prove their residency with a formal lease.

"These discriminatory policies harm our most vulnerable students, who rely on our schools for a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and thrive." According to the letter, public schools must immediately enroll illegal immigrant children and homeless children even if those students cannot prove their residency or provide their immunization records, school records, or other documents that are typically required for enrollment because all children, including illegal immigrants, between the ages of 5 and 21, are entitled to public education in the Empire State.

Over 100,000 illegal immigrants have arrived in the Big Apple since last April, and nearly 19,000 children, the majority of which are illegal immigrants are in temporary housing and enrolled in the city's public school system.

Due to the massive influx, New York's homeless shelters are over capacity and the city has spent more than $1.2 billion on dealing with the illegal immigrants.

Democratic officials who previously boasted the "Sanctuary city" status of New York including New York City Mayor Eric Adams have blamed Texas and federal officials, including the Biden administration for the crisis.

"President Barack Obama, speaking in private this week, extolled what he said was the drama-free nature of his White House and said it was a "Low bar" now to avoid embarrassing presidential scandals.

Hunter Biden's Firm And Vice President Biden's Office Exchanged Over 1,000 Emails

 New records released by the National Archives and Records Administration reveal that Hunter Biden's firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners, exchanged over 1,000 emails with the office of then-Vice President Joe Biden during the Obama Administration.

At least 861 emails were sent or received by the Office of the Vice President during the period of time between January of 2011 and December of 2013, and over 200 more emails remain hidden due to the Biden White House citing executive privilege.

"Release would disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors," NARA claimed in its statement responding to AFL. The emails that were released show that Rosemont Seneca was given direct lines of communication to Joe Biden's office, and were often given crucial information regarding various White House social events in order to seek audiences with government officials.

"Hey guysI am in a bad spot. I have a guy from Apple who is dying to take his 4 colleagues on a REGULAR WH Toursee the tree, etc.this Friday," Davenport's email reads.

Hunter's business partner Eric Schwerin then forwards the email and asks a Rosemont Seneca employee to "Check with our friends over there" and get Davenport and his colleagues to "The front of the line."

This report comes after additional reporting confirmed that Joe Biden used at least three secret email addresses as vice president, using them to communicate with Hunter and his business partners to discuss Hunter's foreign business dealings.

Joe Biden has repeatedly, and sometimes aggressively, denied any involvement with or knowledge of his son's overseas business deals, a claim which has been debunked with mounting evidence in recent months.

 Here is a link to the full RNC Resolution: URGING A “RETURN TO EXCELLENCE” IN AMERICAN VOTING AND ELECTIONS.   This resolution passed unanimously and addresses many key concerns most American voters have with our current election process.  SC Safe Elections is encouraged about this first step as it addresses many key issues with elections such as:

• Maintaining state not federal control of election law

• Ensuring swift and accurate results

• Keeping it local with easily accessible and geographically dispersed polling places

• Ensuring that only US citizens vote

• Providing a non-electronic option to voters

• Paper ballot systems that are auditable and voter-verifiable

South Carolina has already addressed some of these issues and concerns (we have laws that limit ballot harvesting and do not have universal mail in balloting). As the first in the South for the Democratic and Republican primary, we can be the gold standard for election excellence—- if we pass additional election integrity measures.  Over the next several weeks we will show specific ways in which we can reform our current system to ensure that our voters have the utmost confidence in our elections.

We encourage our state senators and representatives, governor, and State Election Commission to support three election integrity bills currently in the House Subcommittee—H. 4259, H. 4260, and H. 4261.  These bills will allow for:

• Establishing a pilot program of hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots

• Robust hand-count audits and forensic audits

• Eliminating early voting and electronic poll books (which are not certified) while reducing absentee balloting

• Giving full observation rights to every citizen to examine all phases of the election process

• Establishing rigorous chain of custody documentation and procedures for all system components

• Ensuring qualified electors have access to key audit documents and voter rolls at no charge

Since our state has a Republican controlled legislature as well as the governor’s seat our state should be eager to honor this resolution by passing bills that make elections trustworthy.  We will be evaluating our state elected officials on how each of them responds to these initiatives.

