Forensic Study Into 2020 Detroit, Michigan Election Finds Up to 34,000 Illegal Ballots – And Additional Warnings from Detroit Clerks that THOUSANDS of Absentee Paper Was Different than Normal Ballots

 A national expert in criminal forensics completed a report into the 2020 election in Michigan and has found further evidence of chronic, systemic, voter fraud especially among absentee ballots in that challenged election.

Through their investigation where they were allowed limited access to the 2020 ballots in Wayne County which covers Detroit, they found: A significant number of absentees in different precincts illegally had no signed ballot application.

Many absentee ballots had no request whatsoever, in the two primary precincts examined the rates of illegal ballots were 12% and 20%. Absentee ballots often had a lighter tone and shade to the printing.

If the numbers of absentees missing a ballot request are extrapolated out to the rest of Wayne County, Specklin reports, "With approximately 170,000 AV ballots, the range at 8%-20% would be 13,600 to 34,000 ballots with no application requesting the ballot." Here is a copy of the full report.

Secret Service Denies FOIA Request To Provide List Potentially Linked To Cocaine Incident

 The U.S. Secret Service has refused to provide The Heritage Foundation with a list of people possibly involved in the White House cocaine incident, claiming that such records are outside its authority.

After the Secret Service closed the investigation into the cocaine discovery in mid-July, the Heritage Foundation filed a Freedom of Information Act request seeking the list of hundreds of individuals who may have accessed the area where the substance was found.

"As your request seeks records reflecting visitors or related information concerning the Office of the President, please be advised that these records are not Secret Service agency records subject to the FOIA," the letter read. "Rather, these records are governed by the Presidential Records Act and remain under the exclusive legal custody and control of the White House."

This isn't the first time that the Secret Service has turned down a FOIA request on the White House cocaine issue.

The cocaine was found in the White House on the evening of July 3, with the Secret Service confirming the discovery and proposing that it was brought in by someone who works there or had authorization to enter the area where it was found.

"Therefore, the Secret Service is not able to compare evidence against the known pool of individuals," the Secret Service stated.

"With all the drug testing tools available, a list of approx 500 people, surveillance cameras, fingerprints, and more, the Secret Service is ending their investigation on who brought cocaine into the White House with ZERO suspects! But the DOJ is still arresting and prosecuting more people for J6," she wrote in a July 13 Twitter post.

Jordan Releases 'Smoking Gun Docs' Confirming Facebook Bowed To White House Censorship Demands Children's Health Defense

Rep. Jim Jordan today released today a series of unredacted emails from Facebook, that he characterized as proof the White House and other federal agencies exerted pressure on the social media company to censor authors whose posts ran counter to the government's official pandemic narrative.

The emails were provided by Facebook and Instagram parent company Meta to the House Judiciary Committee's Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government as part of its ongoing investigation.

In his lengthy Twitter thread, Jordan called the emails "Smoking gun docs," proving "Facebook and Instagram censored posts and changed their content moderation policies because of unconstitutional pressure from the Biden White House."

Lawyers for Children's Health Defense, a plaintiff in the Kennedy v. Biden class action suit, in April provided similar evidence in support of plaintiffs' claims that key Biden administration officials and offices pressured social media to censor posts, including those by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., CHD chairman on leave, and others who had been labeled members of the "Disinformation Dozen" by the Center for Countering Digital Hate.

Jordan began his Twitter thread with the words "The Facebook Files Part I," in a nod to the "Twitter Files" and intimating more revelations to come.

Racial Grievance Should Not be Permanently Codified

 Much of the support for the Voice - the proposal to insert an additional chapter in Australia's Constitution for setting up a new Aboriginal body to advise Parliament and the government - comes from a generalised sentiment that it's the morally right thing to do.

The Yes case rests essentially on the moral conviction that the Voice will entrench racial equality for Aborigines and the No case rests on the opposing principle that it will institutionalise inequality of citizenship in the Constitution.

Entrenching the Voice in the constitution is a cynical ploy to substitute symbolism for substance, to codify both an alibi for inaction on the government's part and the sense of grievance on the Aborigines' part.

What policy cannot be implemented or advisory body not created now by government without a constitutionally entrenched Voice? PM Albanese's inability and refusal to answer this simple question has been killing the Voice softly from poll to poll.

The Voice would vastly complicate Australia's challenge of effective and timely governance in the national interest for the common good.

The Canberra-based Commonwealth department supporting the Voice will depend for its continued existence on proving that the problem is not yet solved.

