On Wednesday night, Fauci told MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin that since all children are tested for COVID-19 when they enter a hospital, regardless of the reason they are there, that many children are hospitalized “with COVID” rather than “because of COVID.” Because of that, some COVID-19 cases can be “over counted,” Fauci said. Keen observers would note that many people skeptical of the official COVID-19 count have argued that exact scenario was happening for quite some time. As The Washington Examiner reported, Fauci told Moheyldin that childhood COVID-19 cases were rising for a number of reasons, but that doesn’t necessarily mean cause for alarm. “First of all, quantitatively, you’re having so many more people, including children, who are getting infected. And even though hospitalization among children is much, much lower on a percentage basis than hospitalizations for adults, particularly elderly individuals,” Fauci told the guest host filling in for MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, “when you have such a large volume of infections among children, even with a low level of rate of infection, you’re going to still see a lot more children who get hospitalized.” “But the other important thing is that if you look at the children who are hospitalized, many of them are hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID,” Fauci added. “And what we mean by that — if a child goes in the hospital, they automatically get tested for COVID. And they get counted as a COVID-hospitalized individual. When in fact, they may go in for a broken leg or appendicitis or something like that. Quote: "Health Officials Fail In Their Quest To ‘Scapegoat’ The Unvaccinated. For the longest time, Democrats and health officials have attempted to make unvaccinated people the scapegoats of COVID. They’ve called for, supported, and enacted measures that resulted in unvaccinated people being fired, losing their jobs, and being isolated from society in some parts of the country. At best, the establishment wants Americans to hate and ostracize people who choose not to take a highly questionable vaccine. This COVID vaccine has not stopped people from getting the virus or passing it onto others. The same also goes for the almighty booster shots that people are being pressed to get.

       However, in an ironic twist, the omicron variant of COVID has directly foiled the plans of Democrats and health officials to scapegoat the unvaccinated, as reported by PJ Media. There have been countless fully vaccinated people and boosted coming down with COVID. Many of these people are Democrat lawmakers in the United States House and Senate. Their offices had to make statements admitting they came down with the virus while also talking about how great the vaccines are. Omicron, in particular, seems to have an affinity for vaccinated individuals. After all, the first case of Omicron in the United States was discovered in a wholly vaccinated person. Other vaccinated people have also come down with this new variant. 

       Where are health officials on this? They haven’t explained why their vaccines don’t stop the transmission of infection. Right now, what the medical establishment is claiming is everyone needs to go out and get booted without question. In new CDC guidance, vaccinated folks without booster shots are now advised to follow the same quarantine measures recommended for unvaccinated people. Although this isn’t widely discussed, some vaccinated people express qualms about getting their booster shots. Others are beginning to question why the CDC wants them to follow the same quarantine measures as individuals who have not been vaccinated against COVID.       

As Democrats and health officials continue to push for blind obedience and compliance, they’re working against their plan in the long run. The more aggressive they become, the more people begin to ask questions. Case and point, health officials have already been talking about additional booster shots to come. Meanwhile, in California, the Democrat governor is mandating healthcare workers who are fully vaccinated also to take their booster shots. But more people in America have died from COVID under Biden than did under Trump, who started literally with nothing. Biden fumbled the ball. Badly. When COVID became recognized as an epidemic, Donald Trump signed Operation Warp Speed into law. He had a vaccine ready within months, where it used to take years. He cut through all of the red tape and made sure that it was available. He pre-purchased billions of dollars worth of doses, three different world class companies ramped up production. We were poised to win. So what are Biden’s failures? 

         1. Lack of Charisma, Lack of Leadership. With a vaccine IN HIS HANDS ramped up and available, Biden could not lead the American people to take it. Bottom line is that Biden does not have the charisma to convince people to get vaccinated, and he doesn’t have the organizational skills to get the job done. The Democrats are claiming that the anti-vaxxers are Republicans, but Democrats love to re-write history. The Democrats are the ones who claimed, during the Trump efforts to save lives, that a vaccine produced so quickly was dangerous. It was Donald Trump who cut through the medical bureaucracy to get the vaccine out and save lives.

       2. Poor Organization, Laziness. He could have been a lot more proactive and organized in marketing and making the vaccine available. In my case, I got a text from my doctor. I was told that it would be charged to my insurance. What? Not free? I could sign up at Publix, but that was for an appointment, I couldn’t just walk up and get it. What? I have to jump through hoops of bureaucracy to get a crucial vaccine? [...] Mandatory vaccinations were never necessary, and in fact, mandates galvanized the resistance against it. Not against the vaccine, most people don’t know the science. The resistance was and is to the Biden Administration, their bungling and their flaunting of Constitutional rights. 

        3. New treatments are stuck in FDA approvals. Everyone knows by now that COVID is not going away. We are getting better and better at treating it, as is evidenced by the fact that death rates are not rising as fast as infections rates. The vaccine is working to a great extent. But come to find out, a number of new treatments for people who already have COVID, that might save a great many lives right now, are going through the old bureaucratic processes for FDA approvals. They may not emerge for a year or more. When people are dying it is time to shortcut the bureaucracy, as Trump did with Operation Warp Speed. For some reason, the Biden Administration seems to think that the vaccine was the end of the problem. Biden should have embraced operation Warp Speed and expanded it by a factor of 10, working on better follow-on vaccines, treatments of people who are sick, and new ways to reach people at risk (without violating their Constitutional rights!). 

       But while I am less informed and get my information from news sites and Facebook, I expect the most powerful man in the world to be more on the ball. I expect him to have the access and know-how to use all of the resources available. Think what you want about Trump, he is not shy about using resources, and he knows how to use money to make the world move. I do blame Biden for failing. Will Biden turn the corner and do better on COVID?