Moderna And Pfizer MRNA Vax Patent Battles

Moderna filed lawsuits against BioNTech and their Pfizer partner/licensee claiming infringement on issued Moderna patents which, despite the eight previously issued Vical patents which cover mRNA and DNA vaccines, claim inventorship of the idea and reduction to practice of mRNA vaccines.

Pfizer is now claiming that the Moderna patents, which Moderna sought to weaponize against Pfizer/BioNTech, are invalid because the technology and invention of using mRNA for vaccination purposes was first disclosed and reduced to practice in 1990.

Pfizer and its German partner told the U.S. Patent Office's Patent Trial and Appeal Board that the two Moderna patents are "Unimaginably broad" and cover a "Basic idea that was known long before" their invention date of 2015.

Pfizer and BioNTech have separately challenged the two patents and a third related Moderna patent in court in an ongoing Massachusetts federal lawsuit that Moderna filed against them last year.

Just because a patent has been filed, successfully prosecuted, and issued by the US Patent and Trademark Office, that does not mean that the patent holder has the right to practice that patent.

Now Moderna has decided that the time is right to seek damages from BioNTech and Pfizer for patent infringement on a few of its many patents.

 All the books say that Trump turned the corner on March 14 and 15, leading to the famous press conference the next day.

Yesterday you sent out a Tweet that compared the coronavirus from China with the flu.

What actually happened on the 10th? We don’t know. No reporter or interviewer has asked him the question. Shocking: US Treasury Hacked

The United States Treasury Department servers were hacked during the Solar Winds cyberattack launched by cyber thieves reportedly working for the Russian and Chinese governments.

U.S. government agencies have already been hacked at least seven times in 2023 alone.

America's allies, including NATO, the U.K. and the E.U., were also hacked in a successful coup that affected more than 30,000 organizations and agencies.

The hack went on for a full seven months before being detected, allowing both Russian and Chinese hackers nearly unlimited access to America's critical infrastructure.

Nearly four years have passed since the hackers gained access to U.S. government and corporate servers.

Study Reveals Face Masks Contain Dangerous Amounts Of Toxins

A recent study revealed that disposable face masks, including medical-grade N95 masks, released eight times the recommended U.S. limit of toxic volatile organic compounds.

Researchers from Jeonbuk National University in South Korea looked at two types of disposable medical-grade KF94 masks made of polypropylene and polyurethane nylon as well as several reusable cotton masks.

KF94 are the South Korean equivalent of the KN95 masks used in the United States.

Another new study by German researchers has concluded that wearing face masks can cause carbon dioxide poisoning when worn even for short periods and may have contributed significantly to stillbirths, testicular dysfunction, cognitive decline in children, among other destructive health issues.

The research, published in the journal Heliyon, comprises a review of 43 previously published studies and notes that even short-term exposure to concentrations of carbon dioxide as low as 0.3 percent caused brain damage, increased anxiety, and impaired memory in both pregnant rats and young mice in one study.

The study also points to research that found just five minutes of mask wearing resulted in carbon dioxide levels increasing to between 1.4 percent and 3.2 percent.

There are hundreds of scientific studies and medical articles that confirm that wearing face masks are not effective at reducing the transmission of COVID-19 and are harmful to people's health in at least 68 ways.

CISA AND AT&T PUSHED CONNECTING ELECTIONS TO FIRSTNET, MARK ZUCKERBERG PAID FIRSTNET BILLS, FIRSTNET INFESTED WITH HACKABLE CHINESE COMPONENTS

Recently, we broke the story that a nationwide cellular network for "Public safety" called FirstNet was being used to connect election systems throughout the country.

CISA PROMOTES STATEWIDE FIRSTNET ELECTION CONNECTIONS. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency supposedly exists to protect critical infrastructure from cyber threats.

Congress recently released a report that CISA has "Metastasized into the nerve center of the federal government's domestic surveillance and censorship operations on social media." A top priority for CISA has been illegally censoring Americans' doubts about the integrity of the 2020 election while it pushed the propaganda that the 2020 election was the "Most secure in American history."

To date, CISA has done nothing to investigate the thousands of reports of fraud and irregularities that are still being made about the 2020 and subsequent elections.

