Vast Majority of Americans, Including Most Hispanics, Favor Citizenship Question on US Census

The administration has sought to reintroduce a simple yes/no citizenship question on the US census, a move angrily denounced by most leftists and many of their mainstream media allies.

67% of all registered voters approve of adding a citizenship question to the U.S. census - including 55% of HISPANIC VOTERS. It's not controversial.

Two-thirds of voters approve of a citizenship question on the 2020 census, and that includes a majority of Hispanic voters - despite claims by Democratic lawmakers that the inquiry would discourage participation in Latino communities.

A Harvard University Center for American Political Studies/Harris poll found that 67% of all registered U.S. voters say the census should ask the citizenship question when the time comes.

Most notably, the poll found that 55% of Hispanic voters favor the idea.
