 In Washington, “When the money talks, our freedom walks.”

One of the people I follow and occasionally communicated with is David DeGraw of Ampedstatus.com, also in this piece, Professor William Black of the University of Missouri Kansas City. In this interview, by Dylan Ratigan, you will see and hear common sense, not the left right paradigms:

Folks, are you getting it yet? The sound bites and videos of the protest, showing mainly the most extreme people within this protest, are controlled for the continued division of We the People. Please understand it is NOT about the protesters but the message of the protest, the collusion between the government and the largest of the economic influences directing our country and the world for their economic benefit and the power which goes with it. It has been going on for years and both political parties are involved in this collusion!

Let’s stop venting our frustrations with the way things are at each other and direct our frustrations where it belongs, at the corrupted system which has brought us to this economic disaster.

Lest us not forget the greatest governing document ever written, The Declaration of Independence and one of its most important statements:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

If this statement sounds radical too you, then the current system has succeeded in its propaganda to keep us controlled and divided. It is time for We the People to stand up for We the People!!

You had better vet the people you vote for and see if they stand for what the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution stands for which provided the greatest nation in world history. Not by political sound bites or by political party but by their past histories of how they challenged or not challenged this system which has brought our nation to this point of economic destruction. It is our right and responsibility to vote and to be informed about the choices we make for leaders in our country. It is obvious to this point, most of our current leaders of either party have not been working for We the People or we wouldn’t be where we are today.