CISA has been busy expanding election jurisdictions' uptake of FirstNet services to connect their precinct election machines.

The vulnerability created by connecting an entire state's election system to a single centrally accessible, hackable network is enormous.

McConnell: House conservatives’ cuts won’t happen in Senate, looming budget fight a ‘big mess’

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said at an event in Kentucky on Wednesday that Congress will likely end up passing a short-term spending resolution to avoid a government shutdown.

Lawmakers in the upper chamber are slated to return to Washington from their summer recess Tuesday and will have to hustle to either advance a dozen federal spending measures before the end of the month or produce a continuing resolution that will keep money flowing to the government.

Mr. McConnell described the upcoming spending fight and possibility of a shutdown as a "Pretty big mess." He added that he backs the debt-ceiling deal ironed out earlier this year by President Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and the spending levels that came with it.

Then the GOP-led House turned around and passed spending legislation with spending levels well below the caps set in the debt-ceiling deal, Mr. McConnell said.

Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, and Mr. McCarthy, California Republican, have both said they are in favor of a stopgap spending measure.

Mr. McCarthy has said that he hopes to avoid a massive omnibus, which would cram all 12 of the spending measures into one piece of legislation at the end of the year.

Producing a measure to fund the government on the current fiscal year's spending levels will not be an easy task for Mr. McCarthy.

If The Media Insisted On Calling Trump A Liar, That Standard Must Be Applied To Biden’s Corruption Lies

It's hard to think of a more categorical denial than the one Biden issued in August 2019 about his role in his son's business dealings.

"There wasn't any hint of scandal at all when we were there. And I will impose the same kind of strict, strict rules. That is why I have never talked with my son or my brother, or anyone else in the distant family about their business interests, period." The House Oversight Committee has compiled another 15 more explicit denials from Biden during his campaign, and as recently as last year, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was issuing more blanket denials on his behalf.

Devon Archer, Hunter's business partner, has talked extensively and publicly about Joe Biden being involved in his son's lucrative dealings with corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs and business deals tied to China's repressive communist government.

Victor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor Joe Biden got fired while Shokin was investigating the Ukrainian gas company that was paying Biden's son a million dollars a year, has recently come forward with more damning details about what was going on.

Even the Democrat hacks in Congress, such as Dan Goldman whom corporate media called out for misrepresenting what Archer said about Biden, now concede that Joe was playing along with his son to only sell the "Illusion of access" rather than a blatant quid pro quo.

Consider for a moment the irony that, whether or not the issue of foreign aid to Ukraine was being used as leverage, Trump was asking about an investigation into Biden family corruption in Ukraine that now appears wholly merited.

Of course, the problem with Biden's lying goes well beyond the issues of foreign corruption; the issue of character and personal flaws was one that was frequently hung around Trump's neck.

"With Biden, people have decided these are not the kind of lies that matter. These are the kinds of lies that people's grandfathers tell." It would have been nice if the Times clarified that Alterman was a longtime columnist for lefty magazines such as Mother Jones and The Nation and not some dispassionate academic.

Regardless, Biden's damnable lies are far worse than grampy whiling away time on the porch spinning the yarns that make up the colorful tapestry of his personal folklore.

Ultimately, it's hard to tell whether voters have decided Biden's lies don't matter when so many people are working to obscure them.

Shouting "What about Trump?" is not an acceptable way to avoid acknowledging the obvious extent of Biden's corruption and his rank dishonesty about it.

Scared for Your Country? What You Can and Must Do

With crackdowns on speech and religious exercise, and brazen indictments against a past president and likely presidential nominee — by powers that previously tried to frame him for conspiring with a hostile foreign power but which have, themselves, colluded with the enemy — ordinary Americans watch helplessly as they see their republic slipping away before their eyes.

But they're not helpless.  Not at all.

"What can I do?" a young relative recently asked me as we grieved the goings-on.

