Greg’s Newsletter

Greg Goodwin

Folks, I have been researching the complex derivatives markets to try to give you and me an understanding on what they are and what impact they are on the world’s economy but I have been side tracked by something else which is going on, the protests on Wall Street.

First of all I want you too know I am first and foremost an American. Not a liberal, conservative, Republican, or Democrat but an American first. Why do I say this? Because these titles are something I see continuing to divide our country. We will never fix our nation’s problems until we put America first and not our political positions.

Yes, we all have something to disagree with but what do we agree on? It is the economy and it is horrible to a point the general population knows there is something wrong but not to the level it has gotten too.

I agree with the protests going on all over the country because the “Bottom Line” is our government is corrupted by money and power, it crosses over all political lines. You and I do not have representation as the Constitutions states, “WE” are the power of our nation, not the economically and politically well connected. This direction of monetary influence must stop or this nation will not be the free nation our Constitution states it should be.

While the media, to this point, think this is a bunch of wackos, sure there are extremists involved with any protest but this is not the time to focus on them. It is time to understand the real issue facing our future, the economy and how it is influenced by the few. Check this out to see and read who are involved with these protests:

There is one guy who has been beating this drum for years in the main stream media and because he works for MSNBC so many of my conservative friends probably don’t see and hear what he is trying to do for our country. His name is Dylan Ratigan and he gets it, listen to this:

We all know there something wrong with the current system of Washington, Wall Street’s influence, and other influences which are self serving, and not for the nation. We must join together to stop this madness which is destroying our beloved nation. It is up too you and me to get involved and do something for the future of our country or we will not have anyone to blame but ourselves.
