• Surveillance footage from a drop box at WCCCD Northwest in Detroit shows a young male wearing a face mask and an older black female pulling a garbage bag from the back of an SUV.
• When the Detroit ballot drop box has been emptied, they take the bag and throw it in the front passenger seat with the white male as they drive away.
