Random Items That Should Interest 1

This item contains a host of random items selected because of their relevance to the times and likelihood that little if any attention has been paid to them by the mainstream media.  They are worthy of consideration regardless of political affiliation and deserve our attention.  They illustrate troubling trends which need to be exposed so that we can consider their implications and join with others to seek solutions within our spheres of influence as well as when considering who gets our vote at election times.  The founders warned us that an engaged citizenry is required to sustain the Republic. Unfortunately engagement is not a part of far too many of today's citizenry.  Apathy and ignorance is, on the other hand, prevalent.  I do not expect you to engage all items but please read the headers to determine which might be of interest.  I especially recommend you read and think about the first six items.  And please be one of those who take action.  Thanks,

Quote: "Over the last 90 years or so, the United States has transformed into the very thing the founding generation fought to destroy. We learn in elementary history classes that American revolutionaries rejected the notion of a king. But it went beyond that. The founding generation also sought to eradicate the concept of a powerful magistrate who ruled over the people and was empowered to make law. As the Americans split with Great Britain and forged ahead forming new governments, they were ever-fearful of vesting power in individuals detached and unaccountable from the will of the people."    http://constitutionalrightspac.com/articles/america-has-become-what-the-founders-sought-to-destroy

Black pastors are fed up with Obama and his characterizations relative to civil rights.  Quote: Coalition of African American Pastors’ member William Owens "...went on to criticize Obama even further for the perceived slight, calling him a “disgrace to the black community” and asserting that he is “rewriting history” by including gay rights in a discussion of the 1965 civil rights march."   http://www.westernjournalism.com/obamas-shocking-comparison-black-pastors-calling-disgrace/?   This is at least a partial indication that most Americans agree with these black pastors.   http://www.fixthisnation.com/conservative-breaking-news/new-poll-obama-worst-president-since-world-war-ii/

This is an instructive bit of history.  Quote: "Half a century ago, Democrats looked at the country and realized they were never going to convince Americans to agree with them. But they noticed that people in most other countries of the world already agreed with them. The solution was obvious. So in 1965 -- 50 years ago this week -- Sen. Ted Kennedy passed an immigration law that has brought 59 million foreigners to our shores, who happen to vote 8-2 for the Democrats."  And, "This isn't a guess; it's a provable fact. Obama beat Romney by less than 5 million votes in a presidential election in which about 125 million votes were cast. More than 30 million of Obama's votes came from people who arrived under Teddy Kennedy's immigration law; fewer than 10 million of Romney's did."   http://townhall.com/columnists/anncoulter/2015/09/30/the-war-on-america-turns-50-n2059403?   Why do you think Obama has amped up the process Ted Kennedy started by actively recruiting illegal immigrants from Central and South America the majority of which draw American taxpayer benefits and now he is bringing in un-vetted refugees from the Middle East by the thousands (which is stated to be humanitarian to save families but the majority are young men and boys)?  The answer to the question is that he intends his legacy to be that he either sealed the deal for Democrats for the next  100 years or he assured the death of the nation the founders bequeathed us.  Do you still think what our government is doing is good for our country.  I remind you that none of the more than 30 Muslim countries have made efforts to help their Muslim brothers and sisters.  Ask yourself why.   http://fromtheright.com/latest/you-wont-believe-how-many-muslim-refugees-obama-will-let-into-america/

Muslims use Alinsky tactics to try and subvert the citizens of Tennessee efforts to deny teaching of Islam in public schools. http://eaglerising.com/25171/in-tennessee-muslims-use-alinsky-tactics-to-stop-parents-from-outlawing-islamic-indoctrination-in-public-schools/   By the way, Hillary's senior paper in college was about Alinsky and Obama used Alinsky tactics as a community organizer in Chicago and according to reports taught Alinsky tactics during his time as a law school instructor.  People with common interests use the same sources for their devious operations.  For those who do not know about  Saul Alinsky, he was a socialistic agitator who wrote the book "Rules for Radicals".  It is a book that teaches and glorifies disruptive tactics and agitation techniques for those who want to bring about socialistic change.  Does that seem familiar?

This is an example of how screwed up the concept of political correctness is and the idiotic and unconscionable outcomes it produces.  Quote: "Despite pressure from alumni, bad publicity, and, you know, common human decency, Boston University appears ready to stand behind their new hire, an anti-white racist named Saida Grundy. Grundy, hired to teach sociology and African-American studies, was exposed as a racist through her Twitter account. In recent weeks, she has tweeted such bizarre sentiments as her belief that “white masculinity is THE problem for america’s colleges.” She has also called white men a “problem population,” and she has said that she tries to avoid shopping at white-owned businesses whenever possible."  And, "Of course, the mere fact that there is a subject called African-American studies in the first place is evidence that things are askew in the world of academia. Who is teaching Boston University’s White Americans class? Oh, they don’t offer that class? Why not? Oh, it would be racist? Interesting, interesting… In academic circles, the definition of racism has been modified to mean “prejudice + power,” thus taking minorities off the hook. Only white Americans can be racist under this framework, and this idiotic definition has escaped feminist classrooms to be fully embraced by the left. It’s why they can look at someone like Grundy, make a show of “condemning” her comments, and then move on. As far as they’re concerned, unless you happen to have white skin, the worst you can be guilty of is poor professional judgment. One would think that alone would be enough to make Boston University rethink their decision, but this is a brave new age. If they fired Grundy, they would probably be accused of racism themselves. As absurd as it seems, they are probably making the right choice politically."    http://www.fixthisnation.com/conservative-breaking-news/boston-university-stands-behind-racist-professor/   Because Boston University yields to the idiotic and culturally destructive notion of political correctness it has received its last contribution from me, not because I am one of those white men the professor so hates, but because this university, along with so many others, has forsaken its institutional integrity.