New York City Hires COVID Company In $432 Million No-Bid Contract To Ship Illegal Aliens Out Of The City

Lee Bienstock, President of DocGo On Sunday The New York Times reported that New York City officials hired DocGo in a $432 no-bid contract to ship hundreds of illegal aliens out of the city.

DocGo owner is 40-year-old Lee Bienstock who was once fired by Donald Trump on "The Apprentice." And now New York City officials will not provide the DocGo contract to The Times and will not answer questions about its migrant moving contract with the company.

Nearly three months after Mayor Eric Adams ushered in a new policy calling for the city to relocate migrants outside the five boroughs, the program has been plagued by problems, drawing attention to the no-bid contractor leading the effort.

Behind the broken promises is a medical services company, DocGo, that once contracted with the city to provide Covid testing and vaccination services, but pivoted to migrant care as the pandemic waned and a new crisis emerged.

The city awarded DocGo a $432 million contract, which took effect in early May, without subjecting it to competitive bidding.

Federal judge blocks Mississippi law restricting ballot harvesting, Congress introduces similar law

A federal judge in Mississippi has temporarily blocked the enforcement of a state law to prevent so-called ballot harvesting, despite most states having enacted and kept such laws on the books and as Congress considers its own version.

On Tuesday, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi's Northern Division blocked a law that makes it illegal to "Knowingly collect and transmit a ballot that was mailed to another person." Ballot harvesting is a practice in which political operatives, volunteers, union workers and other third parties gather and submit voters' completed absentee or mail-in ballots.

The Mississippi law, which was enacted in May by GOP Gov. Tate Reeves, prohibits people from "Transmitting a ballot mailed to another person" with four exceptions: an election official legally engaged in official duties; a USPS worker legally engaged in official duties; anyone else who is legally allowed to collect and transmit mail while they are legally engaged in official duties a "Family member, household member, or caregiver of the person" who was mailed the ballot.

"Seemingly, no fact-findings or committee-finding investigations or legislative committee inquiries have focused upon this perceived threat. This may explain why the definitional approach of the statute is so barren." Three Mississippi voters, along with Disability Rights Mississippi and the League of Women Voters of Mississippi, brought the lawsuit in May, claiming it violates the Voting Rights Act for voters with disabilities.

"Ballot harvesting is when a political operative collects and handles massive amounts of absentee ballots," Reeves said when signing the bill into law in March, "This process is an open invitation for fraud and abuse and can occur without the voter ever even knowing." The law was supposed to go into effect July 1 and violators would face a misdemeanor charge of a maximum one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.

Of them, five allow only the voter to return their mail-in ballot.

The bill states the committee received reports through its official Election Observer Program for the 2018 general election and the 2020 general election, and from other stakeholders that ballot harvesting occurred "Throughout California and other states." The bill makes the same exceptions as the Mississippi bill on who can return a voter's mail-in ballot.

The Biden Presidency Is Unsustainable

Imagine if Gavin Newsom was currently Vice President amid the final meltdown of the Biden family consortium.

Nor can we explain why Joe Biden once urged Putin to lay off hacking humanitarian U.S. targets, or suggested that a minor invasion of Ukraine would not elicit a U.S. response, or offered to airlift Zelenskyy out of Kyiv in the first days of the war.

The Democrats in their Trump derangement fits so lowered the bar for impeachment and special prosecutions, that not impeaching or removing Biden under the Left's own new standards seems almost ridiculous.

If Trump earned hysteria about 25th-amendment removal for a halting gait on an occasion descending a ramp, how could a non-compos-mentis and chronically falling Biden not be so examined?

Trump was impeached for 1) asking a foreign leader to examine the corruption of the Biden family with Ukraine while he put a hold on approved foreign aid to Ukraine; 2) and at the time, it was possible that Joe Biden could have been Trump's likely future 2020 opponent.

He was fired!; and 2) Biden was only a possible general-election presidential rival when Trump called Zelensky; Trump is currently the front-runner against a putative Biden candidacy in 2024.

Biden has also done far more than ask Ukraine to ensure a political opponent was not guilty of corruption, but rather sicced a special DOJ prosecutor on Trump for taking out classified papers in the manner that Joe Biden himself did years earlier, without the prerogative as a senator or vice president of declassifying such papers.

Senators introduce bill to block taxpayer dollars for CRT at Department of Education

Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., reintroduced the Protect Equality and Civics Education Act, a bill that would block tax dollars from promoting Critical Race Theory within the Department of Education's American history guidelines.

"Critical Race Theory is an outrageous, Marxist teaching that has no place in our schools," Rubio said.