Plenty, I discovered on reflection. Here's just a partial list of what we concerned citizens can do to rescue and revive the republic:

• Educate yourself — which today means finding alternate sources of news and information, particularly with the odd ebb of Fox News as a reliable counterweight to the ubiquitous liberal media.  (You may want to start with sites such as this.)
• Become a tireless advocate for truth, justice, and government accountability.
• Be vocal on social media and among acquaintances about your beliefs and what needs to happen.
• Back up those beliefs with solid evidence.
• Run for office.
• Support only candidates who pursue policies that uphold the Constitution, rule of law, national security, prosperity, public safety, healthy choices, and orderly society.  (It's not healthy, civil or compassionate, for instance, to allow or even encourage people to destroy themselves with drugs on public sidewalks or public parks.)
• Agree on a written set of personal and family values, then act on them every day.
• Support alternatives to public education failure and indoctrination.  (See American Federation for Children, EdChoice, and more.)
• Have the courage to stand up to a misguided mob pushing policies and values you know to be harmful.
• Monitor what your elected officials at every level are doing, and hold them accountable.
• Join with other people in like-minded organizations to safeguard civil society, individual freedom, and the constitutional republic (Moms For Liberty, Parents Defending Education, and more).
• Support public-interest nonprofits and law firms that protect freedom of speech, religion, and other liberties enshrined in the Bill of Rights (Alliance Defending Freedom, First Liberty Institute, and more).
• Work to create and preserve election integrity (voter ID, no ballot-harvesting, no drop boxes, no mass mailings of ballots or ballot applications).
• Sign up to be a poll worker or a poll observer.
• Don't be fooled by ad hominem, unsupported, irrelevant personal attacks against political rivals ("they're a danger to democracy," etc.).
• Don't get fooled into thinking elections or the republic's future is about personalities instead of policies

Michigan police memos raised concern about possible nationwide voter registration fraud scheme

According to the dozens of pages of police reports from the Muskegon Police Department and Michigan State Police, a firm called GBI Strategies was under scrutiny as an organization central to alleged voter registration fraud in the 2020 presidential election, which was first investigated by city and state authorities before the FBI took over.

The Muskegon Police Department began investigating GBI Strategies after the Muskegon City Clerk's Office reported suspected voter registration fraud, according to a police report first dated Oct. 16, 2020, which Just the News obtained from a FOIA request.

File Incident 202019124 R.pdf The city clerk's office said that a woman who dropped off the fraudulent voter registrations on Oct. 8, 2020 said she worked for GBI Strategies, the police report reads.

The police interviewed the woman, called "Suspect 1" in the police report, and she explained that she "Receives $1150.00 a week, hotels services and a rental vehicle for her work." She also said she was "Tasked with finding unregistered voters and provide them with a form so they can get registered and obtain their ballot," according to the police report.

Muskegon police investigated the alleged fraud with Michigan State Police, who executed a search warrant for an office of GBI Strategies.

As the evidence at trial showed, the defendants, engaged in a conspiracy to create a blockade at the reproductive health care clinic to prevent the clinic from providing, and patients from receiving, reproductive health services.

As part of the conspiracy, Handy, Hinshaw, Idoni, Goodman, and Geraghty, traveled to Washington, D.C. from various northeast and midwestern states, to meet with Handy and participate in a clinic blockade that was directed by Handy and was broadcast on Facebook.

According to the evidence, Handy, Hinshaw, Idoni, and Goodman forcefully entered the clinic and set about blockading two clinic doors using their bodies, furniture, chains and ropes.

Warnock's Church Resumes Evictions From Low-Income Apartment Building As It Enriches The Senator

 With Sen. Raphael Warnock safe and secure in the Senate for the next six years, the church where he collects a salary as a part-time pastor is back to evicting residents of the low-income apartment building it owns - a subject that became a flashpoint in Warnock's 2022 reelection campaign.

Since the Democrat won reelection in December, Fulton County court records show, the apartment building owned by Ebenezer Baptist Church, has moved to evict six residents.

Warnock denied during the 2022 campaign that the church was evicting residents, telling Georgia voters that the Free Beacon reports were "Vicious and venomous" attempts to "Sully Ebenezer Baptist Church" and the "Church of Jesus Christ."

Ebenezer pays Warnock a six-figure salary for his part-time pastoral services at levels that exceed the outside income allowance for senators.

