"I DARE CALL IT TREASON" A STATEMENT OF NEW INDEPENDENCE

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for, We The People of these United States of America, to dissolve the political bands which have subjected, and continue to subject us to treasonous activities committed by the government, and to obtain once again the protections and respect entitled us as citizens, we must declare the causes which impel us to this separation.

"...We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness - that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these citizens of the United States, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter therefore those who are abusing our system of government..." Thomas Jefferson. The history of the current President of these United States of America, and all previous presidents from 1913 forward, together with the Congress, is a flagrant history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let facts herein be submitted:

*535 members of Congress and 9 members of the United States Supreme Court have violated their oaths of office, and are complicit in allowing a usurper, illegal alien, Communist, Muslim, sociopath, habitual, chronic and pathological liar, and Soros puppet, named Barack Obama, the audacity of occupying the office of President of the United States of America;

• They have given their allegiance to a foreign power - New World Order - and violated their oaths of office to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America;
• Congress continues to allow this Country to be violated and ruled by illegal Executive Orders, which Congress never contests, and, which ultimately have the effect of law, which they are not;
• They have encouraged and given their assent to the formation and implementation of laws in total violation of the Constitution of the United States of America;
• They have obstructed the administration of justice;
• They have violated the established functions of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government through executive order edicts;
• They refuse to protect the rights and property of the citizens of this country, by subjecting them to the infiltration of illegal aliens;
• They flagrantly refuse to hear the citizens of this Country, and continue to ignore our petitions for redress of grievances;
• They have confiscated approximately 650,000,000 acres of property which belongs to the American people and turned it over to the control of the United Nations;
• They have deliberately and with malice destroyed the manufacturing and employment base of our Country through GATT, NAFTA, etc.;
• They conduct imperialist wars for oil and power, and continues to operate under the War Powers Act, while placing our military in harms way in situations where America's vested interest is nil;
• They have used the military and continue to use the military against the citizens of America in total violation of the Posse Comitatus;
• They have destroyed the autonomy of the states through forced federal legislation;
• They have allowed the continuation of the illegal Federal Reserve System, which is neither federal, nor, a reserve, but an illegal private banking cartel, manipulating, devaluating, and stealing our financial base;
• They have allowed the Christian foundation of our Country to be humiliated and deprecated through recognition and acknowledgment of satanic religions and secular humanist values;
• They have sanctioned the murder of 53,000,000 plus babies, under the guise of the right to choose;
• They have encouraged and sanctioned the implementation of the most invasive legislation in the history of this Country to flagrantly violate the rights of all citizens, and to officially declare that they are the “...enemies of the state”;
• They have encouraged, assented to and imposed exorbitant and sweeping taxes on us without our consent, and have totally supported the “Gestapo” tactics of the Internal Revenue Service, and have rewarded them with $10.4 Billion for collection purposes;
• They have deliberately and with malice destroyed our educational system, and, rewritten and destroyed the true history of the United States;
• They have deliberately, with malice and secrecy, conducted deadly chemical and biological experiments on the citizens of this Country, thereby sacrificing untold thousands on their alter of secular humanism and the New World Order;
• They have participated in acts of terror, mayhem and murder of United States citizens on the pretext that these events were conducted by foreign terrorists;
• They have assented to and implemented a police state in this Country, with new officers sent out to harass and humiliate people who would dare affront these offenses;
• They have sold out the sovereignty of the United States of America to the power and control of the insidious and subversive United Nations;
• Deliberate and planned invasion by illegal aliens in direct violation of the law.

These acts, and a multiplicity of others, reflect the character and actions of tyrants. They are unfit to govern a free and sovereign nation.

I love my Country with a passion, which is so deep and profound, that sometimes I can't even verbalize it. I am now witnessing the death throes of a once great and powerful nation. If we called the paramedics, this would be a "Code Blue" patient: observation shows she is hemorrhaging and gasping for a breath of original intent from the Founding Fathers; her eyes are fixed and glazed over at seeing the constant abuse of her citizens; her arms, which held and protected her citizens via the Bill of Rights, have been ripped from the socks and now hang limp; her legs, which once represented her military might, are broken with compound factures from her military being sold to the United Nations and turned on her own citizens; she has many bruises and deep gashes on her body where her life blood, the Constitution, has been beaten up, cut out and drained from her; her pulse and respiration are almost undetectable; and, the most serious injury, her heart is broken. Can this patient be saved? Only you, the American citizen, can determine the outcome. This patient needs an immediate transfusion of the blood of Christians and patriots, who will step forward and revive her. She needs to breathe the air of freedom and to have her wounds treated and bandaged. She needs to recuperate with loving care and concern from her citizens.

But more than anything, she needs to see that the evil, treasonous, insidious, self-serving, tyrannous gang who raped and abused her have been brought to justice.
