Comer Tells Schweizer: How AG Pam Bondi Could Still Nail the Biden Crime Family

On his way out of the White House, former President Joe Biden pardoned five family members, excluding Hunter Biden. These pardoned individuals, including his brother James and sister Valerie, were linked to influence-peddling schemes similar to those that affected Hunter. Representative James Comer, who leads the House oversight committee investigating the Biden family, expressed disappointment in a recent podcast. He highlighted how his committee uncovered evidence of potential crimes, including tax evasion and money laundering, against the Biden family.

Comer stressed that the responsibility now lies with incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi to decide if any actions will be taken against the Bidens. He mentioned that the Department of Justice could charge the Bidens under the Foreign Agents Registration Act and for money laundering, referencing testimony from IRS whistleblowers who alleged that the family failed to pay taxes on significant sums received from foreign sources.

When questioned about the pardons protecting the Bidens from future charges, Comer remarked that the pardons were broad and could imply acknowledgment of wrongdoing beyond tax evasion, such as money laundering and violations of various laws. He noted that these pardons would not allow pardoned family members to refuse to testify during congressional hearings.

There were also speculations that Biden family members might have negotiated deals to persuade Joe Biden to withdraw from the 2024 campaign, which Comer didn't rule out. He suggested that the Bidens might have engaged in financial transactions related to such negotiations. Peter Schweizer, a political author, stated on a radio show that he believed the Bidens made deals post-2020 election discussions that could involve payments from donors.

In summary, James Comer questions the legality of Biden family dealings and the consequences of their pardons. He indicates that significant investigations into the Biden family's financial activities still hold relevance under the new administration, suggesting ongoing scrutiny of their actions.
