Items Of Interest 2

This item is laughable.  Al Gore says Trump needs to be removed from office for ethical reasons.  If Al Gore ever had any ethics he left them behind a very long time ago.  And he has the audacity to make this charge???  He best keep his thoughts to himself and stay out of the way as the Democrat party collapses under the weight of the ethical and criminal charges coming soon against many of the Democrat party elite, maybe even some he has worked closely with. It is likely what he told these poor souls at this assembly was tilted towards his leftist and socialistic tendencies. Since he left public office he behaves more like a self-serving huckster than anything else. Who can believe anything he says.  None, not one, of his dire predictions regarding the dangers of global warming have come to pass. All the while the size of his personal bank roll has ballooned. He is a false prophet benefitting from the global warming scam he helped launch.    https://www.libertyheadlines.com/al-gore-terminate-trump-presidency-early-for-ethical-reasons/

This is not laughable.  The problems with Hillary and her close associates and their relationships with Russian interests continues to be uncovered.  According to this piece Hillary's campaign manager's (John) brother (Tony) a Clinton bundler who has business ties to Russian interests. It is further noted that John lobbied in behalf of his brother's business with a company having Russian interests. The piece suggests this is the same thing (maybe worse) than what Special Counsel Mueller charged Republican Paul Manafort with.  So it is okay if a Democrat does it but not if a Republican???  Is that what the Democrats think is equal justice under the law?  Quote: "Judicial Watch today released new documents from the U.S. Department of State showing the Podesta Group working on behalf of the pro-Russia Ukrainian political group “Party of Regions.” The new documents also show then-Obama White House Counsel John Podesta lobbying on behalf of his brother’s firm. Judicial Watch obtained the documents in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the State Department filed on November 20, 2017, (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:17-cv-02489)). The lawsuit was filed after the State Department failed to respond to a September 13, 2017, FOIA request for:
  • All records of communication between any official, employee, or representative of the Department of State and any principal, employee, or representative of Podesta Group, Inc.
  • All records produced related to any meetings or telephonic communications between any official, employee, or representative of the Department of State and any principal, employee, or representative of Podesta Group, Inc.
  • All records regarding the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine.
  • The FOIA request covers the timeframe of January 1, 2012 to the present.
A March 28, 2013, email from now-Deputy Executive Secretary in the Office of the Secretary of State Baxter Hunt shows the Podesta Group, led by Tony Podesta, a Clinton bundler and brother of Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman John Podesta, represented the Party of Regions, a pro-Kremlin political party in Ukraine."  And,  "“By the standards of the Mueller special counsel operation, these emails alone would have been enough for the Podestas to have been hauled before a grand jury or worse,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “These emails are a stark reminder that the Mueller’s special counsel operation seems more interested in the alleged foreign ties of the Trump team, rather than Hillary Clinton’s (and Barack Obama’s) associates.”     https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/judicial-watch-obtains-emails-showing-podesta-groups-work-pro-russia-ukrainian-political-party/?
Special Prosecutor Mueller's past corruption is surfacing and will certainly taint anything he has to say when he releases his final report.  This item explains.  Quote: "Mueller Accused of More Conflict of Interest. When members of Congress pressed the Justice Department for a special counsel investigation into the allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible collusion with Donald Trump or members of his campaign, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein made the worst decision in his life when he appointed Robert Mueller to be that Special Counsel. In fact, Mueller should never have been put in that position and should legally not remain in that position. Why? Conflict of Interest. When Mueller was Director of the FBI, he hushed or buried the original FBI investigation into the Uranium One Deal after the investigation showed that there was evidence of bribery and money laundering involving the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation as well as some of the Russians involved. However, evidence that Mueller buried the report was kept hidden until AFTER he was named Special Counsel. Mueller, knowing that report existed somewhere should have recused himself from the investigation but he didn’t." http://americannewsupdate.com/mueller-accused-of-more-conflict-of-interest/    It is safe to say that like Comey, Mueller is a dirty cop and should not be accorded any credibility or respect. He took the job to protect his own rear end but facts got in the way of his planned cover up.
David Ruben has it exactly right.  See if you agree.  Quote: "The left has never looked more desperate, more angry, obsessive and vile than it does now. You never see it more clearly than when they appear to protest speakers with whom they disagree. They make it abundantly clear that they believe the teaching of their philosophical leader Jacques Derrida that all speech is a play for power. They truly believe that free speech is nothing but a tool for use by bigots to oppress and control others. It is a staggering admission of weakness that they refuse to argue, refuse to think, and refuse to grant their opponents the strengths of their arguments. It is shameful and they should be ashamed of their behavior."    http://libertyvideonews.com/you-are-not-oppressed-dave-ruben-takes-on-protesters/
This is a good follow up to the previous item.  Apparently rank and file members of the FBI are disgusted with the Obama era DOJ/FBI leadership and want to testify in any investigation to air their grievances.   https://www.westernjournal.com/report-fbi-agents-want-to-be-subpoenaed-to-testify-against-comey-mccabe/?   This could turn out to be really, really interesting.
AG Jeff Sessions is right to issue this order.  It defies logic to allow criminals to receive stealth amnesty because a judge can decide to not deport a deportable illegal alien.   Quote: "Government bureaucrats and unelected judges often work within the confines of the law to achieve preferred policy outcomes. Immigration courts are no different, and last Thursday Attorney General Jeff Sessions took aim at immigration judges whose discretionary tactics during the Obama administration amounted to a so-called “stealth amnesty.” Sessions ordered an end to the practice known as “administrative closure,” where immigration judges close deportation cases to make them disappear from court dockets. When an illegal alien’s case is administratively closed, the alien is allowed to stay in the country until their case is reopened. Except, once closed, these cases rarely – if ever – see the light of day again."   https://www.libertyheadlines.com/sessions-orders-end-to-immigration-judges-stealth-amnesty/    That judges could unilaterally take the law into their own hands applying the technique of stealth amnesty smacks of aiding and abetting a criminal. Isn't that a crime?
