On 50th Anniversary of Title IX, Biden Seeks to Undo Protections for Women

Title IX has prohibited sex-based discrimination in education programs, including competitive sports
However, the Biden administration is working to redefine "sex" to include gender identity.
If the far left succeeds in changing the definition of sex, Title IX would lose its power to protect women because men who identify as women would have greater access to compete on female sports teams and use women's bathrooms and locker rooms.