The term "Divisive concepts" also includes any other form of race or sex stereotyping or any other form of race or sex scapegoating.

Federal grant documents show that the U.S. Department of Education awarded roughly $2.5 million in taxpayer dollars to a Florida-based education program that trains future teachers and other professionals in critical race theory.

Another similar program, "The Research Institute for Scholars of Equity," received millions of dollars for "Training" college students in critical race theory at several higher educational institutions.

Top Republicans in the U.S. House launched an investigation last year into reports that federal funding meant for COVID-related learning loss was spent to promote "Equity warriors," critical race theory teachings and more at local schools.

The new vaccine is the old Anthrax vaccine with a novel adjuvant added - so it cannot possibly be safer than the bad old vaccine.

Just over a week ago, the US Food and Drug Administration approved the vaccine to be administered in two doses over 14 days after exposure, or suspected exposure, to Anthrax as a preventative or prophylaxis of disease.

Dr. Meryl Nass, a bioterrorism and Anthrax expert, told The Defender that during the 2001 Anthrax scare, where politicians and media organisations across the country received Anthrax in the mail, five people died - but "Everyone who got antibiotics early did not come down with Anthrax and none of them died."

A letter inquiring about this to last year got an answer that the Anthrax vaccine mentioned here is not the same Anthrax vaccine as the licensed vaccine that service members are currently receiving, suggesting that at least one other has been given.

Impeachment is the primary constitutional mechanism available to Congress for controlling a lawless president. Republicans are obligated to use it.

An inquiry may well uncover evidence supporting claims made in an FBI document, recently released by Sen. Charles Grassley, that Biden accepted bribes while Vice President.

Archer's testimony is expected to debunk President Biden's claims that he and Hunter never discussed the latter's foreign business deals and certainly wasn't in business with him.

According to a report by the New York Post's Miranda Devine, Archer was present at meetings with Hunter's foreign partners "Attended by Joe Biden either in person or via speakerphone." Saturday, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York issued a letter that included the following request of a judge involved in an unrelated case: [T]he Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment.

His mention of Delaware is, of course, a reference to the collapse of Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal, which the White House expected to indemnify the President against further questions about his dodgy foreign deals during his tenure as Vice President.

On Monday, the substance of Archer's testimony will likely be influenced by the perfidy with which he was treated by his "Friend," Hunter Biden and the latter's father.

The separate case discussed above was brought by the Obama DOJ during the last year of Joe Biden's tenure as Vice President.

Archer's testimony in Monday's hearing is not likely to be characterized by over weaning loyalty to the patriarch of the Biden clan.

16 Million Trees Cut Down To Make Way For Wind Farms, Scottish National Party Reveals

Nearly 16 million carbon-catching trees have been cut down in Scotland since 2000 - in order to erect carbon-saving wind turbines - the Scottish National Party admitted last week.

An estimated 15.7 million trees - or about 1,700 per day - have been cut down on public land managed by Forestry and Land Scotland, Scottish Rural Affairs Secretary Mairi Gougeon revealed in a letter to Scottish Tory MSP Liam Kerr, who called the news "Astonishing."

"I've been contacted many times by rural communities all over the country questioning the location of these developments, sharing legitimate concerns not just about the visual impact but also damage to wildlife and business. Now we learn there's significant damage when it comes to trees."

Ironically, "The revelation came despite the nationalist party boasting about its green credentials, and being involved in a coalition with the Scottish Greens," Scottish Daily Express notes.

"If they're going to say it is better to have wind farms than it is to have forestry, then they must surely have that data. Because, if they don't, I think that would be very concerning, indeed."

Power Companies Could Remotely Switch Off EV Chargers To Reduce Grid Stress

Energy providers could have the option to switch off home EV charging stations remotely to reduce pressure on Queensland's electricity grid.

Section 8 of the QECM proposes that EV charging equipment may be limited or switched off by operators Ergon Energy and Energex if it has an output of more than 20 amps-a standard domestic single-phase EV charger uses 32 amps.

Peaksmart gives households a cash rebate; in return, the operator can turn off air conditioners remotely during peak operating times to reduce pressure on the energy grid.

The large-scale roll-out of such programs has been earmarked as a potential catalyst to close down coal-fired power stations faster-amid the net zero push-and to, instead, adopt more intermittent renewable energy sources like wind, solar, and battery.

Confidence Towards Net Zero's Viability is Low: MP. Federal Nationals MP Keith Pitt, himself an electrical engineer, says a proposal to use demand management on EV charging reveals that operators have little confidence the grid can handle the uptake of electric cars expected in the push towards net zero.