Though Warnock made $155,000 from his church in 2022, the senator claimed $125,000 of that salary as "Deferred compensation" for services he rendered before he was sworn into office in January 2021, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Among the disadvantaged residents facing eviction from Ebenezer's apartment building is Vietnam veteran Phillip White.

This isn't the first time Ebenezer's apartment building has sought to evict White.

Georgia Power could raise rates to cover Vogtle construction costs

Georgia Power and the state's Public Service Commission's Public Interest Advocacy staff have agreed to cap how much ratepayers will pay for Plant Vogtle construction costs.

According to Georgia Power, "Average retail rates" would increase by roughly 5%, and "a typical resident customer using 1,000 kWh per month" could see their monthly bill increase by $8.95.

Georgia Power expects its share of the total project to cost roughly $10.2 billion, higher than the nearly $7.3 billion estimate the PSC previously deemed "Reasonable." According to the PSC, the agreement adds $200 million for "Unanticipated" costs stemming from COVID-19, $36 million for ad valorem taxes and $33 million to cover costs for construction monitoring.

According to Georgia Power, Unit 3 entered commercial operation on July 31, while loading fuel into the Unit 4 reactor began on Aug. 17.

"The culmination of construction on this historic project marks the expansion of clean energy production for another 60 to 80 years here in Georgia." Georgia Power owns nearly half of Plant Vogtle.

Oglethorpe Power Corporation, which serves 38 electric membership corporations across Georgia, owns 30%, while the Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia owns 22.7%, and Dalton Utilities owns 1.6%. The PSC only has regulatory authority over Georgia Power.

Georgia Power's parent company, says the plant is crucial to its plan to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions by 2050..

No serious prosecutor committed to the rule of law would even consider bringing charges in Fulton County.

True the Vote found that "It appears that 67,284 votes were cast from ineligible voter registrations based on invalid residency. 19,077 votes were assigned to records of voters who no longer lived in Georgia. 48,207 votes are assigned to voters who had moved to a different county within Georgia."

True the Vote also found that the state of Georgia mailed ballots to 16,986 addresses where voters no longer lived, yet the votes were still cast and counted.

True the Vote's report asserts that "Mail ballots, drop boxes, no ID requirements, no monitoring [were] all catalyzed by inaccurate voter records. Georgia's lack of voter roll maintenance, together with rules that lowered identification standards for mail-in and inactive records, created an expressway for fraud."

In January 2021, Georgia held a Senate runoff election prior to which True the Vote worked with citizens across Georgia to file voter record challenges.

One smart "Anti-riot" surveillance system purports to predict mass riots and unauthorized public events by using artificial intelligence to analyze social media, news sources, surveillance video feeds and public transportation data.

Corporations such as Target have not only been tracking and assessing the behavior of their customers, particularly their purchasing patterns, for years, but the retailer has also funded major surveillance in cities across the country and developed behavioral surveillance algorithms that can determine whether someone's mannerisms might fit the profile of a thief.

As The Intercept reported, the FBI, CIA, NSA and other government agencies are increasingly investing in and relying on corporate surveillance technologies that can mine constitutionally protected speech on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in order to identify potential extremists and predict who might engage in future acts of anti-government behavior.

Not content to merely spy on individuals through their online activity, government agencies are now using surveillance technology to track one's social network, the people you might connect with by phone, text message, email or through social message, in order to ferret out possible criminals.

Recruiting is underway for Trump-like ‘wrecking ball’ to shrink government and fire federal workers

Led by the long-established Heritage Foundation think tank and fueled by former Trump administration officials, the far-reaching effort is essentially a government-in-waiting for the former president's second term - or any candidate who aligns with their ideals and can defeat President Biden in 2024.

The goal is to avoid the pitfalls of Trump's first years in office, when the Republican president's team was ill-prepared, his Cabinet nominees had trouble winning Senate confirmation and policies were met with resistance - by lawmakers, government workers and even Trump's own appointees who refused to bend or break protocol, or in some cases violate laws, to achieve his goals.

If Trump wins a second term, the work from the Heritage coalition ensures the president will have the personnel to carry forward his unfinished White House business.

"The president Day One will be a wrecking ball for the administrative state," said Russ Vought, a former Trump administration official involved in the effort who is now president at the conservative Center for Renewing America.

