Hobbs inserted Macias onto the floor of the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum where the Maricopa County Election was taking place without notifying the auditors who he was or why he was there.
His firm was one of four firms that signed the letter to the Head of the Arizona Senate, Karen Fann, encouraging her to stop the audit in Maricopa County.