Further, the government is also pushing to expand the charging network, aiming for 100,000 for businesses, 3.8 million chargers in households, and 1,800 publicly available fast chargers.

Sen. Rand Paul and former Chief Medical Advisor to the President Dr. Anthony Fauci have clashed repeatedly in the Senate in the past over whether the U.S. funded virus "Gain-of-function" research, a charge Fauci adamantly denied.

It was clear the two men didn't like each other, but now Paul is ratcheting it up to another level-he's officially filing a criminal referral with the Department of Justice alleging that the good doctor flat-out lied to him in sworn testimony.

Paul pointed to an email from February 2020 in which Fauci detailed a call with British medical researcher Jeremy Farrar, who was director of the Wellcome Trust at the time.

"This directly contradicts everything he said in committee hearing to me, denying absolutely that they funded any gain of function, and it's absolutely a lie," wrote Paul in the tweet above.

It's not the first time Paul has tried to alert the DOJ about Fauci-in July 2021, the Kentucky senator wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland alleging the same thing, namely that Fauci lied when he said the National Institutes of Health, where the doctor was the director for the Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases from 1984-2022, never funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

That referral seems to have fallen into a DOJ black hole, but Paul feels he now has smoking gun evidence with this email.

Mysterious Chinese Bio-Lab Discovered In Remote California City

Why would a bio-lab run by a shady Chinese company be operating in Reedley, CA in the central San Joaquin Valley? What was supposed to be an empty building used only for storage was home to a black-market type of lab testing facility.

773 of the mice had to be euthanized, and officials found another 178 mice already dead. "This is an unusual situation. I've been in government for 25 years. I've never seen anything like this," said Reedley City Manager Nicole Zieba.

NBC News reports that an investigation found the tenant was Prestige BioTech, a company registered in Nevada and unlicensed for business in California.

City officials spoke with Xiuquin Yao, who was identified as the company president, through emails included in the court documents.

Yao told officials that Prestige BioTech moved assets belonging to a defunct company, Universal Meditech Inc., to the Reedley warehouse from Fresno after UMI went under.

Officials were unable to get any California-based address for either company except for the previous Fresno location from which UMI had been evicted.

DOJ's Dirty Deeds

"Have you ever seen a diversion agreement where the agreement not to prosecute is so broad that it encompasses crimes in a different case?" she asked assistant U.S. Attorney Leo Wise.

Questioning why such promises were made in the diversion agreement - an agreement she could not rule on - the judge said: "It seems to me like you are saying 'just rubber stamp the agreement, Your Honor.' This seems to me to be form over substance."

The DoJ has been insisting to congressional investigators that it could not respond to inquiries about the Hunter case in those matters still under investigation, but the diversion agreement, of course, would render that claim and any "Investigation" baseless.

"In Hunter's case, according to what folks in the courtroom have told me, Hunter's plea was structured under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(B), which is usually just a plea in return for a joint sentencing recommendation only, and contained no information on its face about other potential charges, and contained no clear agreement by DOJ to forego prosecution of other charges," Will Scharf said.

"Instead, DOJ and Hunter's lawyers effectively hid that part of the agreement in what was publicly described as a pretrial diversion agreement relating to a 922(g)(3) gun charge against Hunter for being a drug user in possession of a firearm," Scharf said.

The lawyers slipped Hunter's blanket immunity in the pre-trial diversion agreement so the judge could not accept - or reject - the blanket immunity part of the deal.

"So, they put the facts in the plea agreement, but put their non-prosecution agreement in the pretrial diversion agreement, effectively hiding the full scope of what DOJ was offering and Hunter was obtaining through these proceedings. Hunter's upside from this deal was vast immunity from further prosecution if he finished a couple years of probation, and the public wouldn't be any the wiser because none of this was clearly stated on the face of the plea agreement, as would normally be the case,' Will Scharf said."

Medical Schools Have Become Infected By Radical Leftism

The curriculum at many medical schools has been quietly changing and adopting new policies that are drawn straight from the political leftist playbook rather than the results of verifiable medical studies.

Harvard Medical School is cited as one prominent example, but there are many others.

At Harvard's Medical School, there's a course titled "Caring for Patients with Diverse Sexual Orientations, Gender Identities, and Sex Development" that promises "Clinical exposure and education will focus on serving gender and sexual minority people across the lifespan, from infants to older adults." And Harvard is not alone.

You should be highly alarmed to learn that Harvard Medical School is promising a curriculum that will "Serve gender minority people from infants to older adults." They are apparently graduating doctors who have been led to believe that there are "Gender-diverse infants" out there.