Much of the new president's agenda would be accomplished by reinstating what's called Schedule F - a Trump-era executive order that would reclassify tens of thousands of the 2 million federal employees as essentially at-will workers who could more easily be fired.

Experts argue Schedule F would create chaos in the civil service, which was overhauled during President Jimmy Carter's administration in an attempt to ensure a professional workforce and end political bias dating from 19th century patronage.

A chapter written by Trump's former acting deputy secretary of Homeland Security calls for bolstering the number of political appointees, and redeploying office personnel with law enforcement ability into the field "To maximize law enforcement capacity." At the White House, the book suggests the new administration should "Reexamine" the tradition of providing work space for the press corps and ensure the White House counsel is "Deeply committed" to the president's agenda.

National president of the National Treasury Employees Union, said most federal workers live in the states and are your neighbors, family and friends.

While presidents typically rely on Congress to put policies into place, the Heritage project leans into what legal scholars refer to as a unitary view of executive power that suggests the president has broad authority to act alone.

Philip Wallach, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute who studies the separation of powers and was not part of the Heritage project, said there's a certain amount of "Fantasizing" about the president's capabilities.

"Some of these visions, they do start to just bleed into some kind of authoritarian fantasies where the president won the election, so he's in charge, so everyone has to do what he says - and that's just not the system the government we live under," he said.

 As we wait for the political show trials of Donald Trump to begin, it's good to remember a hard and fast rule: Quotes and summaries of events reported by the corporate media are always either half wrong or deliberately misleading.

That "Twist" is an open letter Trump sent to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in September 2021, which was after the former president was out of office, thus supposedly undercutting the Trump team's assertion that the criminal charges are purely federal in nature, rather than addressable at the county court level.

The media enjoy short-handing that hourlong conversation as an effort by Trump to get the secretary of state to fabricate votes.

In the call, Trump is audibly frustrated nearly to the point of tears, which is a little embarrassing for him, but the pressure amounts to asking over and over again for Raffensperger and Georgia election officials to examine claims of mass voter fraud, which he believes will uncover enough votes in his favor.

At another point, Trump says, "No, they were 100 percent for Biden- 100 percent. There wasn't a Trump vote in the whole group. Why don't you want to find this, Ryan? What's wrong with you?".

The call ends with Trump stating, "We just want the truth," which he says is that, "I won by 400,000 votes, at least. That's the real truth. But we don't need 400,000 votes. We need less than 2,000 votes."

Pursuing Dr. King’s 1963 Dream of a Just and Color-Blind America

 The 88th Congress that passed the 1964 Civil Rights Act included but five black legislators-less than 1% of its membership.

The remedy, we are told, must be a reverse racism in which blacks are given special privileges as compensation for the evils of American slavery and the tragic racist policies that followed.

The average black American today was born decades after the last Jim Crow laws were repealed, and government-mandated "Affirmative Action" programs had been around for more than 25 years.

A 1998 study by the liberal Brookings Institution noted that "When education was measured by years of school completed, blacks earned 19 percent less than comparably educated whites." When employers were able to look at actual accomplishments the results flipped.

Black men earned 9 percent more than white men with the same education-that is, the same performance on basic tests.

As a group-despite continuing inequities-American blacks have made considerable progress in some important areas.

In terms of education, 84.2% of blacks over 25 have a high school diploma.

Black Americans' literacy rate in 2019 was 87.1%. In 2020-the year the U.S. Census reported blacks constituted 13.6% of the population-blacks made up "Just under 14%" of U.S. college students.

In 2018, 89% of black teenagers owned a computer, and 94% of each group at least had access to a smartphone at home.

The evidence is overwhelming that most black Americans today are far better off than would likely be the case had their ancestors not been brought here in chains.

On almost every metric-from infant mortality and life expectancy to access to potable water and electricity, income, crime, disease, medical care, government corruption, happiness, and much more-American blacks are measurably better off.

Rising Number Of Florida Counties Sign On To Resolution To Ban COVID "Vaccines"

A resolution passed back in July by the Brevard County Republican Executive Committee in Florida is gaining traction across the Sunshine State as conservatives move forward with plans to ban all sales and administration of Wuhan coronavirus "Vaccines" in the state.

