Observations from the Election Integrity Summit in Missouri

Thanks for reading SC Safe Elections News! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.

SC Safe Elections* was able to represent the state of South Carolina at the Lindell’s Moment of Truth summit in Missouri. Here is the clip.  It was fabulous connecting with other grassroots volunteers around the country to share our progress, plans, and struggles.

Regarding the “plan” presented at the summit, we don’t feel it is appropriate to embark on it at this time for various reasons, nor do we believe it will be effective at this juncture.  It is frustrating that people still want to be rescued by some plan or person.  We are the plan. Equipped with the constitution, prayer, and persistence, we can make headway.  But we need more people to stand up. The key action step is to continue to spread the word regarding issues with our current electronic system and ask your legislators, governor, election commission, etc. for the option of paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted. Our current system is not a paper ballot system nor is it verifiable.

The barcodes above are what the tabulator “counts” but can you read these barcodes?

In order to instill trust in the election system, we need stronger election integrity bills that promote one day of voting, minimal absentee balloting, and (hand-marked, hand-counted) paper ballots that are counted at the precinct level. Let’s also reregister everyone in the state and truly clean our rolls and delete (not make inactive) ineligible and dead voters.  Furthermore, it is imperative that our state officials follow the laws on the books and respect our constitutional powers.  Our government’s job is to  work for the people. They need to act like they are civil servants and listen to public feedback.

Pick a number

Here is an insightful video that describes our mentality around voting. Thank you, Robert Borer from Nebraska, for the entertaining demonstration:

CVR Lawsuit update

Regarding our CVR lawsuit, the motions that were originally scheduled for July were pushed back to October 9th and will be in person at the Richland County Courthouse.

Lockdowns redux?  Pray for our country

Apparently, the powers that be now want to bring back mask mandates. There are fires and floods and other natural disasters that seem to erupt on a daily basis and can potentially allow our government to take more control over citizens’ lives.  We need to continue to wake people up and encourage them to stand strong and not comply with measures that take away our constitutional rights and freedoms.

*Note that our group is GRASSROOTS and we are not connected or beholden to any one group.  While we occasionally attend conferences or calls to collaborate with other grassroots folks across the nation, we are completely independent and make our own decisions for our team.

Blessings from your hardworking election integrity team,

South Carolina Safe elections (SCSE)