At Indiana University Medical School, first-year students are told that sex and gender "Fall along a continuum, rather than being binary constructs." They are being told this in defiance of thousands of years of medical scientific research and the obvious evidence that surrounds us all.

It starts in medical school and becomes amplified by the largest medical associations.

Medical schools are also barely regulated at all in terms of defining their curricula.

Alvin Bragg Slowly Realizes His Trump Indictment Is Going to Backfire, and He's Getting Desperate

Alvin Bragg can't say he's the best, but he can say he's first.

In early April, Bragg moved forward under a novel legal theory that supposes he can elevate a misdemeanor that has already passed the statute of limitations to a felony under the idea that Trump committed the misdemeanor in service of another crime.

Despite the weakness of the case, Bragg rushed to the podium anyway to proclaim his triumph.

Let me translate that for you: Out of all the Trump indictments, filed or soon-to-be filed, Braggs is by far the dumbest and most likely to fail.

That's why you are seeing Bragg suggest that he'll work with the judge to delay his case out of a "Broad look at what justice requires." In fact, I'd posit that he doesn't just want to postpone his prosecution of Trump, he wants to end it completely.

If the DOJ garners convictions with its charges, Bragg has his out.

If the judge in the case isn't inclined to delay the trial upon request, I'd look for Bragg to make other moves to force the issue, whether that be various motions or introducing new charges.

Free Speech Protection Act Takes Center Stage In The Fight For The Soul Of America

 The GOP's ascension to the majority in the House of Representatives has unleashed a torrent of investigations and inquiries into the censorship regime at the Justice Department, Homeland Security and elsewhere in the federal government.

To protect individual liberties of all Americans against a federal government which has grown too powerful and arrogant in its use of the power.

Judicial Watch: Illinois Settles Voter Roll Lawsuit, Agrees To Make Voter Registration List Information Public

 Judicial Watch announced today it settled a federal election integrity lawsuit on behalf of the Illinois Conservative Union against the state of Illinois, the Illinois State Board of Elections, and its director, which grants access to the current centralized statewide list of registered voters for the state for the past 15 elections.

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit on their behalf in the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois in electronic format, with all fields provided to political committees, including but not limited to fields indicating the registrant's full name residential street address email address telephone number, county and state voter identification number, age of the registrant, and the registrant's status and the most recent date the entry was changed, and voting history for the last fifteen elections.

In 2021, Judge Ellis ruled on a motion in the case that, "Plaintiffs have plausibly alleged that" Illinois law "Conflicts with" and "And frustrates the NVRA's purpose of providing voter information to the public to help ensure the accuracy and currency of voter registration rolls." She also allowed a claim to proceed under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, on the ground that political committees in Illinois can access copies of the voter registration database while ordinary citizens cannot.

A forthcoming Judicial Watch study, based on recent census data and information Illinois reported to the federal Election Assistance Commission, reveals that 14% of Illinois' counties have more registered voters than citizens over 18, while Illinois as a whole has close to 800,000 inactive registrants.

As several federal courts have recognized, the public records provisions of the National Voter Registration Act were intended to enhance the ability of private groups to monitor whether states are removing ineligible voters from their voter rolls.

Judicial Watch settled a federal election integrity lawsuit against New York City after the city removed 441,083 ineligible names from the voter rolls and promised to take reasonable steps going forward to clean its voter registration lists.

In February 2022, Judicial Watch settled a voter roll clean-up lawsuit against North Carolina and two of its counties after North Carolina removed over 430,000 inactive registrations from its voter rolls.

IT'S TIME TO IMPEACH MAYORKAS This week Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified before the House Judiciary Committee. I listened to him dodge questions from my Republican colleagues, deflect blame, and fail to acknowledge the border crisis. Under Mayorkas' leadership, the Department of Homeland Security has: Terminated construction of the border wall. Terminated the Remain in Mexico program. Abused parole authority and released illegal aliens into the U.S. en masse. Restricted CBP's ability to arrest, detain and remove aliens who violate U.S. law. The numbers don't lie — 5.6 million illegal alien encounters 1.5 million known gotaways 250 terrorist encounters 2.1 million illegals released into our country. All at our southern border. All under Mayorkas' watch. He's been ruled against in court. From the verdict in the case of Florida v. the United States — "The Biden administration has effectively turned the southwest border into a meaningless line in the sand and a little more than a speedbump for aliens flooding into the country…" Mayorkas takes credit for the alleged "success" of the DHS but blames other people for his own failures.