As we previously reported, GOP leaders in Florida declared COVID injections to be a "Biological and technological weapon" rather than a medicine.

They want Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to ban COVID jabs from being sold or administered anywhere in the state of Florida.

Now there are at least nine other counties across Florida that have adopted the same resolution, as well as numerous state lawmakers and Florida's Congressional delegation.

The 83-page resolution also calls on state Attorney General Ashley Moody to immediately seize all remaining COVID jab supplies and discard them.

"On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Lee County Republican Party calls upon Gov. DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted," the committee in Franklin County said in voting to adopt the resolution on August 19.

In addition to having the support of Boyle and a host of GOP leaders throughout Florida, the resolution also has as backing some 17,000 doctors and medical scientists who back in May of 2022 gathered together for the Global COVID Summit.

'Catch And Release': Suspect in Viral LA Flash Mob Robbery Was Released on Cashless Bail One Day Before Heist

 A Los Angeles woman accused of participating in a viral flash mob robbery was released on cashless bail just one day before the heist, court records show, reflecting the city's struggle to fight crime under liberal prosecutor George Gascón.

Los Angeles police last week arrested Ziona Janea Famoso for her role in a viral August 12 smash-and-grab robbery at a Nordstrom department store, where dozens of masked thieves destroyed displays and left with hundreds of thousands of dollars in stolen goods.

If not for the city's cashless bail policy Famoso may not have participated.

The revelation comes as Los Angeles experiences a surge in organized retail crime under George Soros-backed prosecutor Gascón, who campaigned as a liberal reformer working to "Dramatically change" what he called a failed "Tough-on-crime approach." Gascón in 2020 announced an end to cash bail on his first day in office, calling the practice "Unjust" and "Unsafe." While Gascón walked back that policy last year, a Los Angeles judge in May reinstated cashless bail in the city, arguing that a "Wealth-based detention system" is unconstitutional.

"That's basically going to be the policy of Los Angeles County for lower-level felonies and most misdemeanors. You do a smash-and-grab, you're going to be released in time to do a second one on the same day."

Gascón has vowed to run for a second term next year, though criticism from fellow Democrats over the recent spike in retail robberies could deter his reelection bid, with past supporters saying Gascón's policies turned Los Angeles into a "Zombie town."

Famoso is not the only Nordstrom heist suspect with a long rap sheet.

Food prices expected to rise through 2024

Recently released federal pricing analysis from the U.S. Department of Agriculture projects that food prices will continue to rise through 2024.

The USDA pointed to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index released earlier this month, which showed consumer prices overall rose 3.2% in the previous twelve months.

"In 2023, all food prices are predicted to increase 5.9%, with a prediction interval of 5.3% to 6.5%. Food-at-home prices are predicted to increase 5.2%, with a prediction interval of 4.4% to 6.1%. Food-away-from-home prices are predicted to increase 7.1%, with a prediction interval of 6.8% to 7.5%." Food prices are rising more slowly than the fever pitch inflation spike earlier in the Biden administration, but those prices are still increasing.

"In 2024, all food prices are predicted to increase 2.8%, with a prediction interval of -2.0% to 7.9%. Food-at-home prices are predicted to increase 2.1%, with a prediction interval of -5.1% to 9.9%, and food-away-from-home prices are predicted to increase 5.1%, with a prediction interval of 2.7% to 7.5%." Food costs soared in particular in 2022, rising by 9.9%. While 2022 saw the largest spike, prices had already begun rising earlier in the Biden administration.

"The largest price increases were for meat categories: beef and veal prices increased by 9.6%, pork prices by 6.3%, and poultry prices by 5.6%," USDA said.

"The only category to decrease in price in 2020 was fresh fruits, by 0.8%." In 2021, the price of food-at-home rose 3.5% while the food-away-from-home prices rose 4.5%. Once again, beef saw a spike in cost, though all categories became more expensive.

"No food categories decreased in price in 2021 compared with their prices in 2020." As The Center Square previously reported, U.S. lawmakers are gearing up to renew the "Farm bill" legislation, a major spending package focused mostly on agricultural issues.
