Science and Such

This item deals with serious concerns we should all have regarding the efficacy of modern day scientific research.  The fact is that considerable evidence exists that money and government are corrupting scientific endeavors.  It goes without saying that not all scientist and scientific activities are corrupt but the unfortunate truth, as the below items suggest, is that because of the corruption that does take place puts people into a position of not knowing who or what to believe.  The items provided in the first half deal with medical science while the second half covers concerns with scientific research methodologies and global warming science. The last item takes a look at GMOs.  I encourage all to give the items provided in this note the consideration they are due.


This does not present a pretty picture of the research conducted within the medical community.  Quote: "Most Scientific Research of Western Medicine Untrustable & Fraudulent, Say Insiders and Experts."  And, "Whistleblower Dr. Peter Rost, former vice president of Pfizer, a giant Big Pharma company, spelled it out. In the video clip embedded below, taken from the documentary One More Girl, he reveals that everyone knows how the “game” works:  Universities, health organizations, everybody that I have encountered … are out there …. begging for money. (Big Pharma corporations) use that money to basically buy influence … (Big Pharma provides) grants for various kinds of research … make sure they (scientific researchers) became beholden … Everyone obviously knows this is how things work.  They (scientific researchers) are not going to continue to get money unless they’re saying what you (i.e. Big Pharma) want them to say. This expands the bad science discussion.  Quote: "I’ve written recently about what some scientists are calling an “epidemic” of bad research. Close ties between doctors and pharmaceutical companies is most problematic.  Quote: "In the HPV vaccine article, Hanley reported receiving fees for lectures from “Japan Vaccine” and “the Japanese Expert Board for the Eradication of Cervical Cancer.”  What’s omitted is the disclosure that “Japan Vaccine” is a venture of GlaxoSmithKline; and “the Japanese Expert Board” has received hundreds of thousands of dollars from Merck and GlaxoSmithKline. GlaxoSmithKline makes Cervarix vaccine. This item points out that the public should not trust either FDA's research findings or its subsequent rulings.  Quote: "The FDA is little more than a public relations/marketing agency for Big Pharma. You have to wonder just who the CDC works for - us or the pharmaceutical industry.  Quote: "…the [CDC] co-authors scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the [MMR vaccine] study. The remaining four co-authors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room and reviewed and went through all the hard copy documents that we had thought we should discard and put them in a huge garbage can.” (William Thompson, CDC researcher)  On July 29, US Congressman Bill Posey made his last stand on the floor of the House. Continuing on the medical theme, this item holds up the "follow the money" theme in California politics and the inordinate amount of bio-tech and pharmacological industries in the state.  Quote: "The recent California law (#SB277) ordering all public and private schoolchildren to receive the full schedule of vaccines has a context.  A money context. This follows up the previous item.  Several past  items shared with you address the unmistakable relationship between prescribed psychological drugs and mass murders such as those over the past several years.  The latest is the one in Chattanooga.  Prescribed drugs were again involved.  Seems to me that use of these drugs constitute a pattern. Guns are merely the means by which disturbed people on prescribed drugs with known consequences commit their heinous crimes.  Prescribed drugs are likely a part of the problem, maybe even the biggest part of the problem.    http://www.activistpost.com/2015/07/chattanooga-gunman-yet-another-mass.html?

Climate Crisis, Inc. (CCI) is the title of a book by Professor Larry Bell.  This item provides a brief review of its contents.  Here is a short note to set the stage for the content of reviewing author's article.  "If millions of people lose their jobs in the process, if millions of retirees die from hypothermia because they cannot afford to heat their homes properly, if millions of Africans and Asians die because they are denied access to reliable, affordable carbon-based electricity – so be it. Climate Crisis, Inc. doesn’t care.  This global warming industry survives and thrives only because of secretive, fraudulent climate science; constant collusion between regulators and pressure groups; and a steady stream of government policies, regulations, preferences, subsidies and mandates – and taxes and penalties on its competitors. His many blunders suggests he is really not as smart as he thinks he is.  This lame excuse offered to defend the total and absolute perfection of all of science is ludicrous and reflects poorly on what true science really is.  And his knowledge of the Constitution is seriously wanting.  Quote: "Bill Nye is as wrong about the Constitution as he is about Global Warming and evolution.
