Nancy Pelosi's husband charged with DUI causing injury, faces up to year in jail

The charges come after Pelosi, 82, was arrested in May for allegedly driving under the influence.
If found guilty, Pelosi faces up to one year in county jail, driver's license suspension for up to three years, and probation for three to five years, according to Shouse Law.
