Schumer, Architect of the Most Fraud-Ridden Immigration Program in U.S. History, May Do It Again

 The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Senators Michael Bennet and Mike Crapo are attempting to put together an amnesty for illegal alien farmworkers that can pass both the Senate and House in the lame duck session and get enacted into law before Republicans take control of the House in January.

• Congress has not pulled this off since 1986
• The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986's (IRCA) "special agricultural worker" amnesty program provided temporary and later permanent legal status for aliens who had performed seasonal agricultural work in the U.S. for at least 90 days during the 12 months ending on May 1, 1986

The area that I particularly labored in [was to] come up with a compromise on agriculture. The sticking point [for IRCA] proved to be the farm worker program.

• Labor-connected Democrats insisted that foreign guest-workers would have an adverse impact on the wages and working conditions of domestic workers.
• Schumer was also up-front about the fact that his SAW amnesty was specifically designed to meet the needs of special interests.

When the House reconvened in 1984, a number of young legislative entrepreneurs worked behind closed doors to harmonize conflicting versions of the Simpson-Mazzoli bill

• With the blessing of party leaders, they sought to fashion a compromise package that satisfied growers while meeting union demands for worker protection.

The fraud:

• Only 72 percent of applicants for farm worker amnesty had work histories that qualified them for the program.
• The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) has identified 398,000 cases of possible fraud in the program, but the agency admits that it lacks both the manpower and the money to prosecute individual applicants
• Unlike other immigration programs, which put the burden of proof on the applicant, the farm amnesty puts the burden on the Government. Consequently, aliens with even the most rudimentary documentation cannot be rejected unless the Government can prove their claims are false
• A study using California unemployment insurance data indicated that, assuming the entire universe of SAW-eligible workers were undocumented, there should have been between 115,000 and 188,000 applicants in the state.

This sorry history of fraud was preceded by Schumer's promise during the markup that fraud would not be a problem:

• During the markup, Schumer claimed that the program would "shut[] off one of the prime magnets to illegal immigration: an agricultural job."
• SAW actually encouraged illegal immigration.
• The U.S. Commission on Agricultural Workers later found that: "the SAW program... appears to have formed the foundation for continued illegal immigration through the following factors: (1) by facilitating the settlement of immigrants in the United States, thereby increasing the number of "anchor" households whose presence facilitates the transition into U. S. work and society for future authorized and unauthorized immigrants, [2] by facilitating cyclical migration, thereby reducing the costs for unauthorized immigrants to journey.north and enter the [SAW] plan with legally returning SAWs; (3) by stimulating unauthorized family unification in the [United States] as spouses join their husbands in the agricultural labor force; and (4) by "sending the message" that the route to legal status comes through illegal entry."

Corporate America Is An Active Collaborator With China's Murderous Police State

 Why did Apple disable that feature in China? Well, because that feature, permanent AirDrop, allows iPhone users to communicate directly with one another without using the internet or cellular networks - both of which in a totalitarian state like China, are controlled by the government and that means that without permanent AirDrop, it's effectively impossible for freedom-minded citizens to organize with one another.

Apple, of course, knows this and that's why when iPhone users in China began using permanent AirDrop to complain about the Communist Party, Apple just shut it down.

Apple's decision to side with the oppressors over the oppressed, Apple's decision to actively help America's enemies, to hurt ordinary people seeking freedom, just wasn't news in the view of The New York Times - not that you should be surprised by it.

The biggest company in the world banning a video-sharing website, reaching half the country because people might search for accurate information that Apple didn't want them to see because it might offend their sponsors in communist China.

So would Apple do this? Well, several tech developers are coming forward to confirm that this is exactly how Apple operates and has for years.

Apple engages in large-scale secretive censorship and always and everywhere Apple helps the Chinese government, so preventing American citizens from saying what they believe or getting to the truth about something while bolstering the power of one of the most repressive governments in the world.

Now, Apple must have known that what Carr was telling them was likely true, but Apple ignored him anyway and did nothing.

• Death rates are still above normal in many countries of the world. The medical experts don't know why.
• Due to the nature of coronaviruses, these limitations of Covid vaccinations were widely predicted by experts even in 2020, but they were ignored or vilified at the time
• The next key scientific issue to understand is that mass vaccination against Covid has likely caused a situation where those people who are more vulnerable to Covid are now less protected from their previous vaccinations

• The report cites many, many cases where governments and organizations blamed religious groups for the spread of COVID-19. This was done without scientific data or evidence to back up these claims.
• Authorities in nearly a quarter of all the countries studied (46 out of 198, or 23%) used physical means, such as arrests and prison sentences, to enforce coronavirus-related restrictions on worship services and other religious gatherings.

What the PEW report does not elaborate on, is that these restrictions on religious freedoms were in part the consequence of a globalized effort by the World Health Organization, the United Nations and national Governments such as our own.

• The battle ahead is how to ensure that the right to practice religion, to gathers in groups, and to ensure free speech and sovereignty will require a herculean effort by all of us.

The abuses towards people who did not conform to the orthodoxy about Covid vaccines were significant

• Most of the arguments that the vaccine 'hesitant' were selfish and dangerous were actually corporate-profiteering memes implanted in the brains of people who didn't think critically
• Some people repeated these memes with added moral disdain and anger directed at friends, family, colleagues, neighbours or fellow humans on social media
• Others took up backchannels to try and persuade people with critical views that they were wrong

• If you followed the orthodoxy, you were scientifically misinformed in a way that served profits and power
• Probably undermined health outcomes specifically and generally
• Harmed relationships of all kinds and other people's emotional wellbeing

How to start doing something about it

• Through meaningful apologies that can then begin a dialogue about how to engage better in future
• Examples
• If you were aggressive to someone about Covid, you have an opportunity to apologize for being both aggressive and scientifically wrong.
• You pressured someone who was not vulnerable to be vaccinated.
• This could be because you argued with someone on the finer points of science but didn't listen to the science that already cast doubt on your view.

• There is a relationship between excess deaths and "Covid" deaths, and there appears to be a strong negative correlation between Covid deaths and levels of vaccination
• But there is no relationship between deaths in the post-vax era and vaccine levels
• Thus, at best, Covid lives saved are offset by non-covid deaths caused

Conclusion

• Preliminary conclusions: Excess Covid deaths were not caused by the virus which is seasonal and not mitigated by social distancing measures
• Excess all-cause deaths resulted from interference with natural defences that rely on sunlight exposure and social interactions as well as a thriving economy; and, Excess COVID deaths were the result of pre-existing quality of healthcare and relative change in that quality, i.e., disruption which was felt more acutely in the wealthier nations that had better systems.
• The greater incidence of death is due to poorer nations being less well-equipped to deal with the additional burden of disease caused directly and indirectly by the "vaccine".

What Does Negative Efficacy Mean?

• Generally speaking, vaccine induced immunity doesn't seem to be quite as effective as that induced by a previous, natural infection.
